Wow wish I had come here first instead of driving all the way out to the brand new Asics outlet at the Citadel which didn't even have the style/model and size I was looking for. It would have saved me time and gas money. The biggest thing I noticed between the two Asics outlets is that this one, the one at the Block at Orange, has far better customer service. This is the first time that I had been to an Asics outlet in Orange. I usually go to the outlet in Livermore. I had never had a bad experience at Asics. The staff is always super helpful in helping you find the right running shoes. If you like to run, you will love their shoes. They last forever and are great for running. What I usually get from Asics is the triathlon running shoes. They are the "gel-noosa tri-8". They have a newer model that is also super nice. The shoe is light and last forever also, and you can run everywhere in them in a long time and they don't hurt your feet. Good quality. Price point for each pair is about $80 to $100, but worth every penny. I won't buy any other running shoes now. Staff at the Orange location was extremely helpful in helping me find a pair of volleyball shoes that day. They were overly helpful which I was surprised. If I am in orange again I will visit Asics again. Great place to buy your running shoes. read more

They are very legit at this store. Very friendly, courageous, professional and knowledgeable. They show you their products without pressuring. They have all Asics products. Ask for Michael. He is an experienced runner and a very good sales person. He does not pressure you. He actually encourages you in your running decisions. He knows all the good deals and which items are on sale and takes you right to them. The employees here have choosing the perfect shoe down to a science and that may be the most impressive detail I've ever seen in retail. I came by last Monday night trying to find a new well rounded shoe that won't lose it's support fast, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given some different style options. Then the employees asked of they could watch me walk so they could examine what kind of support I need, and they offered me a shoe that fits my needs and I almost literally threw my old shoes away on the spot, the kayana gave me the perfect shoe support I needed in the middle area that was missing from the other 10 shoes I tried on in other stores that day. We visited Asics today, based on some very good information from a personal trainer we met on a recent cruise. He recommended Asics for great arch support. Great arch support is suppose to correct some back, foot, and neck pain. We will see!!! Anyways, we visited today, at around 1pm. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Thats always a great start!! The store was moderately busy, but by the time we reached the mens shoes, we had already been asked if we needed help. Why,,,yes we do, please!!! Christopher was the nice guy that helped us today. My husband had quite a few questions on what shoe would be good for his needs. My husband also has wide feet,,,,very wide,,,like Fred Flintstone!!! LOL! Christopher was able to offer my husband a few different options. My husband tried on all the options, and decided on a pair. Meanwhile,,,,Christopher was helping other customers, but he also kept a light eye on us, if we needed more help. Great service! My husband decided to wear his shoes out of the store. Christopher bagged up my hubbys old shoes, rang me up immediately, and bid us farewell!!! He was a really nice guy, and he made the experience very pleasant. I emailed their customer service twice and no one has gotten back to me to say when I would receive my 2nd pair! Terrible customer service from their on line web site! I went to Asics a few weeks ago for the first time and LOVE IT! A employee Christopher was amazing! He really focused on what I needed and was so great at what I believe should be true costumer service. I've shopped at Nike for years and not only did the quality suck, but the costumer service was the worst! A week after I met Christopher I saw him AGAIN working at the new Fashion Island location! I don't think he remembered me but none the less he still gave me that amazing smile and gave all his attention to me. (Which I loved btw hehe) honestly everything was pricey at the Fashion Island location but just to talk more with Christopher I bought something anyway. He seems passionate about his job and treats everyone the same. He is always helping 3 or more costumers running around fetching shoes and what not for people. Overall I thought the store was amazing and I will never wear another brand again! I created this Yelp account just to give a good review to both Asics at the block in Orange and Christopher! This is Anwar Ali from November 2015. Yelp has not recommended my review for the Asics store at the Block of Orange, where my family suffered. Each and everything was a fact. Therefore, Mr. Jayme, who introduced himself as the district manager of Asics, investigated the whole issue personally called us and apologized to us, offering a discount on a purchase, plus VIP treatment when we visit next time to the Asics store at the Block of Orange, or a Gift card to be mailed to us for next purchase. We never accepted any of the offers. Our main purpose to post the review regarding our visit to Asics store was that everyone has self respect, and it should not be hurt. There should never be discrimination. Asics was at fault therefore the District Manager, after investigating the matter, apologized. Still when my family goes to the Block of Orange, my kids are scared of passing near the Asics Store and recall the what happened to us at that store. These little minds are still scared and upset about the incident. Isn't it scary that those little minds had to go through all of this without any fault on our side. read more

Love the customer service here. Was planning on going in there to check out sizing, then go online to purchased but changed my mind. They were super helpful and patient. Not a giant store but they a lot in stock and sales people are willing to find you as many options as you have time to try on.
