$43k for All-On-4 implants a month ago, 3-out-of-8 have fallen out, I have no feeling in my chin or bottom lip, I have extreme nerve pain in my bottom jaw, water comes out of my nose when I drink and my sinus bubbles when I talk cause of a hole in my mouth and I have a regular denture on top which was the point of implants. I was asked to edit my negative review while waiting for them to write prescription they didn't send. Once I left a positive review, it was fixed 6-minutes later. Last week I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Sabeeh. This lady is absolutely remarkable! I was in high anxiety about the procedure because I had one years ago in the Air Force. This, fortunately, was nothing like that! Dr. Sabeeh demonstrated compassionate people skills that calmed my anxieties and let me know that I was in very capable professional hands. She was absolutely right! I never felt a tinge of pain! It was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 73 years of life! read more

Very rarely do I leave bad reviews but I'm going to to save others money & stress. I went to this Aspen Dental when it first opened, merely wanting to get teeth whitening. They offer free first visit consultation and recommended I do it before talking about teeth whitening. They did X-rays and a doctor checked out my teeth, no cleaning though of course, only a consultation. I thought the worst was over after the struggle to get X-rays done, the person doing them may have been new because there was multiple retakes (took my home dentist 5 minutes in Portland vs 20 min there). The overall concern was not the lack of skill from the person who took the X-rays but that they tried to tell me I had 8 cavities. To be quite frank, I've had a total of 5 all my life and I take quite good care of my teeth. They acted very casually about wanting to help me get all of these cavities taken care of. They acted even more casual about the $2,000 estimate they gave me for the work. So I went to my regular dentist in Portland, first time going since I went to this Aspen location(I used to live in Pasco for 1.5 years). Turns out, I have 0 cavities. I'm going to safely say cavities don't reverse themselves and go away, so I was certainly lied to. My advice. Ask questions. Seek secondary consultations. This new location is seemingly trying to make extra money by giving unnecessary fillings and that's quite concerning. read more

I understand the reputation you hear about Aspen Dental and it's staff but this Dr and his office staff has completely changed my mind. Dr. Martin is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Normally there is always a tense feeling sitting down in a dental chair. He made it the most comfortable/ pain free procedures I've ever had. I had some work done on a Saturday morning, we turned on some 70's rock and jammed out, stopped to chat and make a occasional joke and just felt really relaxed the entire time! read more

If I could leave no stars I would. This place was so nice at first telling me how cute I looked, they liked my purse, hair etc. I went in due to a broken bridge. All I wanted them to do was fix it. I was told NO they couldn't not which was a lie. They wanted to pull all of my teeth and give me an appliance that day. I was expected to just have $5,000 laying around. The Denturists came in and said she could fix my bridge. That's what I thought I was getting., What I got was an overdenture that goes over your existing teeth. It was not functional, I couldn't even swallow and talk with this thing in my mouth As soon as I voiced my disliked for the product that they made, which I also did not agree to have made. The Dentist Sabeeh started to yell at me, in front of the staff and other patients. Which is a HIPPA volition for the information she shared with the hole office. She told me that I agreed to this overdenture. I would never have agreed to pay $400 for something that wasn't functional. She didn't know that I am a dental assistant and I know just what they should have done. Places like this, only want the big dollars! They get a kickback for upselling products. Do not go to this location unless you want to get yelled at, for disagreeing with her. She is unprofessional and I will have a grievance brought up to the Dental Board. read more

The absolute worst dentist to go to.. My husband hadn't been to a dentist for a good 5 years. We went here because they were offering free X-rays and visit. They had told him he had to get a root canal, and get a crown placed over the molar. We went ahead and did all the necessary appointments and even paid $2,600! 2 MONTHS LATER the crown had broken when my husband was eating chips. We went back because they have to fix what they did wrong. We had a different dentist look at his crown and he even mentioned that it shouldn't have broken because crowns are supposed to last 5 years MINIMUM!! He mentioned the next visits would be free of charge because it was their fault! His words, not mine. We went back and did the same process and a month after we received a bill from all the appointments my husband had. I was and still am FURIOUS ! Lindsay the manager was absolutely rude when it came to discussing the bill. She said it was our responsibility to take care of them. I mentioned to her that the dentist said it will be free of charge due to them giving my husband a faulty crown. This was all July of last year and I am still receiving bills and they want to send us to collections. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be talking to corporate. DON'T EVER COME HERE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!! read more

