I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV.
