Did some online shopping as prices online are way less then in stores. I requested a delivery day in the beginning of August. Part of my order arrived way earlier than expected, however we weren't ready for it and at the end it didn't workout so we cancelled our order. To my surprise Ashley doesn't cover shipping cost to return a box of dinning chairs. Being I had cancelled the order way before requested shipping date I was stuck with these chairs that they send out way before requested shipping date. It cost me way more to ship back the chairs then what the chairs are worth. Ashley has no costumer service nor care about keeping what a costumer requested. For $150 dollars they aren't willing to refund back because of their policies is ridiculous. I will never shop with them or recommend them. read more

Horrible experience while purchasing. even worse experience trying to modify and eventually cancel my pending order. Knew what we wanted to purchase. We were told to go to lunch and comeback to complete our order for a couch, loveseat and two chairs. Something that should have taken 15 minutes ended up taking several hours. Called to modify my order after it was placed. I was told someone would call me back. no call ever came. Went to a physical store where I was told it's a big order and they would have someone call me. No call. Called again to cancel entire order as we were getting the runaround. I was told return system down for 24 hours. Finally drove to the store where the manager was a total ass! He explained the system was down yesterday for returns. I told him I called today. Reluctantly, he took me back to customer service where he had to agree to the cancellation before they would process my pending order. There was a secret "nod" to process the cancellation. Overall horrible service from start to finish, I will avoid this place for any future purchases! Oh, and delivery charges are insane! $600 delivery for two chairs, a couch and a loveseat! read more

Ughhhhh super frustrated to be writing this review as we've been waiting months for this location to open. On Memorial Day weekend we came into the store and spent $7k on a soft set, two mattresses and an adjustable base for one of the mattresses. When the furniture was delivered on 5/31 we only received half of the base. Apparently because it's a king, they have to give you two twin xl bases to make up the size of the king. I guess our sales rep was unaware of this as he only ordered one?!? We immediately drove to the store and discussed this with the manager. He set us up with a new sales rep and they charged us cost for the 2nd base. I was honestly not thrilled to pay another $400 when this was there mistake. They forced me to do so as I had no choice. We were then told the 2nd piece would be delivered tomorrow! Since it's 430pm and we have not received our delivery window I decided to call! When I called, I was transferred to someone in India and I just found out, we're not on the schedule for tomorrow. So I Called the store they referred me to the 725 number and told me to chose customer service this time. Apparently the base just became in stock so that's why they can't deliver it tomorrow but didn't think to disclose this to us. The soonest they can deliver is now Friday! Several items arrived damaged, the delivery timelines were not honored, and the post-sale customer service was extremely poor. While the sales team treats you with VIP attention before the purchase, the attitude completely changes afterward -- you are left dealing with delays, damaged products, and a lack of real support. For the high price you pay, you expect quality and reliability, but instead the experience only becomes more stressful and expensive. I wrote a great review before but amending it. After buying basically THREE rooms of furniture and spending so much money, I had delays in delivery and defects that needed to be repaired. They give you a delivery window and constantly go out the back of it and if they are running late they won't let you reschedule. They schedule the technicians and delivery guys TIGHT and then they'll be late. I almost missed a VGK game with tickets that cost more than the freaking cabinet they were RE-delivering because of defects. Also they have issues with front door drop off vs the white glove where they are supposed to put it in the room you PAID for to have it delivered to. Their additional coverage is not worth the extra cost and is very specific on how it will be used. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business. read more

