Two weeks ago was my first time there. It reminds me of an old Taco Casa which, I think, is no longer in business. The food is outstanding. It specializes in Chinese, Thai, Sushi and Hibachi. My son and daughter-in-law went to Thailand on their honeymoon and said this was very much like the food they had there. They each had a different Thai dish along with some Sushi and said it was excellent. I had General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoon with brown rice and was very pleased with my meal. The spice level was a 4 and it was just right, not too spicy but not too bland. We ordered and were quickly served our order which was very good and economical ($66 plus tip for 3 dinners, 2 appetizers, and 5 pieces of Sushi). They have takeout and a delivery service ( I don't know how much the delivery costs). Would I go there again, ABSOLUTELY ( I did take out Monday and i got a dinner and 2 lunches from this one order. So, if you love Chinese and are looking for a new place to try, I highly recommend them. The ambiance is rather sparse but I don't go to a restaurant for the ambiance, I go for the food. I usually take pictures but forgot to with them. This was my second time ordering through Uber Eats. Both times, my food was hot and so good. The first time I ordered the Beef Pho and I requested to have some additional things put in. They gave me exactly what I was wanting. The Pho was really good and there was a good amount for the price. The flavor was great and the broth wasn't fatty. It was refreshing and well balanced. I also ordered the wonton soup and it came with several huge wontons and an absolutely delicious broth. I ordered it a second time and actually got two orders of the wonton soup this time. It's honestly one of the best wonton soups I have had. The broth is really light but flavorful and not salty/watery. I ordered the pot stickers this time as well and they were pretty good as. Not very much in the way of ambience, but it's clean and well-kept and you can can tell they care about keeping the place up. I heard about this place and wanted to try it. I used DoorDash to have it delivered to my house. I ordered the hot and sour soup, a spring roll and the Pho Noodle soup. The food arrived in about 15 minutes which was shorter than the estimated time. The food was still hot and the soup was good and the I enjoyed the spring roll which was not greasy and the sweet and sour sauce was a good compliment to the roll. I never had Pho Noodle before. Since it was lent I had the tofu and the noodles arrived in a container with the bean sprouts and the soup was in its own container. The soup container wasn't full so I was able to put the noodles in the soup without needing another bowl. I added the bean sprouts to the soup, was I supposed to do that I don't know but it was good. I ordered it as a 9 and there was a side container of a hot paste. I mixed it into the soup and at first it didn't taste hot but as I got to the bottom all the spices settled at the bottom so it was hot to the taste. Maybe I need to keep mixing the soup. It was very good and I will definitely be going back and trying something new. The wife doesn't like this type of food so having DoorDash deliver when she is not home is a plus. read more

This was my first visit. I ordered the Singapore Noodle with Duck, my fiance ordered the House Pad Thai with Shrimp, and we split the Beauty and the Beast roll. The short of it is that everything was fantastic and the prices weren't too bad for all we got. My Singapore noodles we're loaded down with juicy delicious duck. Under every chopstick full of noodle I found even more duck. This is apparently not an outlier. The same thing happened with the shrimp in the pad thai. Thai, Japanese, or Chinese. These multi Asian places are never that good. Just because you're Asian doesn't mean you can cook all Asian food. The waiter said the cooks were Thai. This is great for cooking Thai food, but I would expect the same expertise from an Italian or Mexican chef in preparing Chinese food or rolling sushi. I had the crispy Pad Thai. It was a little too sweet. The Tom yum soup was good. My girl friend ordered the General Sao chicken. I think that General Sao chicken should have a crispy coating on the chicken. Some of her chicken pieces didn't even have a coating, and once again just sweet, not tangy. It was clean and nice inside. The food came up fast. The service was friendly. Finally a good Asian food option on the Westside!!!!Never judge a book by its cover. And this place is a prime example of why. From the outside it's just an old fast food restaurant that has been repainted. But the inside is up to date and on point, including a sushi bar. And the food is fantastic. I tried the Asian bites appetizer and Chicken Pad Thai. I ordered my food as take out, and was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful garnishes and the included sauces that weren't in little plastic packages. Who puts bell peppers in Massaman curry?! I wish it would've said it on the menu because my friend is allergic to peppers (it only says potatoes, onions, carrots, and peanuts), so she couldn't even eat.
