Never have I ever written a review before. If there was an option for negative starts I would absolutely do so. I went to trade in my phone and I was told that there was not an option to opt out of the Next Up Anytime program. This was completely inaccurate and dishonest. This branch is looking to take advantage of anyone and everyone. That's not the only thing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by incompetence and disrespect. I felt extremely uncomfortable from the lack of professionalism. I cancelled the transaction and walked away. This is my second bad experience at this branch location. read more

When in for their trade in offer where they would pay off my old phone of if I started service with them. I gave them my old phone in perfect condition as it was only a few months old and purchased the new line. They however did not credit my account for the phone trade in as I owed less than $500 on my old phone which meant the rest should have made my line cheaper. Didn't happen. Not only that they still have not paid me the gift card to pay off my old phone I still owe money on with TMobile. So not only am I over paying for my new plan, I am also paying for my old phone still plus the line because they can't shut the line off until the phone is paid in full. Needless to say I wish I hadn't switched to AT&T. It's costing me more than it would have if I stayed with TMobile. I'm now paying over $300 a month for phone lines and they will not offer any assistance even tho I've been calling for updates for 3 months now. I will be going back to TMobile as soon as I can. For years I have had my business account with AT&T, today, I switched to Verison. My phone had a corrupt SIMs card and would not work. When you run a business, it is an emergency when your phone is down. The technicians at this store did not seem to understand this. The technician required a two step verification by texting my phone which could not receive texts due to a bad SIMs card. If I purchased a new phone they could provide a new SIM card, but not a Just a SIM card for my old phone without a two-step verification. I went to the Verison store and in 20 minutes I had a new SIMs card and saved $70 / month. To add to the issue, I stopped back at the AT&T store to cancel my account, but the technician told me that the store could is not authorized to cancel anything. They can only add accounts. Complete and utter clown car of a company and location. Staff members were tossing a football around inside as we came in, and it didn't get any more professional from there. Our sales rep was cavalier, inarticulate, and spoke over us multiple times. He was also poorly-informed on product and services offered, and quoted us a different cost for the same plan/devices than on a previous visit. To top it all off, I was asked to make a $1200 deposit for service as a new customer - despite an 800+ FICO score - all because we had our credit frozen (for security reasons) when they first tried to run our credit. We cancelled the order, went back to Verizon, and had two new phones ordered in less than 10 minutes time (with no deposit, of course). I visited this store about three times already and have been impressed with each visit. Each time I didn't need to wait long for a staff member to help me. I was greeted by staff each time I entered the store. Also, I transferred my mobile phone services from another carrier to AT&T about three months ago and have been very pleased with them. I love their level of customer service and mobile phone services has been outstanding. I especially love the military discount they provide. If you're active duty military, retired military or a veteran, check them out! I prefer this AT&T store over the one next to Starbucks and Cuba Cuba. Staff is super helpful, professional and polite. Be careful when you go to trade in your phone here. Mine went missing from the store and all the manager told me was that there was a "miscommunication" anyways and I wouldn't have gotten the trade in promo regardless. The sales associate got the promo's wrong. So I paid off my phone and gave it away for free. Nothing they can do, they don't even show it as being turned in. read more

Customer service at this store is terrible. Young kids running the store should be at home playing video games not conducting sales or customer service. If I was the owner of this store they would be looking for other work and based on other comments from this store it appears I am not the only one who has issues with them. ATT is having serious issues right now and they should be going out of their way to help a customer that has been with them for 24 years. Mark and crew were condescending and rude. Went in purchase some accessories and they couldn't get my promo card to work. After asking a bunch of moronic questions and trying to run the card dozens of times, his response "it doesn't work dude, I don't know." Yet, they had no problem charging my credit card for the remaining balance. Asked for my refund, which I never got. Went to the Store in Parker and they were about to get it to work no issues. Horrible customer service. My phone was displaying the att logo and wouldn't turn on. The manager of the store said, sorry your phone is broken and there is nothing we can do and sent me on my way. Later I pushed the screenshot buttons and the phone turned on. I called the manager later and he said we are not a service center and can't fix phones. They didn't even know how to do a simple reset. read more

I genuinely believe that anyone at this particular store has no idea what they are doing. A couple weeks ago, I upgraded my phone. It took ages to do so, and when I finally left about an hour and a half later, my phone didn't even work. The SIM card had never been activated and thus left me with a non functional phone, so I had to go back. Yesterday I went back to switch my my girlfriend over to my plan. Everyone in the store had a different idea as to what needed to happen- she needed to pay off her phone, or she didn't, but she had to cancel her current plan, and she needed to pay, all of which were not true. Finally after much too long we switched her phone over. I was told a half dozen times that I was good to go and to leave. Skip forward 30 minutes and I'm up in Denver. This is when we realize HER phone doesn't have service anymore. We call back and they told us to turn her phone off and back on- we did- with no such success. Then they told us we had to come all the way back down to their store to get a new SIM card.... I called back and asked why and they, once again, couldn't get their story straight. So we went to another store who told us that my girlfriend was on my account, but on a totally different plan- something that would charge me an additional $250 a month. The second at&t store changed her phone to be on my existing plan, switched the SIM card, and her phone started working. All in all, please either don't use at&t, or never go to the castle rock location. They have no idea what they are doing and 1 star is being very generous read more

