I was afraid it could be some sort of scam, so I booked a cleaning and did not give them any information other than my address. This did not phase them one bit. As scheduled, a young man with DJ Solar Cleaning showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning my solar panels. He was professional and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me the exact same price for the cleaning as he had when I inquired via Instagram. He was very neat, getting very little water on my patio other than where the gutter spout came down from the roof and that is where water is designed to go. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!

Had we been properly informed about the potential for residue buildup and treated respectfully when raising our concerns, this situation could have been handled much differently. Even once you find a handful of companies with good ratings, if you have a smaller job/project, others can become unresponsive after initial requests and waste your time. But Sun Craftsmen were great. Their tech Luis came out almost same day, figured out a good solution and had a reasonable quote soon after. He was able to come out within days and complete the work efficiently without issue. Would definitely look to them again with any bigger projects in the future.

Gary's Professional Level High Quality Work Fixed my backyard…read more I want to thank Gary for getting my backyard pavers to look great. I had pavers installed, but the contractor significantly washed out the color. It came down to them having a bad installation technique. I contacted Gary and immediately conveyed the confidence that he could do a good job fixing the situation. Gary did a two part process. Part 1 was to wash/clean the paver stones in an attempt to regain as much color as possible. It worked, the pavers looked so much better. Then he did Part 2, which was to sealer the stones with a Water Base Wet sealers. It all came out great.

They will call you 6 months later asking for more payment…read more I am updating this review from 5 start to 1 start today 07/01/2026, after receiving a collections call from their parent company Otovo stating we owed extra on the installation in addition to what we already paid their installer after the job was done in 01/16/2026. We paid this company twice. 1st after the inspection was done, and another after they installed the new inverter for us. We paid what the technician told us was owed on the spot after they did their work. Over 6 months later, we get a call from them stating we did not pay the required installation cost. We paid what the technician told us to pay on the spot, same day they finished the install, before they left our property. Now they are saying we owe them more money. STAY AWAY Unless you want to get a collections call months later!
