Steve N was kind enough to add on HomeTech Protection $25 and Protect Advantage $25 without my consent. This raised my bill $50 a month just to help meet his quota for the day. She was unable to help with my issue, which is fine, but the way I was treated from the moment she asked me to be seated was disappointing. Time is money and money is time. Especially during this unprecedented pandemic, we are cautious of where, when and how we spend our "waiting time." I was waiting outside this shop as people were being serviced for their electronic needs. I, like everyone else, placed my name on the board and waited outside to be safe. You really have to watch these people. Came in to order a tablet for a specific need and felt like I didn't need the insurance. Told Alonzo (assistant manager) specifically that I didn't want the insurance. Checked my billing after my visit and found I was being charged for the insurance. The staff at this location is awful. It's close to our house which is why we went to this location. When we walked in, the store was literally empty. There were no customers and 5 employees standing around screwing around. 3 of the 5 employees were cursing, flipping each other off and being completely unprofessional. We had the unfortunate luck to be stuck with Robert. He made the entire process way more complicated and miserable as possible. When we went into the store, we knew what phone, service, and wireless plan we wanted. At every step of the way, he acted rude and judgmental. He seemed to always have an explanation as to 1. Why we couldn't open a line 2. Why we couldn't use our phone 3. How they didn't have any SIM cards 4. How they didn't know if it would work. 5. Why we couldn't use a multi line plan. Robert is incompetent at working for AT&T. He clearly didn't know what he was doing and kept calling for assistance from other staff. In the end after a terribly tense miserable shopping experience, we got the phone, service and plan we asked for. But it took 10 times longer and an awful experience because of Robert. I won't be returning to this store again. While the store looks new and clean, the staff are terribly rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. It felt like walking into gang den. read more

I was on the phone with customer support for over 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot a problem, before I got so frustrated that I drove here to demand someone help me. I vehemently walked in expecting little alleviation, but then Saul met me with a smile and eagerness to assist. I was helped by Maria and she gave me attitude and made me feel like a burden throughout the whole process I was asking some simple questions about the fees and she continued to give me snarky comments throughout it all and ignored some questions I asked too. I'm giving a 1 star review because I can't give any less...... DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! THEY SCAM PEOPLE TO SELL PHONES! I am an active duty service member and I deploy in 3 weeks! This AT&T store is horrible. I have 2 unused lines on my account and came into the store two weeks ago to see if they could transfer my fiancé and sisters prepaid phone numbers onto the unused lines on my account. The rep Zac "Angel" said it was no problem. He also said I could upgrade the phones to iphone 7p's I traded in an old phone from one of the unused lines and he upgraded the phones and told me that everything was good to go. Apparently he was completely lying..... The prepaid lines DID NOT get transferred on to the lines on my account..... And now they are telling me that they can't transfer the prepaid numbers into my account.... So all in all I Bought 2 new 128 GB iphone 7p's Insured both phones Traded in a phone Upgraded my account to unlimited data Paying out of pocket FOR ALL OF IT. Just to have them LIE TO ME about what they could do.... And now tell me they can't help me.... THIS STORE IS RUNNING A SCAM TO SELL PHONES AND UPGRADE ACCOUNTS!!! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the AT&T corporate office as a SCAM! read more

So impressed with the service we received at this location. My husband and I are not tech savvy by any means but we wanted to update our phones. My husband had gone into the store earlier in the day and spoken with a young gal about upgrades and she researched the best deal for us. He didn't get pressured into buying when he said he wanted to come home and discuss the options with me. We decided to go for it and visited the store a few hours later. The young gal was out to lunch but Rocky and another young man stepped right in to help (so sorry I forgot the other gentleman's name!). They were both extremely accommodating! They advised that the young gal would get the credit for the sale which showed great ethics cause they could have easily taken the sale themselves. They were not pushy with add-ons at all and their advice was genuine. We walked out knowing we received a great deal and extremely happy with the service we received. Great job fellas! read more
