They did an awesome job setting the place up for take out only; free hand sanitizer, plexiglass between the cashier and the customer, floor tape helping you keep 6 feet apart, option to use your credit card without having to sign (and yes i verified the amount was correct using my online banking) The food was delicious; I often like to order 2 appetizers: crab rangoon (which comes with a delicious sweet+sour sauce) and a small wonton soup- enough for a lunch time medium appetite. Both were delicious, and for less than $8 its a thrift great lunch. Conveniently located in the village of Manlius; plenty of free parking including handicap spots so you don't need to be one of those jerks that parks in the fire lane :-)

Went during lunch and got shrimp lo mein. Prices are decent and I have no complaints. Will return!

Probably one of the best Chinese take out places in CNY that I've tried, even arguably one of the best Chinese food places in general (restaurants and buffets included). It seems more authentic and flavorful, and their Kung Pao chicken and beef Chow Fun never disappoint. We ask for our dishes to be extra spicy, and they fulfill the request for the most part. Service is good and China Cafe is now our go- to place for Chinese food!

Tips: I can only speak to the take-out. I have not eaten sitting down at the restaurant. Overall, disappointed with the mild flavors, could use more. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I got a recommendation from a friend to try out China Cafe because it had great tasting food. I called in a take-out order for dinner one night on the way home from Toggenburg Mountain. I was unfortunately very disappointed with the food. Maybe it was because I had take-out and the food wasn't as great quality for the drive home. Eggplant with Garlic Sauce - The flavor isn't quite there. I've had some great eggplant garlic sauce dishes around the Syracuse area and China Cafe didn't measure up to some of them. 21 Cafe is by far my favorite. Szechuan Boiled Fish - The fish wasn't as flavorful as I'd like it. I could taste the chinese numbing spice, but not much else. Crispy Chicken - batter was too thick and tough If I find myself in the area I might give China Cafe another chance by dining in, but I wouldn't want to order away again.

Only tried this place once so this is a very small sample. I thought the food was average at best. Dry and underwhelming.

I always get the salad base and my mom usually goes with the noodles -- and let me tell you, they never miss. This time, I think our bowls got mixed up a little, and mine ended up with some ah tuna. I've always been hesitant to try it since I usually stick to cooked seafood, but it was actually so good! Flavorful, fresh, and the texture was way better than I expected -- honestly, similar to shrimp. If you like shrimp, you'd probably enjoy this too. For toppings, I went with shrimp, mango, crab meat, corn, chili flakes, and a few other things (I even snapped a pic of my order card because I can never remember everything!). The poke bowls are always fresh, flavorful, and customizable, and I love that you can watch them chop everything right in front of you. This visit I also tried the crab rangoons -- they were a little too crunchy for me, and my little one even said the same (and she usually loves rangoons). My mom tried the chicken wings, which were good, but I'll personally be sticking to the poke bowls because they are the star here. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the quality is consistently top-notch. If you're looking for poke in Syracuse, this is the place. Five stars for the poke bowls, no question! They do sell all type of bubble drinks as well.

Definitely the only place where I've actually enjoyed the sushi. My 5 stars overall is for our server (a petite woman with curly hair). My daughter has a lot of food allergies so eating out with her is tricky. We found a noodle mixed in her edamame (she has a known anaphylaxis to wheat) and informed our server. At this point, we'd already paid the bill and didn't think anything would change. We simply wanted to inform her what happened. She immediately replaced our daughter's order of plain white rice and edamame, packed it to go, and apologized profusely for it. I was so impressed - I wished all servers handled my daughter's food allergies seriously and graciously like that without making her feel self-conscious. I'd return again for such service alone. On to our food.. I really enjoyed my soft shell crab. It was extra crisp and the crab itself super flavorful. Dismayed that they didn't have takoyaki the day we came. I bet they make it great as well. Husband enjoyed the pork buns. As aforementioned, sushi is the best quality we've had in the area so far. I will say reviews that note the high amount of rice in the nigiri and maki have some merit. Nigiri was two bites per piece for me and I struggled even holding a piece of maki. Size isn't necessarily a complaint. Just thought it was noteworthy. I liked how the tempura in the bamboo roll was actually crispy. Price point seems fair for the area. Only actual complaint is there was an uncomfortable delay between receiving our appetizers and the rest of our food. But nothing major that would keep us from returning. There's now a 4% additional charge to use a credit or debit card.

Interior is cute, quiet and clean. They have karaoke downstairs. The tempura was good, light and fresh. The fried chicken wings - cheese were disappointing. I have ordered this type of chicken wing from other restaurants in the past and it is always a cheese type of powder the coats it. This was cheese melted on top, not even a sauce or powder,, and that does make a difference for the dish as it had no flavor. I have seen cheese melted on top of spicy wings before but this also was not that. It was disappointing especially for the price ($24.99). Overcooked and dry.

Glad I stayed. Despite its name, the sushi was so-so. Think of this place as a Korean restaurant. Almost all of the patrons were speaking Korean. The beef bibimbop in a stone bowl was great. The stone bowl was unusual in that it was very flat which created a better , I'm not sure what the right word in Korean is, crispy rice layer (what they call soccarrat with paella). They didn't serve much Banchan with it, I didn't notice they have Korean barbecue until I was leaving. That's what I get for being hasty

I spotted this location close to our final destination and knew my wife and I needed to check it out. I have heard of Wegmans online quite a bit but never looked too far into it. The thing I noticed most in reviews was the size of their hot/pre-made meals being huge. My wife and I were looking for a quick bite after our long drive so knowing they had a large amount of options it was a no brainer to check it out. Everything about this place was massive including with our first part we encountered, the parking lot. Due to being the weekend it was quite full and busy but we did find a spot right away. Inside it is groceries as far as the eye can see, including what felt like the endless selection of hot foods/pre-made section. We ended up grabbing some prepackaged sandwiches which I will say prices were higher than I am use to but the taste of all of them were delicious. Definitely well made sandwiches and if I were local to the area I would return for much more of this section because everything looked appetizing. Check out was quick and easy with no complaints. Will return to a closer location in the future to see more of a Wegmans.
