What an absolute HACK JOB on the tinting of my car. $240+ and it's already botched. I rolled the window down for the first time after 6 days when heard a crinkling noise. I saw the inadequate application of the tint and become irate. I called and texted multiple times and have been told to call back later/manager isn't here/straight to voicemail. Got a full installation and sensors for the alarm for my small little pick up Had some minor adjustments needed for sensitivity bc the alarm was sensitive Without hesitation and great communication had it going and adjusted quickly The alarm has a kill switch which even if your in the truck you cant start it if the alarm is armed it's beautiful I'm able to hear the alarm from my apmnt in case and that a huge plus These guys are very professional and thorough and will definitely recommend them to you Myself will return even if I move from the area simply of how they take care of the customer from start to finish Thank you gentlemen I appreciate the work and help! read more

Came here to upgrade my stereo system for my truck (swap out speakers/ tweeter and add a 12'' sub and Amp) and I asked them if they were able to fix the Hyper flashing that was going on with my turn signals (which they did). The guys there were VERY knowledgeable, gave me a quote, and a really good price to do everything I asked. They had everything done withing the same day. I noticed a minor issue the next day so I hit them up and told me to bring it in, so I did, and they fixed it within an hour. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the sound and bass. I'll be bringing my wife's car in to have them upgrade her system as well. These guys know they stuff! They're very friendly, have good communication, and have very honest, reasonable prices! I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs! I came in this morning to mount some tires on my new wheels. They gave me a sweet deal on some used tires that still had above 80% life! Freddy and his team made sure to take care of me. We ran into an issue on my lugs not fitting my new wheels (my fault) and the owner quickly assessed the situation and sent somebody out to get me lugs that fit for my wheels! The installation and pricing beat anything around and they were fast! I was in and out with my issue in less than an hour. You guys are the best! read more

Was quoted $70 to program a new key for my car, then the guy says; 'oh bmw js more, we charge 200 but we can do 180 cash' like go screw yourself man, tryna scam me out of 100+. Dollars. I have this place a chance only because other places were slacking. This place is was actually worse than others around. Here is the situation. On 3-3-18 I went to this place to buy a ported box for my subs. They didn't have any but said they would get it on Monday 3-5-18. They even told me they would only charge $65.00 for the box and would not charge me to swap my subs into the new box since I'm buying the box from them. On 3-5-18 I went back and was told they will honor the $65.00 but will charge me $25 more for the install. Really? Shady!! Whatever paid for the install because I needed the box. I ended up paying $98.00. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else that will actually stay true to what they tell you. I know I will not come back here again. read more

Took my car to get a pioneer put in can you believe they use carton a piece of Carton! to hold the stereo in place while they could get me the right mount to hold the stereo. Called back to have them put in the right mount and do the job right what they say Its been too long ! What ! Don't bother coming to this place they don't do the job right. Hey this Business is really honest and really reliable, the guy new exactly what he was doing. I had my 2011 Cadillac Escalade EXT in the body shop and they messed up my Viper Alarm. and my tail light rear passage side. I took my truck to J&J Stereo Car, this guy is really good he knew what he was looking for, this didn't even use a electronic tester to dialogist measuring tool. Great work on stereo installation and window tint. However I was quoted a price (multiple times). After everything was installed I was told the price was more than what I was told (by a couple hundred!!). I was given my receipt for my original quoted price but the higher invoice was still submitted for financing. I was told I was "misquoted" which would have been believable if I wasn't told the price multiple times!! I would recommend a quote in writing before getting anything installed in case they want to increase the price after installation again. Makes me think if they do this often. read more

I came in with 2 12" speakers and he recommended a package deal which I took right away.... it came with A thousand watt amp a bass knob wires and installation.... Don't take your car to get windows tinted. I just took my car and the guy couldn't do my small side windows and then they told my husband that my back window defroster isn't going to work. I called them and they said the main guy was in Mexico so this young guy did it and didn't know what he was doing. I had to take my car back to have them do all the windows again because they were all scratched. I told the guy that they need to fix my defroster and he said ok. Well I had to use my defroster today and guess what, it doesn't work. They should have told me to come back when the main guy was back. read more

After almost 2 years of searching on how to review this unprofessional place i finally found it so here's my review, i took my car to get re tinted by these people only because it was the closest place from where i live, so i get there and i ask price on tint, so they givee a price and a time when i should be done so i give em the ok to do my car, so i leave and after 2 hours i come back and theyre barely working on my car, so i ask how much longer cause they were already way past the time they said that it should be completed so they say about an hour, i say okay, at this point im missing some errands i had to run, so another hour pass by still not completed, i ask whats taking so long they said they ran out of tint film that they wpuld have to finish the next day, at this point im pissed, so im driving a car with dirty seats dirty windows and a smell of thinner, yup they didnt prep for the job so to start they were doing aessy unprofessional job, i return the next day so they can finish it, after again almost 2 hours they completed only to find they had ruined my rear defroster and used 2 different films on my rear left window which they probably thought i wouldn't notice and they didnt bothered to clean theyre dirty sloppy work either, and this was done on a luxury car so unless you want some awful thing done to you car DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE STAY AWAY!! It gets 1 star because yelp wont let me rate 0 stars. I already let my friends and family know to avoid this place at all cost. read more

Run from this place as fast as you can. They do not support the service that they provide and they'll tell you that your warranty is expired or you didn't buy it there or that they're under new management. This place is not reputable. I was there a few weeks ago and I got the runaround. The owner tried to tell me to come back the next day just like the last person said and guess what they weren't there. The prices are ridiculously high and they sell outdated products. They are disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General offices. read more
