I brought my phone in to have the back glass replaced, and when I picked it up everything initially seemed fine. However, within about two hours a white line suddenly appeared on my screen that would not go away, and I also noticed that the screen itself had started lifting. I returned to the shop less than 24 hours later to explain the issue and ask them to take a look at it. Instead of helping, they refused to provide any service or even inspect the phone. They also made accusations that I was just trying to get a free repair, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional considering the problem started almost immediately after their repair. Because they refused to cooperate or take responsibility, I had to escalate the situation by contacting mall management and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly caution others before choosing this repair shop, as my concerns were dismissed and no effort was made to resolve the issue.

David drove to my location - which made the repair much more convenient. Then, the first battery we tried was defective. (Not his fault.) So, we met again later the same week to try with a different battery. That second battery, so far so good. There's a 3 month warranty on the repair.
