Beware buyers!! This IS NOT a corporate Ashley Homestore. I made a purchase here on 07/31/2021 and over a year later still do not have all my items that I paid upfront for. I have tried to work with the store staff as well as customer service to get the merchandise I paid cash for and keep getting set up with delivery dates and I waste 3 hours waiting at home for deliveries that never show up. When I finally got through all the gate keepers for the store manager, Tom he simply reiterated that my order would be delivered next week and "he doesn't like to work with hypothetical situations" when I asked what resolution he could provide if my order was not delivered on this 13th scheduled time. There is simply no customer service here. They are great and nice when you are spending money but none of the staff grasps the concept of service. It's not like I am asking for something that I didn't pay for. I want what I paid for. We're waiting for the third piece which is expected to arrive more than 2 months after we ordered, planned for Thanksgiving. If we're not available over Thanksgiving, we'll have to wait even more. I will never purchase from this store EVER again. I have been waiting for replacement slip covers for my sofa, which I ordered and paid for, on May 18, 2021. Their customer service at the Niles, Il. store is disgusting!! The lady they have at the desk, has as much personality as a WET RAG! I was told because my order was a "service order" I would have to call the service number. She handed me brochure, to call 877-314-8457. Since JULY!! I have been given the run around. Telling me that the order was placed, but did not go through to the warehouse. They would reorder and that they would send me a email, with tracking number and it should take 2 weeks for order to be shipped out to me. After 2 weeks, I called again as I still did not receive an email with tracking number. Again, they told me that it still has not been put through to the warehouse !!! They will make sure it will be sent through this time!! I was assured by the person on the line, that the order would go out and I should get an email within 7 days, with tracking number. She made sure the warehouse got my order..... so she said. Well, 7 days came and went, still no slip covers. Yet again I called, 877-314-8457 and they said that it has not been shipped as of yet. After being on hold for 30 mins to "research my order" they said I should expect it, around, September 1st. I called again yesterday, September 2nd, as I have STILL yet to get an email or tracking number. The rep on the line, put me on hold for 10 mins. to come back and give me a tracking number. UPS would be the carrier. I waited until today to track my order, with the number that was given to me. Well !!!! what would you know, UPS does not recognize the tracking number, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!! I called 877-314--8457 only to be told that my items have not been shipped out, and they don't have a tracking number yet. I asked him, so how come they gave me a "tracking number" if it has not been shipped. He said oh, that was an INTERNAL NUMBER" and that it should be shipped out by the 6th of SEPTEMBER!! It should take 7-10 days after that. ASHLEY FURNITURE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAND YOU OFF TO A THIRD PARTY, THAT DON'T GIVE A DAMN. I ORDERED REPLACEMENT SLIP COVERS!!!!! Got an entire living room set on clearance with the help of Rafael. Great quality, exactly what i was looking for, everything from the in-store experience to the delivery was spot on. The store manager even provided great service recovery from when my mother ordered something back in June and has since experienced some issues. We bought a queen hybrid mattress on July 23, 2021 and were told it would arrive August 4 since we were expecting guests and I am pregnant. It did not arrive until October 9 and then we could not use it because it has a horrible mold smell. I have been contacting the customer service number for 2 weeks calling everyday and they keep saying a technician will contact me to schedule a visit to check out the mattress and no one does. I am now about to have my baby next week and cannot use the new mattress I am stuck paying for and they refuse to issue a refund. Do not buy anything from this store. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY, it's a joke! The salespersons at the store try to push customers to buy the warrant and it's garbage. When you try to contact the company for a claim no one answers, no one calls back, and if you leave a message you don't hear back. Our furniture had some nicks when it was delivered and the drivers said they logged the issue, before I signed I saw the note from the driver. Apparently the note of the damage never got back to Ashley Furniture or the warranty company. We called Ashley they said call the warranty company and they are not responsive. It is terrible customer service. The warranty is useless and everyone gives you the run around. They're super attentive when your in the store sales people follow you around and hover as you shop but after you purchase no one wants to help you. If it wasn't such a headache to return all the furniture we would, we're stuck with the furniture and the terrible warranty that is of no value. During one of my many calls with customer service I was told Ashley was going to give my a 15% refund on the cost of the bed and mattress. After three weeks I had no credit to my account, so I reached out to them. Ashley's representative responded