I got a text message to take my phone to a boost mobile store and swap sim card for free and receive a $75 dollar credit on bill for doing it. I went here today and the young man swap it and did not charge me or try to upsell me. Other boost mobile stores in the area wanted to charge me a fee to swap sim. The customer associate at this store was very attentive and answer all my questions. Other customers who were being help where complaining about the other boost stores in the area. And how refreshing it was to find a legit boost mobile store who is not there to upsell them with upgrades or rude to them. The best customer service so far. No shady like the rest I been too. Because this phone was suppose to be my graduation gift and these dumbass people who work here did not make sense like a typical Verizon store!! When my phone was ready for pickup I was told I couldn't just walk in to get it and had to call to make an appointment and again I got the run around and wasn't able to pick it up for another LONG time like wtf. At this point I don't even want the phone from these incompetent fucks. Then oh it gets WORSE. So I call today about a week after my phone is suppose to be ready and ask if I need to schedule a time to come in TODAY and at first the man on the phone told me yeah we go on lunch from 1-2 so come in anytime after 2 cause we're not busy and don't have appointments today so I said okay and then in the same call within minutes he's like actually you can't come in til after 4, cause looks like we're busy and booked like what you just said y'all weren't busy!!!! That doesn't make any sense. So anyways I'm not getting my phone from this store anymore. I will be taking my business to Verizon la Habra to pick up my new phone which I ended up ordering on the app. Hopefully that goes smoother than these fuckers giving me the run around. What I don't get is when we went in for the phone the guy did the math and told us it would be $84 for the phone upon pick up day. Then when I called back two weeks later and asked about a time to come in and price I was told it was anywhere from 100-150 which didn't make any sense. But the person I talked too didn't know either he said he'd have to "do the math" when you would think the agreed upon price estimate would be in the system somehow! Had a few customers ahead of me and only two staff working so I knew I was going to get helped later than my appointment says. A bit disappointed as I was hoping to be in and out since I was using my lunch break for this. Interaction with staff was minimal but they were friendly. To kill time, I looked at the newer model phones like the Samsung Z Flip 8 but was unable to really do much with it since the entire phone was locked in place for security reasons, so I couldn't even flip it open or closed. Couldn't even pull it out as it was connected by a static brace and not an extended cable. Other than waiting around despite having an appointment, it was a smooth experience. All I did was walk up to the counter upon bring called, dropped off the modem, was given a receipt, and that was that.

And the problem sometimes people take a long time so it backs things up more and more. The staff seems to be working hard, but there's just a lot of stuff and this stuff is kind of slow usually. Usually when I come here, it's not that bad this time a little worse than usual. But they are busy. And there's one guy that's I guess a lot of trouble and so he's taking someone all the time. I ended up just leaving bc he just did not want to be of any help. I'll just go to the other tmobile.
