Was craving Japanese food & after spending 3 hours in the car driving back from NY I couldn't handle the drive to 72 or even down rt 9. This place came up on google search, it was so close (1 mile) I figured I'd give it a go. The cut holes in tops of containers with fried items do my tempura was still crunchy. Everything cooked to perfection & seasoned perfectly. Staff was friendly & place seemed clean. Prices were as listed on menu. I was in the mood for some Thai food, and we don't have many options around here. If you want Thai flavors I don't recommend them at all. Food is ok.. not the best but the sushi is great .. very pricey for little amount served.. and I would happily pay more if it's was superb...great delivery drivers but rude and not so great workers when ordering. BAD:The lunch and dinner portion size is the same and they charge more after 3. they also change prices without notifying and just charge you anyway. Example: ordered lunch special but charged dinner portion and it was 1pm Lunch: 11-3 mon thru sat. And was told no lunch service anymore after paying . But ordered lunch just two days prior for friend. I would only recommend going back or ordering if they were much kind and food was up to par but I think I'll steer clear due to crazy prices for little portions. Like many on a cold snowy evening we got the hankering for Asian food. We saw that a new place was open in the Gunning River Plaza, The Asian Castle Japanese Fusion. A great change in dining choices, Japanese food brings the flavors over the top and these folks did not disappoint us. For delivery I ordered Eel and flying fish roe Sashimi, a Spicy Tuna Roll and Sea food Undon. After olny 30 min the knock on the door with the delivery. The Sashimi was fresh, presented well and tasted great The pickled ginger was plentiful for the cleansing on the different tastes. The Udon was just what the doctor ordered. Hot, lots of scallops, shrimp, crab legs. It could have had a few more greens for my taste but over all it was just perfect. Best chinese food in the area! Great hot and sour soup. Super fresh wontons. Crispy egg rolls. Awesome pork fried rice, any of the pork dishes are wonderful. Great dishes from each region with sushi that is always clean, never fishy. All the fruits and vegetables are fresh -- you can even see them bringing those in from the store if they run out of something. Hibachi is very fun and the chefs are very entertaining, the nice thing is that you can also get to a regular table if you aren't in the mood for all the accompanying fanfare -- but. really, where's the fun in that? They have a ton of delivery going in and out -- the driver never has a chance to rest. Never had a bad meal here and the staff is nice, if only a little on the curt side sometimes. read more

TL:DR at bottom What's happening all? If you are in the mood for easy take out from an Asian joint, look no further! They are good with orders that require leaving out or adding in things, no seafood, and sauce demands! I typically get the same thing every time but do occasionally dabble. The General Tso's is my go to, sometimes I hit those boneless spare ribs, once in a while it is a toss up! I always ask for them to hold the sauce, for me that always makes these dishes better. They always satisfy! Even when asked about shellfish allergies, they were good to separate all of that. No one else ordered seafood, so that made it easier. (Say what you want, but if a business wants your money they can do certain things to get it.) Inside, their are a few tables for what I would assume are the general customers who just want an easy meal. They have hibachi in another room, so they keep them apart. Their hibachi is great! Good showmanship and tasty food. Generous with the saki too! ;] Overall, a really good place. Almost 5 star, that would require just a few improvements for me. Ordered the tempura chicken & scallion pancake off of their take out menu for lunch. I know they're on the appetizer part of the menu, but figured it's be enough for two people to share. When I got home and opened the containers, all they gave us was two small pieces of tempura chicken garnished with one piece of broccoli, and three small scallion pancake slices. I personally didn't care for the sushi. It smelled fishy and left a weird taste. So I threw it out. The shrimp egg roll was pretty yummy I also had the sweet and sour chicken and the sauce was very tangy tasting. I may give it another shot tho maybe it will be better next time. This restaurant has , simply put, terrible food. Our food was greasy and disgusting. The owner had a.bad cold.and didn't even attempt to cover her mouth when coughing. Called for a delivery at 9:00. They said 45 minutes. Waited over an hour. Apparently they went to the wrong house. They called back at 10:24, saying they called me "20 times". Wrong only called me once, I had the door open and the outside light on. Saw a car across the street, probably was the delivery person. I called back, they said they're closing, told me I should have answered the phone, very disrespectful and rude. I won't order there again, make sure whoever takes your order, spells out the street and repeats the house number. Seemed like they were in a hurry to take the order, I repeated the address 3 times. As this was the first time ordering from Asian Castle, we ordered a lot. The beef sticks were so tough, we could not get the beef off of the stick. The Egg Drop soup had no taste at all. My husband stated the General Tso's chicken tasted like he was biting into breaded fat. The vegetables in my meal were overcooked and there was a pool of oil floating on top that I had to attempt to drain off before I could get to the actual food. This was the absolute worst hibachi experience I've ever had!! We all ordered steak and the meat came out brown and smelling horrific. The chef continued to cook it and when questioned about it he tried to justify the color and smell by saying filet mignon has a much stronger smell than any other steak which is completely false . We didn't touch our meals and the manager basically told us too bad even though we were served bad meat. Do not go to this restaurant, it's a trip to the emergency room for food poisoning waiting to happen. read more

I placed on order around 8:45PM ON A WEEKNIGHT THAT THEY CLOSE AT 10:00pm. Used to order from here all of the time, decent sushi, except for the fact I would always specify I did not want lemon in my sushi tray, and they would ALWAYS put LEMON. Probably spent a good five hundred dollars at this place over the last year (sushi is expensive). My dinner came at 9:20. Egg Foo young...dry, NO GRAVY. Called to inform the place there was no gravy after I had payed and graciously tipped the driver. The owner said, "Oh, well you are kind of far (at 9:20PM and google maps said I am 2.3 miles away). Is it ok if next time we just offer you whatever you want, cuz you kind of far." I was outraged and said no, this was not ok as I am sitting here with a dry lump of egg foo young that will now be cold by the time they return with the gravy. The owner was giving me an attitude about having to bring me the gravy so I informed him how much money I spend at his establishment, and if we would rather, he could send the driver to pick up the entire order and I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. At this point, he said, "ok, I will send someone out with it." SUCH CRAPPY SERVICE. NO APPRECIATION FOR PATRONAGE. He spoke to me as if I was supposed to accept a half ass order. Would you except an order of spaghetti and meatballs without spaghetti sauce? What a difficult request to deliver what was supposed to have been delivered in the first place as part of the meal...I am such an inconvenience that 45 minutes before their restaurant (2 miles away) has to send the driver out to rectify their carelessness and mistakes.