with , "Did you happen to get the customer service rep's name that offered you 15%? I ask because there are no notes regarding that the 15% had been offered to you." So Ashely customer service will also offer you a refund, but not actually give you a refund. They will promise everything, and deliver nothing. I told them that, since the call was "recorded for quality control purposes" they should just go and listen to the recording so they can hear for themselves as their employees lie to me. And if someone from Ashley responds to your Yelp post from their "escalations department" saying they will help you out or assist you in any manner, please note that they "do not have access" to any of the recordings of calls you have undoubtedly already had with their "customer service," or to any of their electronic files (because every Ashley employee apparently works on a "different system" that nobody else can access, so their ability to actually look into the problem is completely neutered. The sum total of the "help" you will get from the "escalations department" is, and I quote, "I will be submitting your feedback to the distribution center and let them know about the delivery." Oh! So escalations will let the distributions center know about the issue! Well, that will fix everything!!!!! Problem solved!!!!! What a joke. Don't give these liars your hard earned money. read more

We definitely should have read the reviews for this place before coming in. Scammy practices and avoidant management. We placed an order with them and found the same set for $600 cheaper elsewhere so we came back to cancel the order not even 30 minutes later. First our shady salesperson claimed cancellations and refunds aren't allowed. Then he switched to oh we take a percentage. On Ashley's site they have their full cancellation policy. Claimed the policies on Ashley's website were "wrong and they should update that" No they shouldn't, this store just needs to stop lying to its customers. We called corporate Ashley's and they canceled the order and told us to get back in touch with the managers here in order to confirm our cancellation and we've been trying to get a hold of a manager for two days and have left our name and number and we have no response. Steer clear, will continue trying to get in contact with management but they seem to avoid all accountability. read more

Went to Ashley Furniture today for living room, dining room, and kitchen furniture. Saw a frw things that caught out eye but during the hour and a half that we were there, not one person asked us if we needed help. They didn't even great us! That's not just bad customer service but it's also being a rude human in general. People walkes right passed us and didn't even acknowledge our presence. As we sat on a couch, annoyed about the situation, I checked online to see if other stores had the furniture we liked since we quickly realized we would not be purchasing from a store like this. Not only did I find the furniture at a nearby store, it was also about 40% cheaper! Listen, you either need amazing customer service for people to buy from you or great prices. This store clearly didn't have either one. As we were walking out, my mom told an employee who ended up being the sales manager that she was disappointed by their customer service or lack of. He apologized and said he was surprised that happened; however, he was one of the people who walked past us (at least twice) and didn't even say hello. Buyer beware! They don't stand by their guarantees. I bought over $6,000 worth of furniture here at the Niles store. They said that I had 72 hours to return or exchange the furniture after delivery. I didn't like the dining table in our space, so I called their "customer service" phone number within 24 hours to exchange it, and they said there is no way it can be returned or exchanged! I explained that I was guaranteed this offer by the Niles store, and they refused to acknowledge that this could even be the case. So then I went to the Niles store and the store manager wrote them a email saying that I am allowed to exchange/return the item. And the "customer service" people STILL refused to honor this promise. So I guess a promise isn't really a promise at Ashely Furniture. So now I'm stuck with this table that I hate. read more

Zero stars!!!! Never again!!! You hear me? Never!!! I have been trying to call corporate regarding an issue yesterday with the delivery of my couch. Yesterday, my couch was supposed to be delivered within a certain timeframe and they showed up unannounced while I was not there. I had my mother to come over from across the street and they attempted to move it in and damage a door in the process. After my mother told them that they chipped the door paneling, the deliver guys tried to get her to sign a waiver stating they will not be responsible for damages, she refused and then they put the couch back on the truck and left after they damaged my door. I received a call from an Ashley furniture representative who left a voicemail stating that I reschedule or cancel the delivery. I tried to call back with no help from their dingdong staff. So I went to the store to see if they can proffer and solution and if they would be delivering my couch again at the timeframe they were supposed to come. One person told me yes and another person told me no. I get to the store and they told me, the can attempt it again Thursday to which I won't be available. I said first of all, this is not my fault. I got no notice that they will be showing up at 10:00am... they just showed up and now I have to wait until Thursday. I will never again will I mess with Ashley furniture. I should have read the reviews. Beware of this place. I will stick to the room place! Better customer service. Still trying to reach multiple people at corporate and no response. read more

