I ended up testing out four diff bikes, and they were super nice about all of it even though it took me forever. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they let me know how to order it online and have it shipped there so they could build the bike for me. They said doing it this way is the same as buying directly from the store! I still get all the benefits like 30 days of free accessories installation and such. My partner also got a used bike that was in great condition!