Kwami greeted us the minute we walked through the door which made it very comfortable right from the very beginning. We were searching for a new sectional for our recently inherited condo in Mesquite Nevada and the choices were plentiful. It was right around Black Friday so we knew the sales were going on and wanted to take advantage of them. We originally drove to the store in Henderson but heard about the huge warehouse store so we did not even go into that one and immediately drove across town in hopes of more choices and we were glad we did. Kwami was very helpful and spent lots of time with us showing us all of the options and I started to feel sorry for him that it took us so long to decide which one to buy. They worked around our schedule for delivery and were very careful squeezing the couch through the front door and we love that couch. They now do not have that piece in stock so I am stuck with half of a couch that I cannot return. I go to the Ashley store, and Michael Glover was an extreme dickhead that said he was the only manager there and there's literally nothing he could do because customer service is in another state and they do not handle customer issues. I picked up 5 pieces on the 29th and 2 lamps were shipped to me and arrived on the 30th. of the 7 items purchased, 3 are damaged. I have been going back and forth with their bot, Jenny. It is the same song and dance every encounter, we will respond in 72 hours. this delay tactic assumes you will give up and go away. I will not. we have been customers of Ashley for year's and have never had anything approaching this extreme lack of customer service. They obviously don't care about their customer satisfaction. Would have loved to give 5 star for quality and sales. However their delivery team and customer service gets 0 stars. First delivery where to begin...right off the start one of the team crop dusted my bedroom. Then apparently wrong parts were sent so instead of stopping and waiting for correct parts they managed to "make it work" which apparently is ok for them to leave me with a wobbly ottoman. Now I'm dealing with customer service because my extended warranty still isn't showing updated and the ottoman is still under manufacture warranty , I am forced to deal with their piss poor customer service. After explaining what happened and dealing with them for over 30 minutes they gave me a number to text and not to call according to them with no response. Very shady ! My husband called back to Customer service and was told they won't fix my brand new ottoman. So we asked for a refund and was placed on hold for 20 minutes only to be then told we can get someone out if we send a photo of what needs to be done and wait 24 hours! So ridiculous!!! We stopped playing that game and finally get ahold of the sales rep who sold us the furniture . He was clearly upset with what happened and trying to make it right for us. Ashely needs to rethink who they use for delivery and who they outsource for their customer service . If you buy their furniture you had better hope all goes well with the product and delivery because if you have any issues whatsoever you will never taken care of by the store. I had a delivery item that was slightly damaged and for weeks tried to get them to do something about it. I had such a great experience at this Ashley because of my sales rep, Henry. He was so kind, not pushy, and genuinely wanted to find something that worked for me and my budget. We tried out so many chairs, and he was able to order me one that would be delivered. The only problem was that I was told it would be delivered on a certain day but it was postponed by a week. Have this in mind when ordering furniture, especially if it's being delivered/isn't in stock. I'd definitely recommend this Ashley store, but I'm sure there are cheaper furniture stores without so many fees in the area as well. read more

I have never been to a retail establishment with as poor level of customer service as this place. Went in on Black Friday and found the ideal bedroom furniture we were looking for. When checking out, they tried to sneak in their $350 warranty that I didn't ask for and an astronomical $450 delivery fee. After going through that and selecting a delivery date, I checked in and showed up in their pickup area to get the items. After waiting 10mins past opening for someone to show up and unlock the door, I confirmed my checkin. After waiting for over 1/2 an hour I went back in to see what the holdup is. I was informed by Attitudy Judy at the service desk they were filling other orders that were checked in before mine, there were short handed and I had to wait or could come back in a couple hours. I asked to speak to a manager and was then informed they had no way to call one and I could go in the store to find one. I went in the store, found an employee and asked them to call a manager. They replied the managers were all in the "den" and I could find one there and that unless it involved a sales issue, they could not call a manager. When I finally found one, that manager told me they had nothing to do with the warehouse and could not help me. I asked her to contact the warehouse manager and she said she did not know who that was. I finally gave up and just asked for a refund of the furniture. In what planet is this level of service acceptable? They will not get a dime of my hard earned money and I would caution anyone reading this about doing business there. If s**tty customer service is your end game, then you have found the right place. If you want quality service, with no hidden charges, look elsewhere. read more

