    Half eaten delivered egg roll

Delivered half eaten food and the owner is A apparently OK with it after speaking to her. Also called me a liar after I sent pictures do not eat here .

I am compiling a DNR ( Do Not Return, not a Do Not Resuscitate ) list for the ubiquitous presence of intolerable take out Chinese joints. I am sad to say this place easily makes the long list. Of course, I ordered take out by entering the premises and was greeted by the usual greasy smell that infects most Chinese take out joints in this area ( it's not unique to this region but is pervasive in Chinese take out joints) I placed my order after entering. The person who took my order was a native English speaker so, communication issues should not exist. I told the gentleman what I wanted and he repeated the order back to me verbatim and correctly. I paid and waited a few minutes. When I arrived at my car, I noted that it was odd for steamed dumplings to be packaged in a red, insulated, aluminized bag. When I arrived at my destination to start eating, I discovered that I received fried wontons instead of the steamed dumplings I ordered. Fine....I could live with this, however, the fried wontons were awful. They were over cooked and very tough...think of chewing on hot cement. My main dishes, which I ordered with the anticipation of providing me with 2 dinners and a lunch, were highly undesirable. Sesame chicken was a small portion and sickeningly sweet and utilized what I characterize as frozen chicken tenders. A chicken and vegetable dish was 95% vegetable and, by deduction, lacking chicken. I'm exhausted trying to find decent Americanized Chinese food in the Syracuse area.

Foods always good and quick. I like it because they don't use the same suppliers as other Chinese take out places do. Prices are fair.

Phenomenal food!…read more We're in Syracuse for a conference, and didn't want to spend a fortune for mediocre food at the conference hotel, so we set out to find a good local spot via Yelp. Su Su Dim Sum came up at the top of the list, so off we went. I ordered a small (pint) of hot and sour soup and lamb with scallions. My wife ordered tangerine beef, and then we ordered red bean paste steamed buns to go for breakfast tomorrow. The soup was thick, full of chunks of tofu, plenty of vegetables, a little less peppery and a little less pungent than we like, but still better than typical Chinese restaurant fare. A bowlful of fried noodles came on the side. A great start! My wife, a veterinarian, suspected that the lamb was actually beef, but that question aside, the lamb dish was delicious, with plenty of meat, chunks of bell pepper, and abundant scallions, in a delicious sauce. The star of the night was the tangerine beef, lightly breaded and perfectly fried, in a savory and slightly sour sauce. A few broccoli florets, a handful of tangerine segments, and a wonderful thick sauce completed the dish perfectly. We packed up the leftovers, collected the steamed buns, and headed back to the hotel. We grabbed some menus to give to fellow conference attendees when they ask where we went out to dinner.

We didn't really want to go somewhere we knew would be super packed for Valentine's Day which led…read moreus to trying somewhere new. We love dim sum so we looked up the local places that served it & found Su Su. The space is simple & I believe it may have once been a diner at one point in time. The staff tried their best as there were a fair amount of to-go orders & walk-ins. (As I said it was Valentine's Day) We decided to order a few different things. Each one was excellent. The flavors & temperature of each item were fantastic. I really enjoyed the pineapple fried rice. We'll certainly be going back to try a few more things!
