The staff there are super polite, friendly and helpful. But they charge you extra for it. I've been buying my replacement Verizon, phones online through Verizon or on the phone with them directly. I went here through to pick up my daughter's phone.I was needing to get a replacement. I had planned to do it on line, but was trying to decide stick with Samsung or get an Apple like my kids. Started talking to the salesman decided to get the samsung and might as well get it here. They say you pay taxes and fees. They did not mention the fee was $39,99 for them to help you. I had to pay off a few payments early on my phone, so he helped with that. I could of done it, by clicking a button in the my verizon app. But he was here let me do that. Very helpful, very polite said I'd only be responsible for taxes and fees. Never told me what the fees were. He offered me some accessories.They were overpriced, so I had said, no. He did have a bundling.That was a hundred dollars. After all the help he gave me, I figured okay. I'll buy that, if I bought the stuff separately through Amazon it would still be 50/60 bucks and i would wait a day or two. This way, they make a little extra profit. They deserved it.They were so nice and I get it immediately. He shows me the final charge. It seems a lot higher than it should be. And I asked, and he said, well, that's, you know, the verizon fee forty dollar, taxes, i asked for individual breakdown. And he goes, it's doesn't show on their computer.Until after they pay and then the receipt is sent to me. I pay it I get home. The charged me a hundred and fifty dollars for the hundred dollar bundle. Charge me $10, for remaining phone balance, but my phone had been paid off. So there was no balance. They also had 39.99 set up fee they had removed. When I showed them the discrepancy, the first thing they told me was "we told you there would be fees" But how can you charge me a ten dollar remaining balance fee?If there is no remaining balance. She said that is charged by the carrier not them. I would need to check with verizon. After I left there and called verizon, they said they had nothing to do with that charge.The independent retailers set their own fees. So the lady lied to me. They also said the phone bundle was a hundred because they reversed the 39.99 set up charge. They're math isn't great either because 149.99 minus 39.99 is 110. I said you showed it to me and said it was a hundred dollars not 149.99 and you will be discounting another fee. After a long discussion. I said refund the 49.99 extra you charged for the bundle or remove the whole bundle and i will pay the 39.99 set up fee. They ended up refunding me the phone accessories minus the 39.99 set up fee, It took an hour. My card kept declining the reimbursement, they finally had me put it on another credit card.Not the original one I used. Which i have never done before. I just checked that card it's not showing that the account has been credited. I will wait a few days and check again. Juan the person that assisted me was very nice, their system of misleading you on the costs. Was not nice. misquoting a price, not nice. Not showing itemized till after you pay.should be banned. If you need help with set up and transfer they did do great. I did not mind the 39.99 fee for that and, if i knew they were getting paid to help i wouldnt have bought the bundle. If you need help and decide to use them great just be aware. of the fees, ask what fees and amounts of those fees. It might be worth it. Do not come here. They will scam and lie to you. We had an awful experience here with the manager Jorge. They added on fees without telling us about them. They also added on the most expensive insurance plan without telling me either. I noticed it right after we left and when we told Jorge about it the next day he said he added it because it was the best insurance that covered everything. Okay? That's my decision to make, not yours. I called Verizon customer service asking about options as far as returns and I guess they must have let the store know about our horrible experience, because my husband received a very angry call from Jorge asking us why we complained. So unprofessional. Unfortunately, we had to go back to the store to resolve some issues (we returned some items to the store and ironically Verizon didn't receive the items so buy out fees showed up on our bill...shocker), and everyone was refusing to help us. This 5-star review is ONLY for Juan! Long story short, we switched to verizon at this store and did the trade-in promotion, but in the process a LOT of things got messed up! Most of it was corrected with verizon customer service over the phone during a month-long time span, but they were unable to correct the trade-in promotion for one of the phones since this was a store-specific issue. We went into the store and explained the situation to Juan. He immediately checked on our trade ins, checked on the promotion list, and went to work making the correction. We ended up having to call verizon core in the store but he was very kind and persistent in correcting the issue on the phone call. Last month, my wife (a 25 year Verizon customer) and