Mindy has been phenomenal with our two chihuahuas (they are little old men and usually find faults with everything, but they love Mindy. She does a great job on them. We will never go anywhere else, we have found our groomer. ( we haven't lived in Georgia long and have been looking for new regular services for everything) . For the first year I had him, I did not take him to get groomed, because he is a rescue dog, and I did not want him to have a bad experience. I took him to Amanda, at the other salon she used to work at, and he loved her. I instantly trusted her because she is sweet and gentle with him. The best part is she absolutely adores animals, and is a pre-vet student. She always fits him in, and listens to how I would like to be styled. I completely trust her with my angel, and could not recommend her more. When she and Bill opened their new salon, it was not a question for me at all if my dog would go with her. I…read morelive 50 miles away but was going to be in the area so I made a special trip to purchase a birthday cake for my dog. the website boasted an "ever expanding bakery" with treats and birthday cakes. When I entered the store I immediately saw empty shelves and display cases where, purportedly, the bakery items were stocked. I saw no other "boutique items" that were touted on the website. Since the store clearly didn't have what I wanted, I asked the employee if they could recommend somewhere else I could find a dog bakery; "no, sorry, I don't know". I'm willing to accept that a merchant would not want to send business to a competitor, but, this potential customer will not consider returning to this store for anything I the future. I cut people a lot of slack, but when a business owner creates a website to generate business, I find it inexcusable when the website is not maintained with accurate information. I have a large, full coated OES who is groomed professionally once a month; I was considering using the grooming services at Bark Dog Spa, but, this first encounter was so disappointing that I've decided not to do business here.

When I called them they answered promptly and I was able to get a same day appointment. They have a text message system to confirm appointments and to let you know your pup is ready for pick up. Their shop is super cute and the staff was attentive and courteous. My doggy loved them too for we had no issues leaving it. I was shocked to get boutique like grooming experience for such an affordable price. I am looking forward to bring back my pups every time I'm back in town. I highly recommend!