Was offered a sales promotion at time of activation not aware that it was no longer valid at the time of activation. Now that we are looking for the promotion that was offered we were advised that it was not available to at the time and we are out of luck. This April of 2017 my wife and I were looking to potentially swap our wireless lines from our current carrier Sprint to AT&T. We went into our local AT&T dealer located at 4989 Factory Shops Blvd #200, Castle Rock, CO 80108 and explained we were thinking of transferring over. We were offered the following promotion: http://about.att.com/story/get_a_free_smartphone_from_att.html At the time we were only advised of adding Direct TV and coupling with AT&T to reduce the monthly DIRECTV bill, nothing about this being a requirement for the BOGO. This was the only reference to DIRECTV and AT&T at the time of activation. We were advised of also the trade in promotion for switching to AT&T from Sprint however there may be an issue with the value of the devices and we would not qualify for the full 650.00 credit, so we were advised we may have better luck returning our devise back with Sprint or even a local retailer in Castle Rock who may give us more credit than what AT&T may provide. Which is what I did, understanding I was forfeiting that part of the promo, however I was still satisfied with staying with AT&T because I was under the impression I would receive the Buy one get one free for the 2 lines. It was even explained that I would see a credit for the 1 phone after 90 days of service, it was also explained that when we inquired if we can get my son a Samsung, that would negate the BOGO offer and we had to purchase 2 of the same phones, so we still activated with AT&T. However, after the 90 days the credit for the 2nd device was not on the bill. After several attempts to resolve via Customer Care AT&T and even at the store we were told that the offer I was presented had expired and I had to go with the DIRECTV offer - something that was not mentioned at the time of activation. So still no resolution, I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Colorado and the FCC for bait and switch against this authorized dealer. read more

I have used this location several times and recently they have upped their value even more. I entered recently to activate one additional phone which I already owned. There was a business rep in the store who talked to me about the benefits of a business plan and explained all current packages available. I was blown away with how supportive AT&T can be with a small business. I was so excited to begin my business the right way. Today I entered the store to ask for help understanding my first bill. They were so helpful and professional. I left understanding my bill and my future bills. Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Had and extra phone laying around that we wanted to get up and running. Went to this store because the SIM card didn't fit this new phone. They charged us $5 for a SIM card. I've done this same procedure a few times recently without any charge. I've been to other att store and it has never been an issue with any charges. The store manager tells my wife this is a new policy that started about 3 years ago. I called att customer care and the representative said there is no charge for a new SIM card since a SIM card is needed to use the phone, they instantly gave me the $5 back. Customer care confirmed this is not a att policy, less than a year ago it wasn't a policy at a different store either. I called the store that we were at back and they tell me it's a new policy that started 1.5 years ago (changed from the 3 years they told my wife). Went on to say that the person from att customer care is mistaken and doesn't know the new policy. As it turns out, this is an authorized dealer, not an att corporate store, this must be the issue. Buyer be ware, this is not a policy to get charged $5 for a sim from what customer care tells me. This looks to be an extra charge that this specific store charges its customers! read more

I am a fan of Dennis the Retail sales consultant. He tried his VERY BEST to solve my problem with the main office. It was not resolved and they created a ticket number for me to fix it. He went above and beyond to help me and while helping we multi-tasked accepting deliveries, helping others who wlked in and helping other associates. More people are needed like Dennis and he is a great asset to this store/company. My rating for Dennis is 5 stars, but am holding back on AT&T to see if they solve my issue. read more

We met the best trio team at the ATT store in Castle Rock, CO on Factory Shops. Blvd. we initially went in to upgrade our cell phones and add two additional lines. During the process (long story, short) one of the additional phone numbers somehow was lost in limbo. (Yes, we already paid for it and it showed up on our receipt) and somehow it attached itself to another connected device somewhere out into the Unknown. (This never happens, ever. It was a glitch of coincidental timing. We even witnessed the disappearance and reappearance of the number during the process of setting it up. Explaining it is difficult, and the result was inevitable) But, the three ATT team mates that were in that store that day were exceptionally helpful, kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to the very end. Curtis Colton helped us first in finding the best deals for us and exceedingly met our needs with solid knowledge of everything we asked of him. We had a lot of questions. Curtis did not hesitate and answered every single one with confidence and professionalism. We were very satisfied and very grateful customers. Then after the glitch occurred, Lexi and Ronnie stepped in to help. Lexi was a joy and I strongly appreciated her perseverance to remain on the phone to the ATT customer service line, despite the many and late hours ...and constant transfers to so many different departments. (Unfortunately it was hard for someone to assist with our issue as it has never happened before and nobody knew how to help us.) But Lexi stayed strong and determined to get the answer we needed. I really do appreciate the fact that she never gave up and tried various ways no matter what. Ronnie was just the icing on the cake. His calm nature helped us to remain calm. He anticipated every need of his teammates and also included his additional ideas and knowledge that nudged everything towards the right direction. He even filled in the gaps by completing the phone transfers and setting up our phones while the issue was still being addressed by Curtis and Lexi. We were really impressed with how the three ATT team mates balanced each other out And made the whole experience a wonderful experience. We will never forget Curtis, Lexi and Ronnie. The balance between each of their personalities as a whole and the fact that each one of them sacrificed their time to complete and tackle the issues at hand, impressed us tremendously. We definitely recommend this ATT store to anybody and everybody. For as long as we've owned cellphones, nobody has ever come close to the customer service we received from Curtis, Ronnie and Lexi that night. Unforgettable and forever grateful!!!