Best dentist I've ever been to in my life. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years because I am terrified. I had to have for separate procedures done on separate days and by the end of it I was no longer afraid to go to the dentist they worked with me they were very compassionate and the appointment was even fun and we had great conversation I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family read more

This place is Expensive!!!! But !!! ! I had 4 teeth pulled out and absolutly no pain or even felt a needle prick!! Omg! teeth were yanked out so fast i didnt think they even got the first one out.... Wow!! Price was $1200 for those 4 upper broken teeth.... $$$$$$ But my wife for my birthday present sent me there for 2 more uppers to be yanked out and she paid for it.. NO needle pin pricks or pain and teeth were jerked out so fast I was ?? Am I done??? YES Im done.!!!.. $350 for those 2 teeth... If you are a wooss and have money this is the place to go!! YOU will feel no pain guareneteed except for your bank account... Would i do it again??? Im saving up to go again... money isnt everything when it comes ENJOYING getting your broken teeth getting ripped out of your mouth pain free and so fast you didnt know it!!!! My husband had some work done there. They are rude and the hygenists are incompetent. She gave him numbing shots for the procedure but then when the dentist came in he wasn't actually numb. Another lady came in and gave my husband the shots in different spots. Then the 1st woman (who had done the 1st shots that hadn't worked) laughed and said "I never know where I'm supposed to do the shots." Seriously. There were some other issues too but without going point-by-point you get the idea. So we got the rest of our dental work done elsewhere. Months later we get a call from them "You've missed a lot of appointments. We know you canceled them but your teeth are bad so you shouldnt miss appointments." Unbelievable! read more

I had a really bad experience at this place. They not only ruined my tooth but lied from the very beginning saying they were accepting my insurance. I ended paying more than $700 for bad treatment, and I had to have a root canal treatment after that. A year an half after, the insurance company doesn't take any responsibility and neither the "clinic". Yes, this place is seemingly trying to make extra money by providing misleading information, and a lack of professional ethics. read more

Took a day off of work. Drove 1.5 hrs to have tooth pulled. Got there they said I need to reschedule. Dr. Needed a longer visit. Then waited 2 more hrs at Walgreens for prescription. should have been contacted by phone before I left. I think they try, but corporate business structure causes problems. read more

I also rarely do leave any kind of review, but Aspen Dental business plan really sucks in my opinion. They take advantage of the person that has no insurance. It is like buying a used car. They give a new customer a free exam and x-rays. The x-rays take forever and consist of at least 15 of them, which in my opinion is so overboard, it is pathetic. And then, they do an exam and then try to sell you a treatment plan that is, in my opinion, twice what they contract with an insurance company. My initial "price for service" was $3000. After showing them a dental discount program I signed up for online for $160 for 2 people, they reduced it to $2000. I told them I would do it for $1500 and after talking to the dentist that did the exam, they said, "no" the best they could do without insurance was $2100. So if Aspen Dental is really concerned about their patients, why wasn't I offered the #2100 deal initially when they knew I did not have insurance? It is a racket.....buyer be ware..... Here is what I think is going on....Aspen Dental rents rooms to individual dentist's.....like hairdressers renting a chair at the beauty salon or barber chop. I say this because I saw an empty dental room as I was taken to my room. It is a way a new dentist can get into the business without a huge investment and develop their clientele. I tried to call on the 3/7/20 no answer. Then waited a day and still no response from office or anyone to help with my comcern. We are done and I will not have this place do any dental needs or health concern. All this place cares about is get me in get my money. Then tell me to hurry up and get out of our office. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Never and I mean never go here! I went in and was told I needed 7 fillings and a deep cleaning was gonna be 3100 since I signed up for the dental first financial. I was approved for 8000 total but was told they would only need to use 3100 and I made sure to clarify that it wouldn't go past that and the lady said no we will just need the 3100 so I agreed well 3 months later my bill is at 4700 and I haven't gotten all the work done. I have called there office multiple times and they are saying that just the deep cleaning itself was 3100 I was also charged 85 dollars 44 times for antibiotic. They also said that they did the 7 fillings but I still have a tooth that has a cavity so I know for a fact they didn't do all of them but still charged me for it! I'm gonna be contacting the BBB to report them. This place will rape you for every penny you got! read more
