recently visited the AT&T store with the intention of switching my carrier from T-Mobile to AT&T. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful gentleman named Miguel. Miguel invited me to sit at his desk and patiently explained the entire process from A to Z. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. What truly stood out to me was his kindness and sincerity. He treated me with genuine care and respect, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. I left the store almost with tears in my eyes because I have rarely experienced customer service at this level. Miguel is not only highly competent, but also genuinely kind, patient, and sincere. He even gave me a full month to return and drop off my old phone as part of the exchange, which made the transition completely stress-free. I sincerely want to thank AT&T for hiring exceptional individuals like Miguel. He represents your company with integrity and excellence. Go to ANY other location but this AT&T store. I showed up at 10:01 on 2/10/26, right when they opened, or they were supposed to be open. A woman, working alone, was annoyed i walked up and tried opening the locked door. I was having issues with my new phone and she just did not want to help or offer any type of support. Telling me that it has nothing to do with being tech savvy, if it's tech savvy, she'd ask me to take apart the phone I pretty much held myself back from calling her out for her rude behavior. Especially for how much we are spending on these phones, a little support would be nice. I would not recommend this location. read more

This location sucks. I was directed immediately to sign into their queue despite a host of associates just standing around talking to one another. Approximately 15 minutes later (and into my lunch) I was then greeted and asked the purpose of my visit. I said I wanted to upgrade my phone and they responded they do not have the model I wanted despite it being launch day. I don't have any issue with them not having it but them not having any real awareness of guest visits on a big launch day and not preemptively indicating anywhere that they don't have any of the products was not a great guest experience or use of my time. read more

The service was good, but the wait was long. They have a good selection of phones there and cases. Paulina helped me. She accidentally charged me twice for the case. I like AT&T and think they're a good value for the money. read more

Had a great conversation with my "account manager" that goes by Andrew Oliver. Not sure what happened but he looked into a situation where an AT&T representative told me a different price than what was actually done. I haven't heard from Andrew since. Call date: February 24 I didn't want to bombard him with calls/text but it now March 14 and I haven't heard a word. read more

I was able to trade in my older phone to a new 16 pro with great service. Both Rosa and Miquel we professional, efficient and very friendly. As with all transfers of data it takes a bit of time. Also, Miquel was able to save me considerable dollars by advising me of a better plan for me. Leo did not help me but I observed him helping several elderly customers with lots of patience helping with their phone issues. I will definitely come back to this store for their excellent customer service and knowledge. read more

Thank you Miguel for making my visit yesterday so great! I upgraded my phone in store and had some trouble getting things fully transferred once I got home (I am far from tech savvy!) I went back to the store as I was very worried about losing any backed up information and Miguel walked me through the whole process, making sure everything I had was saved. We were able to get everything transferred over successfully and I'm loving my new phone. This store is horrible and poor customer service. I ordered a new iphone 13 silver 256 GB in january with a deposit made and i received a notification that it arrived at the store after 4 days. So i went but the phone that Eric ( rep) ordered for me had 128 GB only so I told Charles ( manager) that i wanted the bigger storage. I ended up ordering another phone instead per their recommendation. This time I odered the gold color 256 GB and made another deposit. After several days, i received a notification again so i called the store and I was told the phone arrived but when I got there, no new phone arrived but instead they told me that the first order was still there and Charles looked at my storage usage and convinced me I really don't need a bigger storage so I ended up getting the first order. I was told, they will call me once the second order will arrive so they can refund my deposit. My husband called after 2 weeks, phone didn't arrived no refund still. I decided to call today, spoke with Surpise ( rep) i think that's her name and was not a great help, didn't really accommodated me. I explained what happened, i asked for Eric and Charles and was told Eric was transferred to Diamond Bar and Charles is off, she doesn't know when he will be back. I asked her if she needed the confirmation number/ ID she didn't really pay attention and just told me to call Eric at the other store. This is a new store and that time i went there for the second order, we had a good conversation and i was accommodated well but no refund up to this time and not a single call from them as promised. Sorry! I have waited for almost a month. If you guys want a good business, take care of your customers. Then you will be recommended.. read more