I went to this location, and unexpectedly wound up getting a tablet, smart watch and wireless router. We were told by the store rep named "Kat" that there was a 30 day return policy for a complete refund on any or all devices, but if we decided to keep everything past the 30 days, the monthly bill would be $165.00. She also said there was a promotion on the watch and phone to where we were getting them for no charge (which convinced us to get these devices), and would just be being charged monthly for the lines. My wife decided to return the watch, which I did for her. I asked Kat for a receipt for the return, but she said she was unable to print, email or text a receipt, because her system wouldn't allow it. I should've took a video with my phone of her saying this, but foolishly I trusted her. Shortly afterward, my wife received a bill for $395.00 for December, with several unexpected charges and no credit on the watch. Kat later told my wife that the watch was never returned. When I went back to the store, she backed off and admitted that I did return the watch, and said for my wife come in the next day with her credit card, and she would personally make sure the credit was issued, as she needed her credit card to do it. My wife came in the next day, but Kat told her she could only give her a $4.00 credit on the watch, and the charge of $107.00 for the line would still apply. This is obviously outrageous! On top of that we were not told about the $50.00 per device set-up fee, and other add on charges. My wife called the Verizon Customer Service to complain and get these unwarranted and misrepresented charges removed, but was told that everything was already set-up for billing, and the best she could do is credit the $50.00 set-up fee on the watch. Suffice it to say, we were misled, told several falsehoods, and additional charges were not disclosed. We are on the verge of returning all the devices, and notifying our attorney. Brandom gives the best costumer service I have encountered on any cellphone company & I had everyone (Nextel, Boost mobile, Virgin Mobile, T-mobile, AT&T ) & recently at the beginning of November of last year to January of 2023 I had Spectrum Mobile ( which it's a horrible provider) I went to this store in Anaheim plaza & Brandom (Manager) help me with the transitions of 4 lines. SPRECTRUM Mobile didn't want to release my 4 numbers that I have own for 17 years (yes I been with my 4 lines for 17 years & of course I can't just let them go) but what a surprise Spectrum once I switch from my previous phone provider AT&T to spectrum they felt that they own my numbers & when I toll them that theirs service it's garbage, I decided to give Verizon a chance since it's the only cellular provider that I never had, when I came in into the store was super busy but Brandom was extremely helpful & knowledgeable porting out & porting in my phone numbers from spectrum to Verizon, of course Spectrum didn't make it easy at all, but he delivered all been said & promise from him, I highly recommend you to go & have Brandom help you with your cellphone needs read more

Look at all these negative reviews! It's about the same people. BUYER BEWARE! This is a 3rd party seller store called Victra (don't be fooled by their Verizon sign outside). Although they say they are an authorized seller, I spoke with an actual Verizon customer service personnel and she stated there have been problems with this company with other customers. I came to the store on Euclid at beginning of April; customer service was great at first. Abel helped sell me a Samsung Galaxy S10E and he stated there was a $250 off promotion going on for that particular phone which was supposed to match the online Verizon deal, so of course I was sold on getting it. Later that night, when I was reviewing the receipt, I realized the $250 off promotional deal (which is approximately $10 less monthly for 2 years) wasn't honored so I went back to the store the following day to verify the purchase. Abel guaranteed that it was the deal and stated it will take 2 billing periods for it to be in effect. 2 months later (now June), I went to the store and spoke with Ramon (the store manager) and he said to wait another month and if it doesn't come into effect by then, come back. 1 month later (now July); Ramon wasn't there, but Abel was and looked into my situation and said he will speak with Ramon and let him know and have Ramon call me back. Never got a call back. 2 days later I called the store numerous times with no answer. Finally on the 4th call, someone picks up the phone, and when I asked for Ramon, this guy said he was with a client and he will have him call me back. This kid didn't even ask for my name or number, and I had to remind him to take it down. And of course, Ramon never called me back. The following day, I went back to the store, spoke to Ramon and he said because the promotional deal hasn't appeared on the bill, he will escalate the situation to the account manager. When I mentioned to him that I was trying to reach him the day before, he said he never received the message from anyone. So I wait a couple of weeks, and still nothing has happened. It is