In the last week, was getting a weird squeak that the usual lubing just wouldn't quiet it down, not really a problem, but more of an annoyance for my OCD lol. Had a garage door issue at a rental property, motor was unable to lift the door. After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. The reason why we went with Aaron out of the three, he was not trying to upsell us, his fee for labor, parts, and warranty were fair. He explained the scope of work, how long it would take for him to convert the spring system, and the parts in which he sources it from. I will be another to praise the excellent work, communication, integrity for the help on having my sister's garage door repaired. The door had broken springs and had not had the automatic door operation used in about 15 years because garage was essentially just a storage area. Could have easily recommended many more expensive options, but replaced the springs, made sure the existing automatic door was working properly and had it working for extremely more than reasonable $150. I can't emphasize enough the attention to detail on how he checked everything to make sure worked properly and communicated every detail. Called to have Aaron come out to see our issue. We had a Jack-Shaft style motor installed in our house by another company and was just having a ton of issues with it. Aaron came out today and immediately started diagnosing the issues with the install and even found some other issues that were compounding the problem with the track system not being fully aligned. He spent a lot of time looking into the issue and didn't charge me for a few attempts at trying something out that may have been a quick fix but once we saw that it would need several adjustments he went to work and knocked it out.
