When it was my turn, Alex came over to greet me, took the bag with my mom's equipment, and walked me over to his station. I was honestly a little nervous because the account wasn't under my name. I explained that my mom has been sick and I'm taking care of emptying her apartment and canceling her utilities on her behalf. Alex immediately understood and took care of everything in about a minute with no hassle at all. I was expecting this to be a much more complicated process, so I was really impressed by how easy and stress-free Alex made everything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile Authorized Dealer. The Assistant Manager, Rupali, and one of the customer representatives were extremely rude, lacked any sense of urgency, and showed no empathy toward a customer who had just had their phone stolen. I visited the store in the afternoon, and there were no other customers waiting. I was asked to wait, which I did. I was extremely anxious because every minute mattered--I was worried someone could access my personal information and steal my identity. When I saw another representative enter the store, I politely asked if she could help me. The Assistant Manager immediately interrupted and said the employee had not logged in or clocked in yet, so I continued waiting. A few moments later, the representative came back out. She clearly knew I was waiting for assistance, but instead of logging in and helping me, she delayed. Because I was desperate and anxious, I politely asked again if she could assist me. Instead of showing any understanding, she refused to help and told me to "just go to another location." She then told me that I needed to "respect her," when in reality, she was the one being rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing the situation, the Assistant Manager tolerated and supported this unacceptable behavior. I understand that employees have procedures to follow, but when a customer comes in after having their phone stolen, empathy and urgency should be a priority. A stolen phone is not just an inconvenience--it can lead to identity theft and financial fraud. This is an Authorized Dealer representing the T-Mobile brand. I sincerely hope T-Mobile looks into how this location treats its customers because experiences like this damage the company's reputation. No customer should be treated with such indifference during a stressful and urgent situation.

I went here through to pick up my daughter's phone.I was needing to get a replacement. I had planned to do it on line, but was trying to decide stick with Samsung or get an Apple like my kids. Started talking to the salesman decided to get the samsung and might as well get it here. They say you pay taxes and fees. They did not mention the fee was $39,99 for them to help you. I had to pay off a few payments early on my phone, so he helped with that. I could of done it, by clicking a button in the my verizon app. But he was here let me do that. Very helpful, very polite said I'd only be responsible for taxes and fees. Never told me what the fees were. He offered me some accessories.They were overpriced, so I had said, no. He did have a bundling.That was a hundred dollars. After all the help he gave me, I figured okay. I'll buy that, if I bought the stuff separately through Amazon it would still be 50/60 bucks and i would wait a day or two. This way, they make a little extra profit. They deserved it.They were so nice and I get it immediately. He shows me the final charge. It seems a lot higher than it should be. And I asked, and he said, well, that's, you know, the verizon fee forty dollar, taxes, i asked for individual breakdown. And he goes, it's doesn't show on their computer.Until after they pay and then the receipt is sent to me. I pay it I get home. The charged me a hundred and fifty dollars for the hundred dollar bundle. Charge me $10, for remaining phone balance, but my phone had been paid off. So there was no balance. They also had 39.99 set up fee they had removed. When I showed them the discrepancy, the first thing they told me was "we told you there would be fees" But how can you charge me a ten dollar remaining balance fee?If there is no remaining balance. She said that is charged by the carrier not them. I would need to check with verizon. After I left there and called verizon, they said they had nothing to do with that charge.The independent retailers set their own fees. So the lady lied to me. They also said the phone bundle was a hundred because they reversed the 39.99 set up charge. They're math isn't great either because 149.99 minus 39.99 is 110. I said you showed it to me and said it was a hundred dollars not 149.99 and you will be discounting another fee. After a long discussion. I said refund the 49.99 extra you charged for the bundle or remove the whole bundle and i will pay the 39.99 set up fee. They ended up refunding me the phone accessories minus the 39.99 set up fee, It took an hour. My card kept declining the reimbursement, they finally had me put it on another credit card.Not the original one I used. Which i have never done before. I just checked that card it's not showing that the account has been credited. I will wait a few days and check again. Juan the person that assisted me was very nice, their system of misleading you on the costs. Was not nice. misquoting a price, not nice. Not showing itemized till after you pay.should be banned. If you need help with set up and transfer they did do great. I did not mind the 39.99 fee for that and, if i knew they were getting paid to help i wouldnt have bought the bundle. If you need help and decide to use them great just be aware. of the fees, ask what fees and amounts of those fees. It might be worth it. For me in three years I will replace my phone and do it directly with verizon, no more authorized reps. Three stars 5 stars for friendly and helpful, 1 star for overcharging me. Average 3.

Shady representative…read more Damien who seemed to be professional and caring was in fact untruthful and treated my concern with a backwards attitude. I entered the store to add a few devices onto my plan and later on found that I was going to be charged for a device I had never received. After reviewing my bill and noticing the unrecognized device, I called the store and spoke with Damien to explain my concern. He proceeded to tell me that the device is not on my bill even when I could clearly see that the device was on my bill via the Verizon app. He then assured me that I will no longer be charged for the device and that it will not be present, and he also promised a $150 credit towards my next bill to compensate for the unexpected charges. It's been about 2 weeks now and I still have that same device showing up on my next estimated bill. Not only that but he never documented that the $150 credit was to be applied towards my next bill. I found out all this after calling Verizon directly. Not only that, at the time I had the authorized devices added onto my plan, he had applied a promotional credit of $220 and did a reversal of the credit the same day! What a scummy move. Again, all of this was brought to my attention after calling Verizon directly myself to figure what went wrong. Avoid this store and any kind of interaction with Damien. He will smile in your face but is quick to stab you in the back. Damien you have waste so much of my time, money and energy. Go flip some burgers or something because clearly being a representative is not a suitable job for you with that attitude you gave me when I had confronted you with your mistakes. I know my review might not change anything about the store or Damien himself, but I do hope that this will help anyone from being unfortunate enough to endure the same inconveniences I had to go through.