Updated review, I went into the Niles store and was told the couch is expected to arrive at the warehouse around the 13th of November but still haven't received any updates until just calling Ashley customer service and told the couch is expected to arrive at the warehouse the 23rd of November then I have to setup delivery. They don't honor their written promises to assemble furniture. So far, so good on the sofa we bought from Ashley (that's the only reason for the second star), but they were outlandish about the dresser we also bought from them. They promised in writing on not one, but two separate documents the salesman gave us to either assemble the dresser on site or bring it already assembled. They did neither, and my fiancée had to pay Taskrabbit almost $100 to assemble it. But to make matters worse, when I tried to get a credit for just under $100 from Ashley, their customer service people refused to honor the written promise their salesperson wrote on two separate documents. They gave me the runaround about the preprinted item saying it was an "unassembled dresser." When I pointed out that they promised in writing to assemble it for us, they completely blew me off. I should have done my research first but trusted Ashley Furniture because the first purchase was a good transaction a few years ago. I don't know what went wrong but like other reviews, after you pay or finance then the service just goes downhill from the sales person to the GRT people to the delivery/repair team. I spent almost 2 hours looking in this Niles location and picked out everything just for the salesman to say I won't get most of it till 6 months or later so now I am asking to show me things available now or within weeks. I pick out sets, chairs, mattress which totals to over 10k and finance everything. There were 2 deliveries in 6-8 weeks, I wasn't happy but didn't have a choice. The first delivery, all they delivered was incomplete parts, table had no legs, bed frame had no rails, etc. Okay, I will wait for the second delivery, weeks past and they come with the rest of the shipment BUT the delivery guys says I got the wrong mirror, a handle bar was missing and one of the drawer was missing a roller so it didn't close in. On top of that, they couldn't bring my 4k mattress upstairs cause it came from the warehouse and supposedly it was too stiff and doesn't bend. They asked if I had a hair dryer which there is no plug in the halls so it was left in the basement and I had to figure it out on my own. The guys told me they were going to note the problems and someone was going to reach out to me from Ashley. That same day, I reached out to the salesman and he replied, "ok. im sorry about this. i'll look into your order and see if we can waive some fees after delivery for your inconvenience". NOTHING was done for a month, I called customer service and they said I had to resolve this with the store. I know I have 72 hrs after delivery, I reached out the same day things was delivered. I come in the store and finally figured out, it was not the wrong mirror but the wrong dresser that was delivered!!! The sales guys enter the item number incorrectly. So now I am in the store for 2 hours on the phone with GRT, and said the dresser will come May 17, just wait for confirmation of times which I did. GUESS WHAT, nothing came today!!! I rearrange my schedule to be home in that 3 hour window and no calls and nothing to let me know it was canceled. I called GRT and they said something happen to the delivery truck, what??? No courtesy call so now it might come May 20. I do not have time cause now you are playing with my time and money. I have a wrong dresser with the RIGHT mirror attached, another dresser with no handlebar, no one coming to repair and no call no show today. I have the DSG confirmation email for delivery time today screenshot, confirm over the phone cause they like to call you every hour for confirmation. Ordered a couch in May and didn't get it delivered until September. Now I understand delays because Covid but I had to call them for updates when it should be them calling me. Not once did anyone update me on anything with an order and once my couch arrived it was broken. I called again and was told someone would come out and fix it. Took a month for that person to come out and basically told me after 5 minutes he couldn't do anything. I called Ashley again and was told parts would come to my place then they would call me setting up an appointment for it to be fixed. No one called me so I ended up calling and was told the person in charge of my account was gone and would call me the following Monday. No one called so I made another call and was hung up on 3 different times. Never shop here and I will never recommend this scam to anyone read more

