I took my PS5 in to this shop to get it repaired. At best the repair was done sub-par. At worst…read morethey know they have quality issues and are defensive when approached about it. I finally took it to another shop and to get it looked at because the people were sure it was my problem. I wouldn't take a pair of glasses with a missing screw to these guys for repair. Somehow their not fixing it would still be my problem. I approached them with a diagnosis and pictures to see if they would SPLIT the fee that another shop charged to do the job right and they refused. They didn't even contact me back. I was left to troubleshoot on my own and was told to replace my HDMI cables after testing all of my known working cables in my house. What a joke. If you want it done right, take it somewhere else.

From our account: "Authorized users can upgrade devices, change plans, and make payments in the store" So the person working there just wasted 30 minutes of my time.
