    Staff was super friendly, I was worried from the negative reviews from the last few months about…read morethe service and the manager, but the manager must've been temporary, Kevin, the current manager, as well as his staff was super helpful and actively tried to give us the best deals. My mamma and I we're coming in with a tricky case, my dad had traded from att to tmobil about 4 months ago and we were too busy to actually activate our phones to tmobil, they basically made it as if the hiccup didn't happen, and we were able to get free phones with the transfer. Props to Kevin who went in the back and made some phone calls for us, popped in n out to update us on his call every few minutes, and made everything despite the crazy situation super smooth :)

    t-Mobile used to be the absolute best. Now, they are the worst. I go into the store and hear one…read morething, then the bill shows up and it's $60.00 higher than quoted in store. Also, I got 2 supposedly "free" trackers, that I didn't ask for, and they show up as part of a recurring charge. I'm shopping AT&T as well as Verizon, who USED to be the worst. At least Verizon was honest about their charges. If they said it in store, it was reflected on the bill. With these guys, it really looks to be bait and switch. Whether it's lack of training or a conscious effort, the end result is a higher bill. Not a good look T-Mobile. And it's a pain in the butt to get a real person on the phone at 611. Attempts to resolve things over chat on T-Life were fruitless. The app either locks up or just says chat isn't working... go the the website. The website loops you back to T-Life. That's what brought me into the store in the first place and started this whole mess. It's time to go cell phone plan shopping. Yuck.