I went to this store back in September of this year for a bed and mattress. When I went to the Ashley store, I was originally planning to get a cheaper mattress. The assistant store manager and a sales associate had talked about the Tempur Pedic with us which was fine but we were told if we didn't like it we would get our money back. The assistant manager then proceeded to mention there had only been 2 people who he sold the mattress to that they did not like and returned it. Upon purchase of the mattress, bed frame, headboard, footboard, and protective mattress we WERE NOT informed of this return policy where we must return our product and get an item of equal or greater value. Honestly if that was the case I don't think I would've even bought a mattress with Ashley as this seems like a scam. I signed something on an iPad but once again was not informed of this unique return policy nor was a policy printed or emailed to me. Unfortunately the mattress we got is uncomfortable and I went back to look at an alternative mattress to trade out. When approached by a sales associate, I was informed of the policy. My partner and I discussed the situation and there was no further discussion as we were lead to the manager who kept repeating that's the policy and refused to discuss any alternatives, store credit or purchasing multiple items (we were still in search of a couch) to equal that. My partner posted a review and was immediately contacted by customer service. The representative had informed us because the policy is what it is, the only thing we could do is find an alternative mattress and they would give us a credit for the hassle. Once we followed the process to look at what was in stores and what limited options there are, we found an alternative mattress. We contacted the representative and have not heard back. It's been two weeks now. This location has got to have the rudest sales associates/manager I've encountered. I refused to go back and glad I drove out of my way to go to a different Ashley's in Downer's Grove because it was a completely different experience. Unfortunately I understand businesses have policies that protect the employees and not their consumers. Worst experience of my life. We ordered an entire house full of furniture for a 2nd home. We had a delivery date scheduled and confirmed, and booked flights to deal with delivery. We were supposed to get a call to confirm the time the day before. We received no such call. When my husband called to follow up, they no longer had over delivery scheduled. No one could tell us why. No one in the "delivery department" was available. I continued to escalate my call with no resolution and representative actually had the audacity to suggest it was our fault for booking the flights. All I was told was someone made a mistake on their end and there was nothing they could do. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. Unfair and deceptive business practices. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE........ me and my wife went in and got Greeted by anil. He was kind to show us everything that we where looking for. Finally after going back and forth their manager came and made the deal happen. They kept pushing the credit card and their warranty on me and kind of insulting you too if you don't want their card or warranty. Finally I got the warranty for 70% off then what they wanted. The biggest thing was the shipping. They are horrible on returning phone calls. Finally after being on wait for 15 minutes their manager picks up and promises me that he would check my status for delivery and call me back never did. The delivery people are here and guess what??! I'm still missing my tv stand with my fireplace. They lied to my face a bunch of times! We ordered a living room, dining room, and bedroom set from Ashley's. It was the most stressful purchase we've ever made. We understand that due to the pandemic there have been delays, but the issue here is that we were told we would receive something and then the next day it simply wasn't available. We also received calls from several different people who clearly don't communicate with each other. We were told that our furniture was coming November 13th, so I took the day off. That day no one came. Apparently someone had canceled our delivery without notifying us. We also have to pay for the reservation or our elevator in our condo building so it was a big inconvenience for us. We were lied to repeatedly by the person who sold us the furniture. She lied about the reason why our delivery was changed, why we didn't receive furniture when we were supposed to. We received a lot of items scratched and not in good shape, but we reached a point that we're so sick of dealing with Ashley's that we're just taking everything as is. I had a good experience when I purchased my furniture in 2015. They had a very good selection, and my pieces were delivered quickly. My current issue is with Customer Service and I am trying to get a copy of my original purchase invoice. I am on hold for my 3rd attempt. I have now been on hold for nearly 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. The 2 times I called previously, I was assured that a supervisor would email the invoice. That has not happened. I wish I would've seen all the horrible reviews before I decided to purchase a mattress and bed furniture from here. Our bed was delivered one month ago and the delivery men were not able to assemble it because they claimed it was not compatible with the bed frame we also purchased from Ashley furniture. I specifically asked the sales woman if there would be an issue and she said NO and showed me how a similar bed and mattress had worked in the showroom. The delivery men asked if they should take it all back and I said no bc I was going to call the store and confirm the information they were giving me. After calling Ashley furniture the customer service person told me I needed to do a re-selection and scheduled the delivery men to come out