When my phone smashes into a metal table shattering the screen and rendering it unusable (the day before a major work event, at that), my life is suddenly at a standstill. I panic. I can't contact anyone. I can't access any important documents. Can't see work emails. I can't even call an Uber. I am not okay. This kiosk is conveniently located outside of Best Buy so that when you come out of Best Buy after they tell you they can't fix your phone, iCell is there waiting for you - waiting to be your savior. The woman who worked on my phone had to have some actual experience working in phone factories or something. She performed serious surgery on it, dissecting each part with skill and ease, and once she put it back together I had a brand new functioning screen. I'm usually extremely skeptical of mall kiosks, but this one challenges the stereotype. They saved me from having to spend $1200 on a new phone, and for that, I am infinitely grateful.

Anything older than 2 years they don't fix under Applecare (unless you pay extra). Can't even order the part for someone else to fix it. They'll sell me a refurb for $387 though. Went to my local cell repair store and not only will they change the camera - they'll do it for $160. Yeah, I'm good on the Apple Store going forward. The service rep was nice and parking cost me $4 (mall). ** The store just called me next day (Mon, today 2/16). Unit is ready for pick up. That's faster than the $387 refurb unit Applestore ordered that would take 5 days lol.

Naturally, I expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, the customer service was literally nonexistent. I was not even greeted or heard a "hello," no "please," no "thank you." The entire interaction consisted of three dry phrases: "You have your ID?" "What's your name?" "You're all set." That was it. It honestly felt like I was interrupting the staff from making on the floor sales or just being a bother. I wasn't looking for anyone to roll out a red carpet but I kind of expected a minimum level of professionalism and politeness, especially from a brand that supposedly prides itself on customer experience. This was the most impersonal and dry service I've received in a long time. Next time I'll just wait and have items delivered.

Just depends on when you walk in and I got lucky they were free! Unfortunately, due to missing pieces of glass they informed me they wouldn't be able to repair my phone. However Pablo was super helpful. He checked my account to see if I was eligible for an upgrade, which I was. The process was so smooth and Pablo made me aware of all my options and was transparent through the process. Excellent customer service. Another employee Edward was very friendly and welcoming as well. During my time in there I also witnessed another employee Dario handle a frustrated customer perfectly. Great job guys!

    I visited the T-Mobile store yesterday with my daughter. When I arrived, an associate informed me…read morethat he was currently helping another customer and that I would be next. I sat and waited for my turn. While waiting, I noticed the store manager sitting in the corner. After about 32 minutes, another customer walked in. As soon as he entered the manager immediately got up greeted him, and offered assistance even though I had arrived and checked in earlier. I found this surprising, but I continued to wait calmly. A few minutes later, the associate who originally helped me returned and called me. As I stood up to go to him, the manager told the associate in front of me that I was not the next customer and instructed him to help the man who had arrived after me. Even the associate appeared confused and asked the manager " "ARE YOU SURE" to confirm, but the manager insisted. At that point I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I chose to leave without making a scene. As a T-Mobile customer for over 14-15 years, I have never experienced anything like this. I left feeling that I was treated unfairly, possibly due to the color of my skin, which was deeply hurtful and disappointing. I want to emphasize that this issue is not with the entire store team. In the past, I have received excellent service from several employees there, including a very kind woman who helped me a few months ago and another associate who was helpful during this visit. My concern is specifically about the manager behavior. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. No customer should feel dismissed or disrespected, especially after years of loyalty.
