I pay for insurance I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for routine exams. McKinney Smiles is really close to my work. So it seemed like a perfect place to try that took my insurance. Went to get the bottom left done and they were working on the bottom right....which was supposedly the priority...I told the dentist this was never approved by insurance and he stopped the procedure. I had to constantly follow up with office personnel regarding these crowns....and after all was said and done insurance would not pay at all...and I would owe about 5K. Before leaving the office, Dr. Lawrence said this needed to be done ASAP. Fast forward to today, new dentist didn't even mention these 2 teeth. So glad, I moved on from McKinney Smiles.

(Never in my many decades of seeing dentists has this been a protocol) She said it was to inspect my gums. That was my first and last appointment with her and Waterview dentistry .