to pick up the furniture. I decided to go into the store where the manager there confirmed that our furniture is compatible and that we needed to call a number to have a service technician come out and assess how to assemble the furniture. I called the number and scheduled someone to come out today and I received a phone call two days ago giving me a time window of 8am to 12 noon I received a text this morning saying they were 15 minutes away and no one came!! I called customer service and they claimed that a service ticket was never placed and that they wouldn't be able to schedule me for service until Oct 9th!!! Unacceptable!! The absolute worst place to shop for any sort of furniture. They are sleazy. They will not work with you on a return, and they will give you the run around until you can't take it anymore. We have been trying to return a couch for my grandmother which they've incorrectly sold us for the past month, and at this point, I've lost my patience with them. They are the most incredibly disrespectful and saddest excuse for a place of business. I understand many people may have negative reviews for one off instances such as this one, but to continually deny us service and to create an excuse for every single interaction to not process a simple return, that alone should tell you about the type of operation they run. I was so disappointed, 2 yrs, ago I bought furniture here, and was so pleased with everything from the salesman, to the delivery, and the quality of my furniture. Well, not anymore, something has happened to this store, first off the Saleswomen, steered me all wrong, said if the furniture did not look right or fit the room, that they would come and take it back, with no charge, she was so busy taking care of three people at a time. No one in that store knows how to say hi with a smile. I came home, decided I didn't think the couch would fit the room, I called and cancelled the order. They charged me 10% of the sales that I cancelled. Rip of, I will never go to Ashley again, it has been 13 days since I cancelled and the charges have not been taken off my charge card, so now if I don't pay this full amount, I will be charged on my credit card too. Don't bother going here, if you do be very leary, and then after I had gone into the store to cancel, another sales lady, became very aggressive, telling me, she can help me, I said I do not want to buy anything, I have looked at all the furniture there, and none of which I cared for. She just kept pushing, then I did go to the desk, and told them I had cancelled on the phone, she said, that was another store, I said no, it was this store. very abruptly she said you will be charged 10%. Why, it was cancelled was not even out for delivery, because I cancelled before the delivery date. So why am I being charged 10%. Asi am writing this I called they told me it would be a 6 minute wait, and if I would leave my phone, they will call me back so I would not loose my place in line, that was 15 minutes ago. Don't ever purchase from this company. I ordered a loft bed and it came with a broken railing, without which a person cannot safely sleep on it without the chance of falling off. It has now been a month of calls, messages and emails and I still have no replacement. Out of the now seven times I have contacted them (two of those they hung up on me before I could even speak), only once did they get my information and the part numbers they were to replace but I never received their promised return call/email to finalize the replacement (why that extra step is necessary is beyond me). I now have a $550 bed no one can sleep in and no means to fix it. This is the absolute worst customer experience I ever had and nothing will ever make me want to buy from them again. Double charging us for delivery is NOT COOL. We bought a 5 piece package deal: 2 piece sectional, coffee table, 2 end tables. Delivery and setup were charged at the time of sale. The coffee tables had to come from the warehouse and were shipped at a later date. Not my fault that they had the sectional available and not the coffee tables.Imagine my surprise when they charged me for delivery and set up at the time of sale, THEN charged me an additional $250 in 'delivery and set up' for the tables. WTF? Not only did I already pay that when I bought the damn set, but all the delivery guys did was to walk the tables up and set them down in my apartment. I could have driven my SUV out, or rented a van, driven over to pick up the tables from this 'warehouse' and brought them back up to my apartment myself and STILL come nowhere close to the $250 they tacked onto my account AFTER THE SALE. Forget about calling Ashley Customer Service, too - I've called - REPEATEDLY - and I get different people from India. This doesn't bother me - what DOES bother me is that with the combination of the thick Mumbai accent, and their poor sound quality on their end, you can't communicate with whoever you're calling. *sigh* read more

