My experience with this clinic started off well. My first two appointments went smoothly, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, everything changed when it came time to schedule and prepare for my procedure. Communication was one of the biggest issues. It was very difficult to reach anyone by phone, and when I left messages, I often didn't receive a callback until the last minute. I wasn't given my procedure time until the day before, which was stressful and made me feel unprepared. When I did speak with a staff member named Melissa, I had a disappointing experience. I was given information about the procedure costs that I later found to be inaccurate, and I felt that the interaction was unprofessional and discourteous. I was also disappointed by the lack of communication before the procedure. I expected someone to call and explain the procedure in detail, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. Instead, I received very little information, and I felt like I had to figure things out on my own. Communication by email was also poor. On the day of my procedure, I was instructed to arrive at 12:00 p.m. When I got there, I was told they were running behind because they had a lot of patients. My procedure didn't begin until around 3:00 p.m., meaning I waited about three hours. If the procedure wasn't going to start until then, I wish I had been told to arrive later instead of spending hours waiting. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of communication and scheduling. While my initial appointments were positive, the experience leading up to and on the day of my procedure felt disorganized and unprofessional. I now believe that this is a scam. I prepaid for a year of allergy shots and had to stop after the 2nd injection because it made me very ill. I have been trying to get reimbursed for over 2 months and Kim has not replied to any of my calls. The office staff has told me that they have left her my messages but she has completely ignored me. They also tried to get me to have surgery when I didn't need it after getting a 2nd opinion with an ENT doctor. DO NOT GO TO ASPIRE. They will take your money and then never talk to you when you are having problems! read more

I'm very upset because I have been lied to about my refund. They took $150 deposit from me to schedule an appointment when they knew that the doctor that was supposed to do the surgery is at a network on my insurance. I have asked them to refund my $150 back to me. They keep on telling me it will be refunded to me. I'll be refunded to me and the past week. I was told I would get it this week and then I was told today that I get it today on Friday and nothing nothing has shut up my account, they are liars and they tell you what you wanna make sure you know if the provider is in network because they will try to keep your $150 deposit. read more

They injected me with someone else's vials. Talk about negligence. Thankfully my reaction wasn't bad enough to put me in the hospital.

I called this clinic for allergy testing, they made me an appt. told me to withhold my meds for 5 days prior and sent me a text 1 day before to reschedule it for another week (day 4 of no meds) as they said my INS auth ran out. When asked why they would allow me to be ill from withholding my meds if they did not even have auth to test, the employee named KEE was unfriendly and said because we do not know how long the auth will be good for.....well, that's is exactly why you should wait to book an appt and then you know, you dont pull a pt off meds first....So not clinically smart nor professional. Needless to say, I will not re-book and will go to a more competent clinic. #ASHAMED to say I too, work in the healthcare field. read more

This place is fraudulent! I went in with my wife for a consultation. They let me know the difference types of allergy test that can be done and when they discussed pricing, we decided not to move forward with their services. A few months later, I get a statement from my insurance provider stating that they charged them for an office visit and surgery totaling to $888. All I went in for was for a consultation. This is completely unacceptable. I have let my insurance provider know as well. I'll keep you posted posted on the progress. read more

They really need to get their stuff together . I referred my husband here because his allergies were getting out of hand . I warned him of the cost and to stay on top of them because they're veryyyyyy (capitalize and bold) disorganized . His appt went fine and I was thinking maybe they changed the way they run the office . They told him that they sent him RX to our pharmacy , we went a few days later to pick up only for the pharmacy to tell us there is no RX under his name . We had to wait until Monday to call the office and countless ads (is there actually anyone who picks up the phone ?) my husband was able to get through . Nobody had any idea what happened or where his RX was and they said they would call him back. Nobody ever called him and we only knew they sent the RX to the pharmacy because THE pharmacy called us to let us know . Fast forward to the day of his shots ; he came in , took the morning off work , got situated only for them to tell him that his allergy shots did not come in due to the storm. We understand that Mother Nature is uncontrollable , however, nobody could call us Friday afternoon or Saturday to inform us ? So that my husband did not have to clear his calendar ? Your time is precious and so is ours . Please be mindful and don't just know how to collect money but know how to service your patients also . read more

I have used the Plano office in the past and went back late last year to get new allergy drops. I also referred a friend of mine around the same time. About three months after I was in the office, I received a bill for a nasal endoscopy. I did not have a nasal endoscopy done. I tried once a week for three months to get anyone from billing on the phone (leaving messages a few times). During this time, I heard from my friend who also was charged for a procedure that she did not get done. After another month of trying to get them to quit sending me a monthly bill for a procedure I did not get done, I contacted their website billing chat program. This only resulted in getting automated messages that someone will contact me. I have now been sent the same false bill for more than six months. While I am happy with my allergy drops and the results from them, the billing department is purposely sending false claims to patients and through insurance. read more

Although I previously posted less-than-positive reviews, I wish to convey that everyone at all levels of service from receptionists to doctors and beyond have been extremely helpful and caring during this long process. I did not obtain the expected or hoped-for result from my procedures, but I do believe that everyone at this organization genuinely cares about helping their patients, and they strive to obtain the best results possible. I sincerely appreciate that they took the time to listen to my concerns and fully address them in a proactive manner. read more

We brought our 7 year old son for some allergy relief. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable from scheduling the appointment, testing and coming up with a treatment plan. We knew our out of pocket expense prior to the testing. He was tested and had results at the same appointment. Excited for him to start the drops. read more

This is a high pressure practice. I went in fir allergy testing. Was sold multiple sinus testing. After going over, very quickly, the allergy test results the NP proceeded to tell me I needed surgery. I asked foe information on the procedure and told her and the young woman at the desk I would get back to them After I did some research. Less than 24 hours later I received a call from their "main" office. This woman tried to high pressure me into scheduling a surgery I'm still not sure I need. read more

1 star rating because that is as low as I could select. Staff in the Plano office is nice. However the overall Aspire practice (which includes drops and surgeons from corporate) has been extremely poor service. I was scheduled for sinus surgery only to have it rescheduled 3 times and ultimately I said forget it I would find a reliable doctor. I've stayed with them because I prepaid for drops for one year. The auto refill on drops has been horrible. I ran out of drops on 12/25/2019 and as of 1/25/2020 I have still not received my refill. I've contacted them by phone (which they will not return) and email. Was told drops would ship but still haven't received after their "10 business day" statement. They preach the importance of staying regular on drops yet they can't get them to you. I recommend finding another more reliable provider. And one that doesn't keep your money without providing the product you paid for. read more

I am beyond impressed with this office! I took my 2 year old son and they were so great with him. He needed food panel testing so you can imagine it was painful and not fun. They made him love the place! They offer an assortment of crackers and cookie snacks in the waiting area with a full coffee bar. The office staff was the nicest! Michelle the Medical Asst. Was seriously the sweetest. I saw Jofy and a PA who's name is slipping my memory. They were 100% amazing and I've already referred them to other people. Would go to them again!! And highly recommend you go visit them. You won't be disappointed. Very clean office and up to date equipment. read more
