This is the worst experience I've ever had. The saga started on November 17 when one out of the 5 mattresses I purchased was delivered severely flawed. The middle stuck up and the head and foot were recessed. Flash forward to mid-January and horribly inept customer service that finally acknowledged the flawed mattress, and scheduled a trade in (after a 2nd assessment in December,) for Feb. 4 without even notifying me! I have nowhere to put this mattress. I run a new Airbnb. One room is not able to be rented this entire time. The store manager never returns my calls. The salesperson says his hands are tied. So I've notified the company that I'm filing a small claims lawsuit if it is not resolved by mid-January. So far, no reply. read more

Our salesperson was YAMA and he was just awesome, He was super friendly, very helpful, and highly informative and knowledgeable about the power reclining couch and recliner we purchased. We purchased a sofa from Ashley furniture 4.5 years ago. Since we purchased it, including the extra warranty the company has refused to fix our sofa. The springs popped in the cushion. The sofa has been the worst purchase I have ever made especially considering the customer service. It is also our newest piece of furniture. Meaning we are careful, take care of our furniture and keep it for years! (10-15 years for some pieces). So sad we went with a sleeper sofa and it is more comfortable as a bed! Bought a sectional last year and come to find out it is cheaply made. I purchased the insurance Reguard from them as the sales associates stated they would cover damages . The person who helped me place an order.. somehow he input the wrong information?? so I have a two colored sectional. It only took me two months to finally get this couch... wonder how long it's going to take for them to fix their mistake. Running out of options of sofas that would fit inside my entryway, I reluctantly choose to buy from Ashley Homestore which I will NEVER do again and I recommend that no one else buy from them because: - The quality of their sofas are below average with inferior material - They will gladly take your money and delivered your item but they f*** you over with their extremely limited return window of 72 Hours and absolutely horrible processing of returns. I decided within 48 hours that the sofa was crap so I called customer service on Sunday. The guy was rude as hell from the start and insisted that I was mistaken with my return window. He said there was nothing to be done and was about to hang up when I told him to transfer me to his manager. He sighed and after a long wait, he did but insisted again that I'd get the same response. Fortunately the manager did say I was within the return window and said shed' started processing the return. However, it's been a week and after talking to customer service again, with wait times spanning many hours, I was told to be patient and that the processing would take another 8 to 10 days. This is the worst experience I've had with buying furniture and I shall never buy from Ashley Homestore again! read more

5 star rating this time around for my girl, Marie Villena and the guys who setup the couch and tables. I came in mid-August ordering a new couch and table during COVID19. Based on how supply chain has definitely increased wait times. I was able to get my couch on the promise date that was the early estimated arrival. Marie made my experience in the store really fun and easy and able to get the right configuration that I needed. Beautiful couch and table. It really makes my living room look so amazing! As for the delivery, the guys came right on schedule. With all the COVID precautions and even wore booties inside the house. Quick and efficient did not leave one scratch on the floor or walls. They used moving towels and everything to slide across the floors. Perfectly respected the home and walls. They let us inspect the couch and made sure it was perfect before leaving. I purchased a dining room set two years ago that I had my eyes on the entire time we were in lockdown during covid, and unfortunately for me, I dripped acetone on the table from a leaking bottle and didn't realize it until I noticed that the table was wet. By that time, the acetone had eaten through the finish on the wood and the table couldn't be repaired. I had purchased the protection plan, however, so it was covered for replacement. The set I originally purchased and needed to replace had been discontinued, so I went out to the Miramar location on February 23 to look for a replacement. I was told to ask for Marie, but it was her day off. Mo helped me out instead. He didn't follow me around the store; he simply let me look and was available to answer my questions. Long story short, I have a small dining area in my home and most of the sets I liked were too large. There were two that I wanted to look at that I saw on line and were supposed to be in stock at the Miramar location. One set was there; the other was not. I wound up buying the other set sight unseen so I hope it's as nice as I anticipate, although it won't really replace the set I have and fell in love with. Mo was extremely helpful, kind, considerate, and personable. I have no complaints regarding the sales staff. I wish their online inventory was more accurate, but that isn't their fault. When Mo wrote up the sale, he even credited Marie with part of the commission. I thought that deserved extra kudos for consideration and generosity. I don't know as yet how delivery will go, but so far, so good. No complaints! I gave only four stars, however, because of the inaccurate information on the website and limited availability of smaller dining room sets (60" - 65"). read more

