I had an appointment today at 10:30 even though walk-ins are welcome at 10 AM. Also important to mention two barber with no clients or appointments anywhere in site. Only to be welcomed by a gentleman named David who told me that walk ins aren't necessarily first come first basis. I was the first person outside the building. He said it was situational. The tone of the conversation was not only condescending but dismissive. The service at this location has shown time and time again less than a destination for "gents". With so many local businesses lacking business you would think they would be more receptive to customers trying to be loyal.

I politely declined several times, but she continued to insist that texture or layers would make the cut look softer or less harsh.
