We desperately needed an exterminator due to our cat catching mice in our kitchen. Fred (the owner) responded INSTANTLY to my first message for a quote and within hours we had an appointment set up at a reasonable price. Mike, our exterminator, arrived right on time and was fabulous, he found the entry hole literally within minutes and plugged it. He then set up poison stations in several cabinets and under the stove and dishwasher, and also plugged spaces around pipes for good measure. Having a pest problem is never pleasant but Mike, Fred, and Assurant made dealing with it as easy as possible. Fantastic! Great customer service and appointment response time! They go above and beyond to thoroughly examine every area of your home, including using high tech scoping cameras to view hard to get at places that "Mickey & Minnie" (mice) can use to enter your home. They email you a complete report including pictures of everything they did to secure your home from these unwanted little "guests". They use traditional products and non toxic products that will not harm your pets. They also include in their service products that's are natural repellents. Prior to using their service I was catching in snap traps, 2-3 a week for the last 2 weeks in September and using another well known pest control vendor. That didn't solve the problem. That tells me that its reputation is very important because the business is their livelihood. I spoke with the owner Fred before and after the work was done by his technician Mike. Mike was very professional, polite and worked very quickly and efficiently. He explained the whole process to me - I know little about squirrels living in attics - so he told me what to expect. Mike also discovered a huge hole squirrels created in the garage so they could gain access to the attic. Really appreciated his professionalism. The price was what I had expected. No surprises. I have a recurring rodent problem at my house, and I had been contracted with a large pest management company for an annual maintenance plan because they said that sealing my house would cost thousands. My friend recommended Assurance Pest Solutions to me and Fred came out and sealed my house for the cost of 2 annual maintenance contracts. Fred was thorough, explained everything along the way, and timely. He came out to seal and set traps, and called two weeks later to come back to check and replace the traps. We had a mouse problem and I called to schedule service. Someone picked up right away and was low-key and answered all my questions. He scheduled service within a two-hour window. Dave came out, texted me before arrival (which was at the beginning of the two-hour window) and thoroughly inspected our house and explained everything. As a bonus, he warned us about smelling gas outside our house. Sure enough there was a small leak the gas company fixed. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one is long overdue. Fred and his team are the best in the business! We had a major mouse problem in our building. The pest control company we were using previously was coming for emergency service multiple times a week for several weeks in a row and unable to resolve the issue. The issue was draining my time and traumatic as I had an infant at home and was finding droppings in our living area and kitchen daily. I finally fired my old pest control company and found Assurance Pest Solutions. When I called Fred, and he realized how stressed I had been, he got me into his schedule very quickly. He was incredibly thorough inspecting the interior cabinets, plumbing, walls as well as the exterior of the building. He didn't leave a single inch out of his analysis. A few days later he came back with his crew and got to work. He sealed up all the potential entry points and set up the appropriate traps as back up but made sure they were tucked inside vents and behind my appliances so my kids could never get to them. After that one service, I never saw any evidence of mice again. It's been over a year and still nothing. He's come to check on things periodically but there is nothing to check. Everything is perfect. My old pest control company was coming every 3 months for several years, and every week before I found Assurance, but they were never able to fully address the problem. Great work! We had Fred over today to inspect the house we want to buy and we were very impressed with his work. He was meticulous with his work, considerate to our needs and elaborate in his explanation. He looked at every corner, every drawer and behind every piece of furniture that could be moved. He got into every crawl space to look for evidence of pests and took picture of them. He's professional and knows what he's doing. He even picked up dead pests for the owners. I'm very satisfied with and impressed by my experience with Assurance Pest Solutions. We were having a problem with small wasps getting into our house. Another pest control company had, I later found out, misidentified the type of wasp we had and told me they don't treat that type. I then called a few other companies asking if they treat it and was told "no" by each of them. When I finally called Assurance and spoke with Eric, he was skeptical that the original wasp identification was correct and asked me to text him a few photos, which I did. He said he would get right back to me. Within five minutes, Eric texted me the name of another type of wasp and asked me to Google it to see if it matched what I had. Sure enough, he was right! Bill came to treat them a few days later, and was happy to answer all my questions. After fours days, the problem seems to be resolved as I've only seen one wasp since the treatment.