The first time the bed was attempted to be delivered they came with a mix between king and queen parts. That makes no sense. So delivery was rescheduled. I got the messages saying when they would be here and they never came and never came. The link, every time I checked it- the time kept getting pushed back and back. I finally got ahold of someone who informed me that they unloaded the bed off the truck because I had a 200 dollar balance on my account which was NOT accurate. I paid for the bed in FULL on the day I was in the store and bought it. It ruined my entire day, being lied to that the guy was coming over and over on the delivery map link. Then today the same thing kept happening. They would send me a message saying 30 minutes and then an hour or more would go by. It finally came about 4 hours later. This is not ok. They should not say 30 minutes and then push it back hours and hours. I will never order from Ashley again. I've never had a worse experience. The only good part was Janine in the store. Such a sweet lady. But the rest of the company needs to get together. I would've thought I would be 1st on the delivery list today with the hassle I went through the first 2 times they attempted to deliver but no- they obviously don't really care about the customer. Went to Ashley's to look for 2 sofas, salesman Ben, came to assist us, explained that we furnished our entire home from Ashley 6 years ago, but had problems with my sofas and their warranty. He said warranty with them is different from 6 years ago. I love everything I previously bought, so despite the problems, I came back to repurchase. I explained what we were looking for, he took us to look at several items, as I saw something else I was interested in, he kept walking and rushing us to the next sofa. At the end, I did find something I really liked, but I said, I'd like to think about it and if I could get his card, I probably would have gone back tomorrow, I just didn't want to rush into it, immediately his demeanor changed and he became rude, when I asked for a card, he mumbled, I guess, here and handed me his card, then started bad mouthing other Companies, thinking that I was going to shop around, and he turned around and hurried off, no thank you for coming, no come back and see me when you decide, just left us standing there in disbelief. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I went in the first day and talked to a salesman (Miquel) who showed me a similar set to what I was looking for. He told me they do price match if I find it lower to come in and they can match it for me. I go home find I cheaper else where and go back to the store 2 days later and apparently their policy changed the day I was there and I was misinformed about their price match policy. Adriana the sales manager would not honor what I was told but said she would talk to the store manager (Jeremy) and they would call me the next day. I was also instructed to call the corporate number that I was told to google as they could not supply me with the number. Well every number I have called found online and they tell me I need to call the store and ask them for the corporate office number. I have been turned around in circles from the store to the call center, I have been told I would be called back from both places and yet no ones has even called me back. I was warned not to shop with the company and now the ratings make sense to me. There is no customer service nor follow through. When on the phone with customer care representative Shaneika, all she kept telling me rudely was to purchase the item and them maybe they could help me. The sales people here are obnoxious and desperate for a sale. The short older blonde woman followed us throughout the entire store (even followed us to the second floor) and approached us eight different times (I am not exaggerating) trying to upsell or get us to make a purchase. I declined her the first time and told her every single time we were just looking, but she insisted on following us through the entire store the entire time. Worst customer service I've ever had. DO NOT purchase anything from this store, they will wash your hands of you as you swipe your credit card. When out delivery came, one of the pieces had the wrong feet on it. The delivery guy noticed it and sent the pictures in immediately. I recieved a call an hour later and thats when everything went down hill. I was told i would a call in another hour letting me know if replacement parts were avaliable. Never received a call. Nobody ever called me. My sales rep never called, no manager of the store ever called, nothing. I went into the store that night to talk to someone and nobody knew what was going on. I was called a few days later letting me know that they ordered the parts, they were shipped from Wisconsin. So after a week of living out of baskets the feet finally arrived. Gueas what, they didnt send all the correct replacement parts. I called tonraise he'll but nobody at the store would answer the phone. I then called another store, their response to me was, " they never answer the phone at that store, I'll give your name and phone with our manager to call you." Never received a call from anyone. I finally got through to their online customer service people and they informed me that they were finally going to ship me a new chest, we had to wait another week. I asked about being compensated for this frustration and lack of customer service, I couldn't get a straight answer. Still ha ent received a call from the store apologizing for all the issues. Went into the store about a week ago and spoke to a different manager-never really resolved any issue I had but apologized for Marco's and Jared (general manager) not getting back to me. Blamed it on the store only being open a month. Didn't try to "make it right." When I told Mike, the manager I spoke to, how Marcos was reading my messages and not replying, he chuckled a bit. Which was extremely unprofessional. I still haven't heard back from the general manager who I've left several messages to, or the service rep Marcos who apparently was supposed to keep in touch with me (the customer) until my order was received. It's safe to say I will NEVER buy from this store again. The people who work in this store dress and look unprofessional as well.