I purchased my 5-piece sectional Tanavi this Thanksgiving Sale 2021 at the Niles, IL location. I only ordered the 5-piece sofa, which was measured for our living room area. The sales lady processed my store card and said that if I didn't like the product once I received it, that I can return it. The item was backordered so I did not receive it until yesterday, 1/26/22. The delivery men upon entering asked if I had the 5-piece sofa and asked where I wanted them set up. During the set up, he noticed that there wasn't a right arm chair section. So he checked his delivery receipt and saw that I had 6 pieces instead of 5! I said that I did not order that because it does not even fit my living room space. He replied that I can return it to the store or call the number. He said that I had 3 days to check everything and return anything I did not want and I could also call to have it picked up. The next day, 1/27/22, I went to the local Ashley in Niles, IL that I purchased it from and told them I'm returning the item that was charged extra on my order. One of the employees (Nigel) said to call the (866)7879390 number because they don't accept returns and that it shouldn't be a problem returning it because it hasn't been 48 hours since I received it. I left and called the number. The customer service then says that there is a NO RETURN POLICY. She says I should go back to the store and return it there and offered no solution at all. She just kept on repeating that there is nothing she could do. I then returned to the store AGAIN and spoke with an office manager this time and says I can't return it but will ask the manager (wasn't she the manager already?) tomorrow and will call me before 6pm. I waited until 5:30pm the following day and I had to be the one to call to follow up only to be told that the person who was supposed to call (Val) was not there! I was charged $420 for an extra sectional piece I did not need and I have no way of returning it despite them saying initially (at the time of purchase) that I can return it if I didn't want it? And despite the delivery people reiterating that I can return it. This false information is very misleading and is not acceptable. The worst customer service experience! read more

Sales people very nice until there's a problem. Bought several begear pillows, of which only half were in stock. Told that buying all would allow my order to take priority as they came in, supposedly within the next 5 business days. Told to come back in a week. When I came back, told they weren't in stock and it would be another week. I called mid week and again before going in a third time, but no one ever picks up. Third time, found the salesman who was annoyed. He looked again in the store room and noted they were not in stock. He got authorization from his manager to ship the pillows to fulfill the order. A week passed by and he calls me to tell me they'll ship it. 10 min later, another call and says I have to come in to pick up or ship it to another store closer. I ask for the slightly closer store. A third call in 5 min and he says the regional manager now denies shipping it to another store. I ask for a refund. It's been a week and NO REFUND. Horrible experience with very poor customer service. I'll never give them my money again. read more

I have had a year long nightmare with them. Mgrs NEVER return phone calls. Damaged furniture, reselection, more damaged furniture, delivery drivers with no orders to pick up damaged furniture 3 times. Huge damaged dining table had to sit in my living room for at least 8-10 weeks (I've lost count). Then I find out that the floor model couch I finally settled on getting was sold out from under me and has been discontinued, so now I have the matching chairs but no couch. How long will that be to pick up so I can actually pick out new living room furniture elsewhere??? i will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture EVER again. You've been warned. read more

My friend just bought her house and needed some furnitures. We went thonthis store at Golf branch in Niles IL and dealt with sales agent named Sara. She was very nice and very helpful and even told us that she will give us the BEST discount that she can give. Guys BEWARE because in our experience, when someone is too good to be true, that's when you have to watch out. This Sara completed our orders and charged the card which we we were expecting to be around low $2,000 but she had it totaled to low $3,000 which she included the extended warranty without letting us know. She just charged the card without explaining the promotions and what really is upsetting is she charged the card with the extended warranty without my friend's approval. We ended up walking out!!!! Moral lesson of this story is that you really have to watch out for yourself more so when the sales person is being extra nice to you because that's when they're ready to bite you. Avoid this Sara sales agent.... We went back there to make sure that my friend's order was canceled but we were persuaded by another agent to go on with the purchase and assured us that Sara will not get credit of the sale. We feel that because of her being sneaky, she doesn't deserve to credit for the purchase. For the manager that's asking the purchaser's name it doesn't matter anymore. But here's the store ( Ashley in Niles) and the name of the sales agent is SARA ( who badly needs retraining ) that you can't just charge protection plan without asking the customer. read more