One was in a chaise chair who looked like he was more concerned about relaxing than helping customers. Another was on her phone. They sent us the wrong chair, wrong color and wrong size, we called them and sent them the photos they wanted 4 weeks ago, unfortunately no one want to help us. The quality is also very bad. Customer service sucks. Where do I begin? Our couch that we had ordered back in Oct 2021 was supposed to arrive in Jan, but here it is in Mar, and we still haven't gotten it. Got notified that the couch was in two days ago and to schedule for a delivery. The wait on the phone to get through to schedule a delivery was ridiculous. My first attempt to call I was #49 and it gave me the choice to be called back, which I chose to do, but then it doesn't confirm that you've chosen that and you get disconnected. I called back 40 minutes later and was #10 so I chose to hold on. Half hour later, I get RJ and he had trouble finding my order, but finally he found it, then put me on hold to check the calendar for when the next opening for delivery was. Suddenly, I'm transferred to give a survey of the service which I said was a 0 and got disconnected. Called back the 3rd time and I was caller #89 and decided to just let my phone sit. Maybe it was an hour later, I got someone and FINALLY got a date scheduled for the next day. I insisted they call my cell phone so that I don't miss their call and requested for a window of time when they would be here. I was told they will contact me 24 hours beforehand to let me know. THEY DIDN'T! All I got was an email. I live in a high-rise and I worked with our front desk to get the elevator padded for delivery and waited for the call from Ashley to come in. Never got the call on my cell. Called the store to find out when they would come as I never got a 4-hour window. I was told they gave that information, but they DIDN'T. I found out when I called at 11:30am, that the window was 9:45am-1:45pm. To make matters worse, I was told that they came at 9:42am to deliver. I was home all day and did not hear anyone knocking on my door. I was told they even took a picture of my front door and our front desk person where I lived confirmed that they came and was surprised that they came back down with the box not empty. No idea what happened with that!! This debacle would NOT have happened if they had just provided the 4-hour window the day before and CALLED my cell# like I had INSISTED they do. And unfortunately, they were unable to have the delivery guys turn around since they were already 30 minutes away to their next delivery. And why in the hell would they not offer to reschedule me right then versus telling me that I will be contacted within 48 hours to be rescheduled? You think that would be the best thing to do, but oh yea, it's because their customer service is THE WORST I've ever dealt with!! All I can say is Ashley Home Store customer service of getting through to schedule a delivery and NOT being able to get a return call AND their delivery system overall SUCKS!! I will NEVER recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone! read more

We ordered two couches on Dec 28, 2020. Our delivery was delayed for the 7th (maybe 8th) time and our new scheduled delivery is Aug 21, 2021. I don't really think I need to say much more from that but here it goes... We went into the Ashley Home Store on Miramar on Dec 28, 2020 and made an order there. We were told that there was a 6-8 week wait and were okay with that - it's now almost 8 months. The sales assistant did not review the order with us before it was placed and next thing we know she's asking for a credit card to pay. We asked her to review the items to make sure it was ordered correctly and she told us it was okay. Repeatedly. She was so persistent on it that we figured it was okay and paid. We realize it's our fault on that but who wants to argue with a sales associate for longer than 10 minutes? Two months later, we got our delivery and surprise (!!!), the order is wrong. You can't reach anyone at this store to talk about your order so good luck on talking to someone to get a real update. You have to call the specific store but after a certain time you get re-routed to the customer service line that can't do anything. And then you get re-routed back and get to listen to the same hold advertisement for 20 minutes before you are re-routed to the customer service line again and then are put back on hold. Do not buy from here if you want to get what you actually order or expect any type of customer service. I'm aware and accept a certain level of delays that happen, especially with COVID-19, but the inability to talk to a person that can do anything to help on top of an 8 month delivery is absurd. read more

I was able to negotiate for a very good price on all of my bedroom set because of buying Tempur-pedic mattress. The managers did the magic of negotitating for a great price. Because of Pandemic I was nervous about delivery, initially I was not convinced to take a parial delivery but they convinced me that I am going to be okay and everything was delivered little over a month over a couple of deliveries. Ordered these: Lit Christmas Alpine Trees w/ Metal Wire Base (Set of 3). They are junk, look nothing like the pics. They are not full at all. You can see right through the limbs to the fake wood pole that's not even close to the color of wood. They look so cute and full in the pics. Very disappointing.
