This is a solid spot for Chinese food that's approachable and well-suited for the Gilbert crowd. They do a good job of domesticating Asian flavors in a way that feels fresh and satisfying, offering a lot more variety than Panda Express without straying too far from familiar tastes. The portions are generous, the chicken is noticeably better quality, and the menu includes a good mix of proteins, veggies, and carbs for a balanced meal. It's not the most authentic Chinese spot, but if you're looking for well-executed, crowd-pleasing flavors with good value--something better than processed fast food--this is the place. A reliable choice for takeout or a quick, satisfying meal.

First time. I was confused when I ordered the King Pao Chicken. She asked if I wanted a combo and I said yes. I assumed it would come with a drink it did not. I guess the combo includes an egg roll. Food was good they bring it to your table. It's food you can get anywhere.

Calling in an order was easy and quick! Very polite and helpful staff. Order was ready when promised and the food was tasty! We enjoyed the complimentary wonton chips and portion sizes were generous.

Ambiance 5/5 This is a nice Thai quaint restaurant with a nicely decorated dining room with Cultural pieces throughout. Service 5/5++ Dinner service was provided again by Moo. What's amazing is her immediate recognition of me and my last order. I have memory envy. Moo got things rolling with Ice Tea. The starter was their rice paper spring rolls (salad rolls) which come as four servings with a nice peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. As mentioned in my previous review, these are amazing delicious because they are made fresh with thinly sliced cucumber, carrot, sprouts, fresh mint, cilantro and spring mix with a choice of protein. I always have them made with shrimp. Pro-tip challenge Try eating just one serving! Entrees ordered Pad Kee Moa (drunken noodles) Thai Hot! Pork Jerky, nicely seasoned with Thai seasoning and Sriracha sauce reduction. Served with a crispy outer crust and tender pork center. This came with another delicious dipping sauce, bravo! Food10/5 Chef Tom continues to deliver a very fresh culinary experience. I have six or so semi regular Thai restaurants I visit, but Chef Tom offers some noteworthy standout dishes with excellent table service. Get your fresh on my Friends-SYOY!

We shared the chicken panang, pot stickers, orange chicken, and honey pork, and every single plate impressed. The chicken panang was rich and comforting with deep, complex flavor, the pot stickers were perfectly cooked, and the honey pork was tender with just the right touch of sweetness. We loved that you can choose your spice level, and we tried medium, hot, and Thai hot. Each one delivered exactly what it promised without overwhelming the flavor of the dish. The heat enhanced the food rather than masking it, which says a lot about the quality of the cooking. Our son declared he will never order orange chicken anywhere else again and honestly, we agree. Thai Peppers sets a new standard for what Thai food should be: bold, authentic, and unforgettable. We'll absolutely be back.

The basil chicken had almost no basil flavor at all. I only found a single basil leaf in the entire dish, which took away from what should be a signature ingredient. The Tom Yum soup was fine, but not memorable, and the spice level across both dishes was surprisingly mild for a Thai restaurant. Based on my experience, the strong reviews here feel a bit overstated. I was hoping for more authentic flavor and seasoning than what was served.

The hosts are super friendly and felt lot of positivity entering in. Given the development of egg allergy I am limited to very few options at Asian restaurants. But to my surprise they had an option of removing the egg from the fried rice. So we got the usual pineapple chicken fried rice (forgot to post it) it's definitely a comfort having that. We got the crab puffs and a unique curry (don't skip on this one, I haven't had this anywhere else) the evil jungle princess..it's got shredded cabbage, mushrooms and chicken in coconut milk (that's all too it!) it was amazing! I didn't want the jasmine rice so they give you an option to swap for other things, I went with the steamed rice noodles (oh wow!) that entire combo was amazing! Paired it with the unsweetened cold green tea. We wanted something simple and non- experimental and were glad this place is so close, and the food is just amazing here! Nothing super fancy just good Thai comfort food! Good options of appetizers, mains, noodles, combos, curry's and desserts. To my surprise they even do vegan, gluten free and egg-free which is a plus!

We got the egg rolls, yellow curry with chicken, and the fried rice with chicken. Ordered "medium" for the spice level, and for us it was perfect. We ordered on-line when we left church and we received a text about 13 minutes later that it was ready (just as we parked). Everyone one was very nice. The rolls were just starting to soften from our 15 minute drive home in their container. We opened them up as soon as we got home and ate them. They are pretty good! We both enjoyed our entrees and since we're older and don't eat as much as we used to, we had enough left over for the lunch the next day. We'll definitely be back.
