I really wanted to support this family owned business. I took my car here last week and prior to taking it, I called beforehand and was quoted $80 for tint on my two front windows of my Toyota Corolla (I gave them the year, make, and model). I thought it was a great deal. Once I get there, the lady at the front said it would be $90, then I questioned her and she said it was because of my two smaller split windows on the driver and passenger side. I was like fine whatever...then because I wasn't paying cash everything was gonna be $110 and I offered to send money through Zelle and dropped the price down to $100 even. The tint job was excellent, but I left feeling taken advantage of. I was quoted one thing and right before my eyes the price kept going up. I had asked about how much it would be to tint the 5 windows of 2023 Toyota Camry and I was quoted $240 and told to tell my friend to bring cash. I told them she'd come by on Tuesday. So she came by today and yes she brought cash and they told her it would $250. UN-FREAKEN-BELIEVABLE. I get off the car with her and remind the lady that I had already asked her last week that she had quoted me for the specific car $240 and why she was charging $250?? She said it was because the two back side windows were split. All of this after I had specifically gave her the vehicles information. It's not like the window is custom made. Of course it's split. They're ALL SPLIT! We then asked about the Yelp Check in offer that's available on the app. They said they would not honor it because it's "expired". Even though it shows available on the app. I left feeling like I was taken advantage of yet again. Why quote me one thing then turn around and raise the price? Just be straight forward from the get go and I'd have much more respect for this business. I was going to tell the rest of my family to come here, but I told them to go somewhere else. I was also going to do my alarm system here, but I'm sure they'll find something else to raise the price last minute. You're losing a customer over $10 or $20? Went to get my windows tinted & Jose did a terrible job, he left one of my windows full of scratches. He tried to fix it but left it much worse now he's refusing to replace my window & expects me to cover the cost. My husband was planning to take his car too but after this horrible experience I do not recommend for anyone to take their cars here. Every time I went with an appointment & they always took double the time I was given to finish the work & took them 4-6 hours each visit. During my last visit Jose got in his car & left the shop without telling me anything, knowing I was sitting there waiting, his wife told me he went to buy a liquid for my window & he would be right back, he showed up 45 minutes later with his 6 year old grandson & he told me he went to pick him up from school. I can prove that my car was purchased brand new from the dealer & I take extremely good care of my car & you can very clearly see that because it still looks new. You're saying my car is preowned which is a lie, you're refusing to take accountability for your actions. You admitted to me several times that you scrubbed my window probably too hard to put the tint that's why you tried to fix it TWICE because you know you damaged my window but you kept damaging my window more each time. Yes you offered to replace the window but you wanted ME to pay for it. I have witnesses that can prove I am telling the truth & all the cameras you have in your shop can also prove it. You offered to give me a full refund & remove all tint and you also offered half a refund & I keep the tint but you refused to pay for my window that YOU damaged. The only reason why you offered me a refund is because I told you that I was going to take you to small claims court because you were refusing to pay for a new window. Your response to my review proves that you are a liar. Everyone can see that I have posted several good reviews for businesses that deserve 5 stars. I would've gave you ZERO stars if I could so you're lucky I gave you 1 star. I feel it's important to share my bad experiences with businesses who provide poor customer service so the community knows to save their time and money and look elsewhere. WOULD STAY AWAY from this place at all cost I went here about a month ago and did my tint on all my windows and now my driver side is peeling off and the rear window has air bubbles. Called in to make appointment for warranty and the owner told me we don't do warranty's on the weekends and also not on Fridays and I said okay so then when do you do warranty's the owner said Monday thru Thursday and I said okay put me down for Monday at 5 pm but owner didn't even care and didn't put me down for appointment , if I knew before I got the tint that he didn't do warranty's on the weekends I wouldn't of never gotten it from this place. Before I get into my review, I just have to say that I do not understand California, at all... We live in a desert and a very hot one at that! I don't understand why it is illegal for us to have dark tint on our windows in this state, but it's not illegal in Nevada or Arizona. In fact, all the other desert states allow it, why not ours??!! For example, years ago, my mom bought a brand new truck in Vegas and it came with a limo tint already installed. A few weeks after her return to California, she got pulled over and a cop gave her a fix-it ticket for the windows. Of course, good girl that she is, she had it lightened up. Me on the other hand, good girl that I am wouldn't have. Fuck that! Besides being much cooler in the car, it just looks