The food was hot and good. I was very surprised on how good it was and the price. Cheaper than doing fast food. I'd definitely go back.

Average Chinese buffet to pig out for not a lot of money. They cook most dishes up in small batches so it's hot and fresh.

Better than ramen I've had in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. The chili oil or sashuan oil is not as hot as I thought. Easy to eat, even if you can't tolerate much spice. Staff was super amazing. Shout out to the guy behind the bar. Rockin' beard and rockin' attitude. Easy 30-minute drive from Beaver Creek, Wright-Pat area, but so worth it.

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.

This place definitely used to be a Golden Corral because, well I never forget a place that gave me severe bubble guts. Slightly renovated to resemble a Chinese buffet, I'm actually pleased by the selections. They do have a little Dim Sum...dumplings, sesame balls, sticky rice with chicken. The usual suspects are there... General Tso, Chicken with broccoli, chicken on a stick, French fries, chicken wings, Lo mein, fried rice. Nothing really stood out but it was better than most buffets I've been to flavor wise. Limited sushi selection but they do have a larger dessert area. My personal takeaways were the sesame balls, the sticky rice with chicken and the fried rice. The Hot n Sour soup was pretty good also. There's also a hibachi but I didn't try it. So $16.11 it was nothing sensational but it was good for a buffet. Walking back to the car bloated and ready for a nap, but at least not driving to the ER like with Golden Corral lol.

While a step or three above the "standard" Asian buffets, I didn't find it to be "life changing" experience I was hoping for. Are there some different, not commonly found at other buffets options? Yes, along with plenty of the standards to keep just about everyone happy and full. Clean, well-stocked Asian buffet "standards" along with some surprises, and definitely something for just about everyone... A "tad" higher priced than some other buffets, but you definitely won't leave hungry. Check it out if you're in the area...

Take yourself out on your own darn date. Why not?…read more You deserve it. And when you do..... Order the Pink Starburst for 10 buckeroos. A steal. It's pretty and pink and glows. Second choice was an expressotini. The crab rangoons for 6 bucks are a steal. Who can't resist crispy fried filled puffs filled with cream cheese ? Not this girl. Then I took Anthony's suggestion and went with a coconut spaghetti. If you're wondering what that is...... It's flippin fabulous. It's mandarin egg noodles tossed with shrimp, vegetables, in a savory brown sauce. Sold. The curiosity alone was enough to order it. Now on to the ambience. 9.5 outta 10. The music is in the background and not too loud to not hear the conversations your eavesdropping on in the next booth. And any place you go and hear Fleetwood Mac is a plus. The bar has a cool vibe and you don't have to break the bank. And!!! best part yet, there are books all around the place to read if you get bored or have a boring date. Our waitress was Sheridan and she provided absolutely superb service. Major shout-out. They didn't have the beer my husband ordered so she took the initiative to return to the table with two samples of similar beer for him to try. She answered all our questions and made appropriate recommendations. We were checked on often enough, a soda refill appeared without my asking, and she neatly boxed up our leftovers. She was pleasant and kind and one of the best servers ever. Very classy decor here; subtle touches of the orient; wood, leather, and...books! And a very elegant bar. Motown music was playing, and festive but not excessive Christmas decorations were up. And yes, a fortune cat was there to greet us. Food arrived quickly. We had the Thai Dumplings app which was just enough for two to whet the appetite. It was tangy and peanutty and the cool cucumber slices a perfect contrast. My husband had the Green Mango Grouper and loved it. I had a taste and it was fantastic, fresh white fish and delectable toppings, spice level 2 was just right. I tasted it and agreed it was excellent and right then we made plans to return. I had Siam Curry with chicken. Full of flavor and wonderful vegetables especially the snow peas. Spice level 3 is described as Thai Spicy and they are not kidding. They do not wimp out on the spice here so use caution. (For example at Thai Thara in Richmond Indiana I go with 5 of 5 and I still need to add some spice.) Sheridan brought extra chili oil if needed. I would recommend erring on the side of lower spice with the option to add. We took home an order of Singapore Noodles to share for supper tomorrow along with our leftovers. I snuck a taste before putting it away and it's delicious! Looking forward to another visit soon and I think I'll try one of their cocktails. Highly recommended!

Renz and his incredible staff have mastered the art of exceptional service. Drinks arrive within minutes, beautifully presented and every bit as delicious as they sound on the menu. We shared several, and every one was a hit. Our favorite starters are the curry mussels, chicken bao buns, and the watermelon feta salad. Choosing an entrée is always the hardest part because the tuna poke bowl, scallops with polenta, duck lo mein, and hot pot are all outstanding. Stix continues to be one of our favorite dining destinations, and we can't wait to come back!

In this case, the Hot Stone Bibimbap with Crispy Tofu ($23) was inauthentic in so many ways. Way too many carrots and broccoli - none of which was pickled banchan style. The rice was overcooked white rice that didn't have any oil element in it to actually crisp up in the dolsot hot stone pot, and the crispy tofu was overfried. Basically a fake-it-till-you-make-it attempt at a bibimbap that happens to have a legit stone pot. But if the ingredients are a joke, it doesn't matter. I would never order this again. Don't be tempted if you are familiar with how this dish is supposed to be prepared.

Look, this is probably one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. Is it totally authentic?…read moreNo. But, for this style of Chinese it's really good. We ordered take out twice recently because we're busy and it's close to where my son has practice these days. We went in to pick up and it is nice inside. I used the bathroom and it was clean, which I appreciate. Our last order was crab rangoon, siu mai, wonton soup, pepper steak with onions, shrimp with broccoli, general t's chicken and fresh garlic chicken. I'll start with the crab rangoon, it is a little sweeter than other places, but it also has more flavor since they actually use scallions in theirs. It was really good, although one of the kids didn't like the sweetness of it. The siu mai though? Everyone loved it and we will definitely order those again! The shrimp was perfectly cooked and plump, so good! The family fought over the leftover wonton soup, I ordered two quarts because there's never enough for our crew. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the fresh garlic chicken, it was a LOT of green peppers which isn't our favorite. Someone did go in and eat all the leftover chicken though...lol I noticed when ordering the last time that they also have Thai food, which I really want to try.

The Jam Pong -- a Korean seafood soup -- had fresh calamari, clams, scallops, and mussels in a deeply flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice. The wontons were equally impressive, with what tasted like freshly made dough wrapped around pork filling and finished with a rich, flavorful sauce reduced just enough. Service was excellent.
