Update/Response to business: The quote of $195 was correct, except I was never told it was for a non-insulated door. Somehow I was supposed to know that. And it's not that I mind paying a fair price, it's the tactics that I find suspect. The issues with the coil springs is not an emergency. DANIEL CAME TO OUR RESCUE AND SAVED THE DAY!!! Our plumber was here today to change the hot water heater, which is trapped in a closet behind the garage door spring and the lift hinge mechanism.