now August. I tried to call. Someone picked up and hung up on me. Called again, and everytime I called, it would ring a couple of times and go straight to voicemail. I am clearly mad at this point and decided to go to the store. There was only one couple in the store! Clearly no reason to not answer the phone especially when you have two workers at the storefront. Ramon was there and showed me that he sent out another email to the account manager and cc'd me. Ramon understood my frustration and gave me his cellphone number. He said to wait a couple of days to get a email verification. At no surprise, I never received anything. It is now September. I text Ramon for updates. He replies that the account manager has finally reviewed it and the promotional deal was for $150 off and it should reflect the account in 2 billing cycles. Why do I have to wait another 2 months when this whole situation has been ongoing since April?! Ramon replies, "I was not given any confirmation letter or number. You can call Verizon customer care and verify with them. At this point I have done with what I can do to rectify this situation" I am frustrated because: 1. As a last resort, Victra workers dumped my problem to Verizon customer care, but as a third party seller, Verizon has nothing to do with the promotional deal that Victra offers. 2. They kept postponing to help with my situation and used the excuse of "wait for the next billing cycle" 3. I had to initiate and ask for updates. I have been waiting patiently for 5 months. I have visited the store more times than I should just to get this situation cleared, only for them to say they did all they could 4. I spent so much time driving there because no one answers their store phone (or when I do get someone, they hang up or never call me back) 5. Customer service is only good when selling. But when there's a problem, they will leave you hanging. They don't keep word on their deals. read more

I had the worst experience at this Verizon store. The manager David made all these promises that he could match the online deals in store and convinced me to switch phone company's to Verizon. Then, I started seeing all these extra charges and the manager was "trying" to fix and he just so happened to take the entire month "trying" and did not fix anything. He purposely took this long so that we would not meet the 30day return period. David is a scammer who refuses to own up to his mistakes. And if you look at yelp reviews from the past you can see that the person who is consistently mentioned for overcharging customers is the store manager David, so the fact that none of his bosses have fired him or demoted him is insane. My husband and I visited a few different Verizon stores (Fullerton headquarters and La Habra store near the movie theater) to get information and were displeased with the employees and services there. Feeling distraught with Verizon overall (we've been customers for over 20 years) we made one last attempt at this Anaheim store and were surprised with the exceptional service. Marquez Vargas was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, and if didn't know, he found out for us. Marquez also showed us we can save on our overall bill. Marquiss (sp?) helped us another day and he too provided exceptional service and offered us options. He wasn't pushy with his sales pitch, just helpful, which I appreciated. We discussed our plans and he offered guidance on how we can get the most of our plan. My husband and I walked away feeling good with our new phones and renewed contracts. We also wish we had come directly to this store instead of wasting our time with the first two. Also, it'd be nice if all Verizon stores trained their employees the same, so customers receive the same excellent service regardless of which store they visited. Employees may be forgetting that they represent a brand. Hope both Marquez and Marquiss receive the recognition or commission that they deserve for providing exceptional service. read more

My call landed to a very efficient,respectful,and professional representative in Mike V. I upgraded my phone and plan sometime in November through Bestbuy Verizon. I have called multiple times and given a promise of fixing the issue and credit (traded values) back to our account. Turns out nothing was actually done. Mike V. goes above and beyond and owned the issue. Spent a great amount of time to resolve my concern. Thanks to him,it is actually moving and will get our credits (trade-in values) back to our accounts. He doesn't make you feel being rushed and acknowledged the issue and made an effort to resolve them. He is also very proactive in acknowledging the issues i had during my trip in November (lost my signal in the middle of my trip) by documenting and extended some credit regarding this issue. Employee told me defective iPhone batteries cannot be replaced. It's impossible, not something any type of store will be able to do, etc. Was told the only solution is to buy a new phone. How convenient for them. Didn't sound right, so I called Best Buy. "Of course we can replace your iPhone battery, we do that all the time." And they did in an hour for fifty bucks.