Ordered kitchen table and chairs. Chairs arrived quickly. 2/4 very difficult to assemble, nothing lined up. Delivery set up for table 4 times, hold put on my credit card 4 times.No table after a month. 877- number got a rude irate sales person, "it's not my problem." 866- number on hold for 45 minutes so far. Scam Alert.....!! Do not buy from this store. They run a scam. They take away the money in advance and keep postponing to deliver items you bought. They try to put you in awkward situation by delivering some parts of the set you order (for example, they plan to deliver mirror of dresser, headboard of beds, chairs of dining set) and keep you waiting the rest of the parts / furniture set. Do not fall into their trap. They do not deliver the order on time. They fool you with excuses of pandemic, manufacturing process, delivery from the factory, etc and keep postponing the delivery of furniture on time. We ordered dining table set, server, Sofa set, bed set on May 28, 2021 for a new house. They said all items will be delivered by mid of July 2021. It is a huge pain. They keep postponing delivery dates and furniture items. They wanted to deliver items in parts. For example, they planned to deliver mirror of dresser one day, and they do not have plan/date for the dresser delivery. They delivered dining table set, server, sofa set in two different days. They made us call customer service several times because; they keep changing the delivery date and the delivery items. We are still pending to receive the bed set. We are tired of calling the customer services. They kept postponing bed set delivery plan from July to Aug to Sept to Oct. And in our latest follow up call in early September, they said they plan to deliver dresser in Sept 16th, Mirror in Oct 26thand rest of the bed set items next year, and do not know the estimate. We requested to cancel the order twice. They said cancel team will call in 48 hours and they never called. We reached out to sales agent, she said her Manager will call in 48 hours and no calls received. One call to customer service takes away 30-45 minutes. No wonder, how many calls we made. I regret for choosing the Ashley furniture. Also, please do not buy from this Ashley store. Their store prices are higher than the online price. Store Manager said it is a misconception of customers to assume that store prices and online prices will be the same. The stores are the franchise of Ashley, not the company. You can visit store to select your items, and make order online. Cancellation and refunding is also much easier when you purchase from online. read more

Very DIS-SATISFIED!! I PURCHASED my couch May 29 2020! Now considering It was right after/during pandemic stages were finally letting up. They had been open 2wks! Before I went in. Anyway, I went in for a couch I saw online but was immediately turned off by the texture so I passed it up an found a Beautiful sectional couch instead (BACENO 3 piece SECTIONAL with OTTOMAN) the salesman i worked with was ok, answered all my questions and I was able to do the paperwork and walk out with a receipt of purchase and a DELIVERY DATE OF JULY 17, 2020!!!! I immediately thought what a long time, but considering everything goin on ok.. and i dealt with it.. DELIVERY FEE-$150.00 AND WARRANTY PROTECTION PLAN $299.00! No problem. 3days ago on, JULY 15 2020, I received a email confirmation (I will place all photos below) confirming my delivery on the 17th! ive waited an entire MONTH AND A HALF!!! I was BEYOND READY and ESTATIC that it was finally arriving. Stating that my delivery window would be from 10am- 1pm Friday the 17th! Also since ASHLEY doesn't not remove furniture I had two of my family members (which moved their day around to help us at 9am) and my Fiance, to remove my leather couch I was throwing out.. I must say it was bittersweet throwing it out, we ripped that thing to pieces to get it out of the house. Had to remove my door hinges(on my back door) to make it fit an decided to keep them off for the delivery people when they arrive to make it easier for them. Had to rearrange my living area pushed everything against my windows tables, toys, i also had to move my kitchen around coffee area (table) and my key chain hook off my wall in my entry, took all my floor runners up out of the hallway(3) hangings off my walls (its a narrow hallway) sat around ALL MORNING.. at 12:40pm I decide to call to double check on my order.... was on hold for 6min before they answered an hung up on me called back on hold for 4min and same thing so decided to call a contact I was given (business card of an associate) she told me right away that she could not track my orders location but she could at least tell me it was on a truck an on the way at some point. Then I hear the words "Omg!!"??? Uuuummm OMG, WHAT!!?? I asked. She said some one should have contacted u because its in our system that it has not reached our warehouse yet!!! WHAT!!!??? What it the actual fuck do u mean its not in the warehouse pretty much saying it was not yet completed... after starting to profusely cry and explain to the lady I have an EMPTY LIVING ROOM, all the work an effort I just made to rearrange my day to be here, keeping my door off its hinges for 3hrs waiting, I was a hot mess, I have a 3 YR OLD CHILD and NO FURNITURE!!! I bought a new area rug that I was goin to lay down when couch came i have hard wood floors throughout and now it just a freaking echo room in here EVERY NOISE bounces off the walls its completely EMPTY!! She then gave me an option to give me a total refund an come in an buy ANOTHER couch,?? What!!?? A ya no! I just picked this out an had to wait a month and a half why would I get another one where is my couch?? She then said it would not be able to be DELIVERED UNTIL AUGUST 1 OR THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST!! WHAT!!!?? There were so many places Bobs furniture, room place. O'an btw she claimed that, the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION sent (July 15th) was for my PROTECTION PLAN!!! Why would u give a time window, have the same delivery date on my receipt in MAY when I left, for a protection plan!!
