    Drunken rice
    Ilene S.

Amazing place we happened upon while walking the little town of Falmouth. After checking out a half dozen menus at other places we decided to try something different then the usual Italian place or bar like restaurant and we were extremely happy with our choice. First hint we found we made the right choice was that the restaurant was crowded. After looking over the extensive menu we each picked a dish. I order a special called the drunken fried rice and it would be just what the doctor ordered had I been drunk but was amazing even though I was sober. It had a rich dense and intense flavor. It stuck together in a good way with perfectly seasoned shrimp. The Thai spaghetti had just the right heat without losing the flavor profile. It I lived local this would be a place I would try often so I could work my way thru the menu. The only downside was there was just one server and it was too busy of a night for one person to effective handle so many tables which left us with empty water glasses at times as well as having to wait for the bill. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Food was extremely fresh and flavorful and we had a nice view of Falmouth center. We're looking forward to coming back to try other dishes.

    Cashew Nut with Tofu

The food at Bangkok Cuisine was tasty, the server was fantastic, and my boyfriend and I both left full and happy. We're both vegan, so we decided to veganize the Cashew Nut entree with tofu and vegetables and the Pad See You by omitting the eggs and fish sauce. Our server was so accommodating and friendly, and clearly marked "vegan: no fish sauce or eggs!" at the top of our order, which was reassuring. We also ordered a side of rice and a side of steamed vegetables for some extra nutritional punch. We split both dishes, and the portion sizes were pretty good. I will say that the portions are on the smaller size for a Thai restaurant, but it was still enough to fill us both up. The Pad See You had really good flavor, but there were only 5 small pieces of tofu scattered throughout. Again, the Cashew Nut tasted good, but I couldn't find any of the pineapple its description had, and the protein portion was also small. I'd definitely come back for dinner, and possibly ask for a double portion of the tofu. Overall, service was excellent, and the food was really tasty though I wish they were more generous with the tofu. If you're vegan (or not) and looking for somewhere to have dinner on the Cape, I highly recommend checking out Bangkok Cuisine.

    Appetizer mussels
    MJ L.

It was a decent place to sit down in the downtown area. Service was very slow; took us about 10 mins just to order. The Tom yum kung soup had no lemongrass flavor and was wayyy too sweet. The appetizer mussels had a total of 5 mussels. Somehow I was expecting more. Also that was too sweet. We ordered a glass noodle with chicken, and a cashew dish as entrees. The glass noodle seemed to be made of sugar and no other spice/seasoning. For a dish literally named "cashew nut", it had about 7 cashews and the rest was all onions and bell peppers with a few pieces of carrots and mushrooms. I learned that the entree didn't come with rice and you had to pay extra for it, apparently that's a Cape Cod rule (words from the server). Overall, decent dining environment, disappointing food, slow service. But maybe I should keep my expectations low for Cape Cod.

After a long drive with two littles in the car, traveling from Providencetown…read moreto New Hampshire, we (wife and I) were craving Thai food since our home in Bangor doesn't have much options. Found this place from yelp and liked the rating, distance from freeway and the old diner look. As we entered, we were greeted by the nicest gentleman who resembled any loving and caring grandfather( not saying he's old). Both of my kids felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. This place had the vibe of a 50's diner and had a sweet "TukTuk" sitting in the corner. Naturally my son was drawn to sit in it. On the counter next to this was a basket of small kid toys, again my son was drawn to this. As my son picked out a toy and attempted to "sneak" it back to our table, the gentleman saw how koy my son was being and the cutest interaction happened. Being that we haven't had good Thai food in too long, we bought way too much. Pad Se Ew w/chicken Green Curry w/tofu Papaya salad Fresh rolls 3 orders of sticky rice Khao soi And because my son is a picky eater, they agreed to just cook him some shrimp. 108 bucks for this feast. Not bad. Papaya salad was fresh and citrusy, Fresh rolls were fantastic with the dipping sauce and peanut sauce, Pad Se Ew was fantastic Green curry was thick, rich and very flavorful Sticky rice was perfect Shrimp did the trick. The Khao Soi was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Spicy, rich broth, crispy wontons, plenty of noodles. Hands down, best I've had. I would travel back from Bangor just for this. Throughout our meal, the owner sat down and we had great conversation. I can tell that it's mostly locals who order in and to go. He was very pleasant to talk with. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Thank you for this amazing meal.

This is a beautiful shop. They have a really peaceful vibe and the girl at the counter (sorry I…read moreforgot your name) really knows the menu well; not just what the dish is made of but what really makes it different on the levels that matter, which for my mom is which noodles are rice, which have gluten, which do what in the where and I have no idea but I waited for her to get through the whole thing and we got our food. I had the Tom Kar soup and honestly it was mainly just mushrooms and broth with a couple shrimp, it's a very simple soup which O always loved, but this one just isn't as good as Krua Thai. The stir fry noodle dish is a good portion of a little light on chicken, but the way things are in 2026 who can blame the business for doing what they need to do to survive. I want to support the small shops in these hard times when I can. The spring rolls were the best part in my opinion, very light and crispy. I could honestly eat anything on a Thai menu and I'd probably love it, but the one thing that was a bit stressful is the shop refuses to print menus to look at and wants everyone to go online. They just have one small menu on the counter and my mother is 70 years old, she is too cool to carry an iphone around and the print is too small for her to read. They seem to have a bit of a take it or leave it attitude about the whole thing. Listen, some people aren't online all day, not everyone carries a 'smart'phone, and some people can't read that tiny print. If you're only going to display one menu, make it big enough for the oldies to read it. You're on Cape Cod, the biggest nursing home in the USA. You gotta cater to the oldies. Otherwise I hope they have a great summer.
