    Do not shop here. My husband and I spent close to $20,000 dollars on furniture here and are beyond disappointed. The delivery process (despite paying for it) is horrible. My furniture was dirty upon delivery and an entire section of my sectional wasn't delivered. I was then informed it would be another two weeks for the delivery of the missing wedge. Despite being told it would be delivered within 2 business days. It's been lie after lie. We will never ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again

    Contacted the above number after waiting 12 more days. Was told my order was canceled but the refund wasn't submitted yet and that would take another 15 days if I would like that done. WHO DOESNT WANT A REFUND ON A CANCELLATION!? When I asked to be escalated I was given the "I'm just customer support" excuse again and disconnected. You cannot get you money back or reach anyone that can actually help. Do not buy from Ashley! This is a month for a 7-10 day process and still going.

Put all day 1 chemicals in it, day two Wednesday put second day chemical and by early evening we were sitting relaxing in the tub. It wouldn't keep the heat, never got hotter than 95, the Max is 104° We understand it takes time initially to heat the tub to max. Thursday we didn't get in, nor Friday, however, I did go out to test water temp and it was cold. It never heated. I tried to start the heat again, and the control panel would NOT work. Nothing came on, no lights, nothing. My husband texted our salesperson and I called the store. Apparently, our sales guy was busy with another customer. We got a call shortly after from the tech guy I guess. He asked if we reset, explained my husband had already done that AND checked the brackers AND tested the outlet with hair dryer. Still, nothing. correction hair dryer came on NOT tub. Then a woman called to set up a repair appointment, Monday is the soonest she said, ok find. Hung up, she called again. Apologized. And said Tuesday actually because she only had one repair guy. I'm FURIOUS at this point. Almost $6000.00 hot tub and nearing three month wait and NOW this. It's bullshit and we won't be back to this store to do anymore shopping. VERY VERY Disappointing! Oh ps.... upon delivery they forgot our steps and said they were on back order but I went to store second day, and our sales guy told us they had excess supply and didn't understand why they didn't bring it. Well. Because they forgot and then told us some BS to take it off of them smh. Horrible experience!

On December 8th I purchased a three piece bedroom set, on the 11th the furniture was delivered. When I inspected the furniture I noticed clusters of nail size holes throughout the wood. (Head/Foot board, the dresser, the mirror, and the nightstand) I called Mega and explained the situation, sent them pictures, and now I'm getting the run around from them, the manager won't call me back, no resolutions yet, except for telling me the holes are part of the aesthetic of the furniture. Really!?! I asked them if this is the case, can they at least give me some kind of discount off the amount I paid, it would only be right, and satisfy a long time customer. As of right now, they keep telling me the approval needs to be made by the general manager, but I can't get the manager to call me back. So I'm writing this because of frustration and disappointment from a company that has furnished my home on a number of occasions, and now has turned their backs on me. Because of this I will never shop at Mega Furniture again!!!!

One day I went out to use it and the lid would only open half way. It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.

Maybe it's because we are not from around here, but we have always had our tanks weighed and paid for what they put in. Maybe that's just how it's done here? I wouldn't call it cheap or excessive. It cost us $27 to fill a 30 gallon tank.