so much better. I got a ticket before for the same thing and I never fixed it. I just went to court and the judge looked surprised that I didn't have it signed off. He asked if I fixed it. I said, no. He asked if I were going to fix it. I said, no again. He said okay, just pay the fine. It was $25! No problem! I don't mind paying for lunch for someone, so I paid the fine and off I went. And I learned my lesson: Roll the front windows down when a cop is around! Now for my review...I was in this area for an appointment with my tax guy. It is hot assssssss fuuuuuuuck out here, almost 100 degrees of oppressive heat and while I have tint on my windows, it's legal tint, (rolling my eyes) so yeah...you get the picture. That shit ain't keeping no rays out! It's just as hot in my truck as it is outside. Anyway, I was sitting at the traffic light when I noticed ASP Tint across the street. I had time before my appointment, so I pulled in and spoke with Jose about how much it would cost to tint my baby. I chose the three year warranty package because tint usually lasts longer than that anyway and the cost was so reasonable for my truck that if I needed to come back to update it, I would. I told Jose that I would come back after my appointment. Initially, when I got there, he was adding tint to another car and he had 5 people working on it, including a little boy no more than 6 or 7 who was helping to spray the tint down. He was so cute and confident and he was doing it right! I was impressed by the amount of people he had working on it, because that means that it gets done even quicker. When I came back, Edgar was waiting to start on my truck. Jose had already informed him of what I was getting, so we talked about tint colors in Spanish, lol! I'm a bit rusty, but it worked! So, I went inside and sat down and Edgar was nice enough to bring this huge industrial fan in for me, so I'd be comfortable in this heat. While I was sitting here, I made a list of other things that I needed to do to my truck. A new alarm and new speakers was one of them. My alarm is the wiggetty wiggetty wack factory installed one and all but one of my speakers had gone out, so I was thinking that I'd come back to him to install all of that at a later date. As I sat there, I noticed that they advertise a leasing program that didn't require credit. I didn't want to apply for any credit, at all. I didn't want any inquiries or anything to mess it up. The leasing program however, was just up my alley! Jose explained it to me and showed me how to apply for it. I was instantly approved, so in addition to my tint, I had my speakers replaced and a new alarm installed. They worked on everything at great speed; all five of them! I would have bought them lunch had they not already eaten when I pulled up. I chose limo tint for all of my windows, including the front; yeah...I'm a lawbreaker! So, spank me! It looks so good and the difference in heat is astronomical! I also chose to tint my windshield, something I've been wanting to do for the longest time! No more ducking and diving as I drive toward the sun! The very top of my windshield has a totally useless "factory" tint on it, but for some reason, the sun is ALWAYS right up under that tint, shining directly into my eyes! Go figure! Can I get a hallelujah?!! Because I know I'm not the only one who has experienced that! The service here is like none other! Jose is knowledgeable about a lot of things and he won't lie to you to make a quick buck. He was very honest about the products that he offered and didn't treat me like some dumb woman. He and his crew were respectful and nice and he even hooked me up with the guy down the row from him who could fill up the freon for my air conditioner. It was an all day experience, because of all that I had done, but I didn't mind. Minus the heat, it was comfortable and I had a TV all to myself! read more

This place seemed reputable when I first visited the location when it first opened, but unfortunately it's spiraled down hill since then. I'm a bit surprised since it's the same people that run the place. I won't take away from their talent and great work that they do but it's the condition of soberness that they do it in. The first time I came here was to tint my daughter's car when the place first opened, they did an amazing job, and all was fine, Jose was very knowledgeable. But I came back because I had a good experience and it was a different feeling. I wanted another two cars tinted and the price seemed reasonable, however I couldn't help but notice beer bottles out in the open. Yes you read that correctly beer bottles. I was a bit uneasy about it but moved past it until one of the workers approached me and I smelled the stench of alcohol on their breath. It wasn't like listening and alcohol or gum and alcohol, it was just flat out bad. To make the feeling worse I looked over and saw an elderly mad passed out with a solo cup on his hand which could've been water but his appearance didn't seem like that was the case. Hurdled at one end of the shop there was a group of men of about 2 or 3 (if you count the employee) which seemed to be "hanging out" while a pack of beer was sitting next to them. I had a horrible sinking feeling of just disappointment and slight disgust. I thought to myself "What the heck, is this a bar, a shop, or both?". I tried to keep my cool but it was very nerve wracking thinking these people I'd entrust my vehicle to. I would've recommended this location when it first opened but now it's just a place where it seems men hang out and drink rather than be professional about their business.
