This is made possible because we make our own mattresses. Even if there's nothing wrong with your mattress and you just want to make it more comfortable, not a problem. Mattress is too firm or too soft? No problem at all, we'll adjust it. All that matters is your comfort and how it feels to you." THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THAT PROMISE! By February, less than a year later, the mattress had become far too soft and unsupportive. Since we were still within the 12 month warranty period, we asked to exchange it for a firmer model. After waiting about a month, the replacement was delivered, but even the delivery team mentioned it appeared to be the same mattress. Unfortunately, it felt no different and did not solve the issue. When we contacted them again in April, still within the warranty period, we were told our option was to buy another mattress for nearly $3,000, with only a small discount offered. Very disappointing experience. If you need a genuinely firm mattress or have back issues, I would be cautious and clarify the warranty and exchange policy before purchasing.
