The staff that was here was amazing. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on. I have since upgraded my phone, purchased a phone for my son, and purchased the newest earbuds. I contacted a bunch of electronics repair shops on yelp for quotes and this was both the fastest to reply to me, the shortest repair time, and the lowest price by $50-$150 compared to the other shops. They had to ship in the part in cuz I have a less common phone, but it arrived next day! (other companies I got quotes from said 3-4 days before it would even arrive). They wanted a $20 deposit for the part order that I was able to pay online. The part arrived next day, and I brought in my phone. It only took 45 min to replace my screen and get me on my way. Fast service and cost slightly less than the quoted flat rate. Highly recommend 10/10

Took an iPhone 6 and an iPad 4th generation to have the screens replaced (we had dropped them and…read morethey were shattered). Screens were replaced quickly, but within 60 days, both screens quit working within hours of each other. They hadn't been dropped or gotten wet-just quit working. I took them back and the owner told me that he doesn't warranty any if his work-and to his credit, there are signs saying that all over his store. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag, but I just wanted them fixed. I wasn't about to let him have another shot at fixing my devices, so I took them to Phone Doctor of Austin on 620. They fixed them-for $25 less per device than this shop, and what do you think they found? The guy from Cedar Park Cell repair forgot to install about 50% of the screws in the iPhone-no wonder it didn't work. Do yourself a favor, no matter how convenient this place is, do not take any of your devices to them. They are shady, so sloppy work and seem to be pretty proud of the that they do not stand behind any of their repair work
