Ever since fellow Yelper Kurt V. convinced me Asics Nimbus 27 is the most comfortable shoe on the planet,I've been on the hunt . Today I finally found the color I was seeking in my size. Again, usually I don't opt for outlet stores but this one dedicated to the brand,seemed like a sure bet. In addition,they had a buy one get the 2nd 50% off. So,I took the bait. Couldn't resist because these are the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever put on. Service at the store was offered in a friendly fashion when I walked in. Also,at checkout,just by giving my email address I was given an additional 10% off my total purchase. I usually don't go for the buy one get one cheaper but,in this case it was a no brainer. Unlike most of the stores in the outlet mall, this one actually greets you and listens to what you need. They watched how we walked and suggested appropriate shoes for exactly what we needed. The service and quality of the shoes makes the higher prices worth it. My daughter got new shoes for cross country and now doesn't have sore ankles after a run. read more

Recently shopped here for some new shoes. I have high arches and an employee was happy to point out which shoes would work best for me. The prices are much lower in this outlet store compared to sporting goods stores! The only negative was another employee who was either brand new or extremely nervous. She giggled through the entire transaction- it was quite uncomfortable! read more

If you were thinking this was a good store to buy a gift from, think again! I was wondering why ASICS hadn't taken off as the shoes are good quality. However there is no way for you to return/exchange a purchase without alerting the gifter bc there is no way to locate the receipt without the order number in the email. This place is a farce. When you are buying shoes they will help you left and right even order shoes you want that are not in stock and ship them to your house. . WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS IF THE ORDER IS SHIPPED WRONG. AND YOU GET THE WRONG SHOES. YOU ARE S.O.L. "THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING ONLINE" and you can't come exchange them in store. Walked in and barely greeted 2 men helping another customer and when he left, they went back to the desk and ignored me. I needed help with sizing and general questions yet none of them approached me I finally left and still not acknowledged I guess that's what being black in America gets you. They were all ears and assistance with the caucasian customer who was there when I walked in. They probably assumed that I couldn't afford these shoes Mind you also after that customer left, I was the only customer in the store. I guess I have to start teaching my kid that this is what he will encounter when he goes out in this world. read more

The sales rep helped me pick out the right shoes and she even guided me to 'last years' model because it had the feature I wanted. The assistant manager was so nice and helpful. She was very aware about the number of people in the store and cleaned the counter and machines after every transaction. The employee, Tahj was amazing! He went above and beyond to help my son, who is special needs. He connected with my son, spent time making sure we were in the right shoe after hearing what the physical therapist wants him in, and made sure we had the best deal. Attempted to buy a pair of shoes and a jacket. Clerk had failed to clear a previous credit, so system undercharged me by $30. After 10 minutes attempting to fix this issue, I asked to simply cancel the transaction. After 21 minutes attempting to clear this up, system still showed $30 in my favor, at which point I suggested my time was probably worth that. After 27 minutes I finally received the proper refund to my credit card. I don't blame the clerk so much as store management for not providing adequate training for the staff on use of their retail systems. First and last visit to ASICS Outlet. read more

This review is NOT for the ASICS company but for Sarah at this particular outlet location. ASICS are the only shoes I can wear due to multiple issues and the company used to be amazing......but it seems they took the stupid Rona excuse like everyone else as a way to NOT stand behind their product, and to save a few bucks instead of putting the customer first. We don't have an ASICS store near us anymore so we drove 80 miles one way to this one BECAUSE customer service emailed me to tell me I could return a lot of shoes I wore 2 times to this location. But that is mot true. The system won't even allow it. After a bunch of back and forth and calling customer service who did NOT understand or comprehend what I was saying (those pesky language barriers) Sarah did the only thing she could within her power and patiently waited for us to send her the shipping label and she sent the shoes back for us. It isn't ideal because now I'm out the money and customer service is super ill-equipped to deal with anything except to blame the stores and give false information, she still at least tried and she was so sweet and incredibly patient and I would go back just because of her great attitude and help. Needless to say I am very sad ASICS has changed. It's absurd to think if someone wears shoes once they can't be returned if in excellent condition. You cannot know how shoes will be after walking in the store with them. That's just ignorant. That's NOT the fault of store employees but rather the company "rules". They just profit of Covid like so many others and it's very very sad. They will never see this review and that's fine. It's just sad. For sneakers ASICS is what my husband and I wear. Their company deals with comfort and the gel inserts make your feet feel great even after kicking your butt in the gym or running a few miles. So when we came across this outlet yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised by what they had in stock. Even more so, the customer service was fantastic. They catered to every one of their customers needs, and although it may be just to get the commission which I am unsure if they do, you could never tell. They truly wanted to make all their customers happy and satisified with their shopping experience. I will be back to buy more ASICS sneakers from this outlet. read more

We were IMMEDIATELY greeted with a warm friendly welcoming from Asia! We were offered help multiple times (simply due the length of our looking - NOT pushy). When we were ready for help Gabriel saw our eyes peak up and WITHOUT HESITATION hurried over to help. (He did this even though it was obvious he was on a mission to the back!). This was the worst customer service I have experienced in quite sometime. I came in last night about 7pm they close at 9pm. Two sales associates "working" one was in the back of the store carrying on a very lively conversation with a customer about soccer. He never looked my way even though I walked right next to him. He didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed any assistance. They just continued chatting. I thought it was just me, but no he ignored two different customers who walked in. I tried two pairs of shoes walked all around the store and was never acknowledged. The guy who was up front never looked up from folding clothes even as customers walked in. Pitiful....I really needed to purchase two pairs of shoes.....oh well....guess I will go to Run On! read more
