Workmanship warranty is garbage. I had the screen replaced on my iPhone and brought it in after…read morethe screen stopped responding to touch about 2 months after replacement. They took it back to be looked at, and handed it back a few hours later and told me it was fixed. If it happened again, they would send it off to their Arlington store for replacement. Great! 7 days later, same thing happens... So when I take it back the second time they said that there was damage to the LCD connector on the motherboard. It was lifting off the board, hence the unresponsiveness. This hadn't been mentioned to me the first 2 times being seen here.. So obviously I was confused. The only time this part is touched is during screen replacement. They said the phone was brought in with this damage. I broke my screen in October of 2016. I had it replaced May of 2017. Worked great with broken screen for 6 months.  They claim the damage is from the then - but not symptomatic until a few weeks after screen replacement? ...Doubtful. I certainly haven't cracked open the phone and messed with the LCD connector on the motherboard. Only one person did. You do the math.  I brought this up, but they refused to acknowledge they caused the problem and fix in accordance with their workmanship warranty. They offered to fix the damage they caused for $180. No thanks! I asked for documentation saying this damage was pre-existing. It should have been caught in a screen replacement and documented. One guy told us they had documentation claiming the damage was there at original drop-off but then recanted when we pressed for it. Now I'm stuck getting a new phone, right before a release of the phone I've been waiting for. You may save a few bucks up front here but it costs more in the long run.
