My husband and I bought…read moreher a new phone and when trying to Activate the new phone but what I was told on the phone from T-Mobile was that I needed the porting information to keep my mom's number from Metro Pcs, so I kept calling and they said I had to go in person with my mom since she's the account holder to the corporate store at Metro Pcs so that's what we did and then, once at the corporate store, which is this location on Kings Highway in Cherry Hill, they were super helpful everyone there rallied around my mom and did everything they could to help us they were wonderful and very professional however, we needed to make a call to get the transport pin and the account was not bypassed yet however, the manager kept saying how he could not help us so then I asked for another manager on the phone and the manager on the phone transferred to his manager and then he put me on hold for about 45 minutes, and when he came back to let me know an update, he talked over me and would not listen and kept telling me that I need to listen to him, and was very snarky and very rude however, I am at the end of the call. Spoke to Tony who is supposed to be a manager and he kept talking over me and told me that it's now my turn to listen and his eye ID number is 500746 so I just wanna make you aware in case you need to call Metro Pcs because they have horrendous customer service from management on the phone. Everybody in the corporate store was fantastic and super helpful, so I wanted to let you know that Yair and the other management and staff were amazing and super helpful and I just wanted to make you aware of this.

The next day I had a similar experience picking up my phone and getting it ready. Horrible experience. Would never go back.

Super unimpressed…read more FIRST, we get there, and although the hours on the door say 8pm, and besides the fact that there were 4 employees there, they stated that they were closing at 5 due to "lack of staff." Second, you check in on their little system, then stand around and wait. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, so I asked if they send you a text when you're next or whatever, and they told me no. So, we just stood around for 25 minutes while they handled the other customers. Third, no one here knew what the fuck they were talking about. They checked my account, found out I had the $17 a month phone protection package, then told me that it was "about $125" to fix my screen. (This information formed my opinion to just upgrade, which is probably what they wanted anyway....but more on this in a second...) I found out later, through my own damn research of reading the fine print, that my repair would have only been $29. NOT "about $125." About that upgrade.....before I came in to the store, I checked online to see what was available to me, and ONLINE, Verizon said they would offer me "$425" for my DAMAGED phone, if I upgraded to an iphone 12. (I didn't see an option to go for a 13). But, when I went to the store, they said they would give me "$51 for the phone outright, or $100 for an upgrade to iphone 12, or $300 for an upgrade to iphone 13." I told him about the online price, (complete with screen shots), and he was like, "well.....uh....do that. Yeah, I can't offer that here." SO, we leave, and I go home to do the damn upgrade myself, and when I inquired ONLINE about an upgrade to an iphone 13, they gave me EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. WTF was the store talking about? They were going to, AT MOST, give me $500 LESS than that.....after OVERcharging me about $100 for a repair that I had insurance for. One dude had 3D glasses on as his all day glasses. The "manager" was more concerned with locking up the phones in the safe than she was with helping anyone standing around waiting to be helped. The protein bro that WAS initially helpful, wrapped up with a customer, then went to the back for a GOOD 20 minutes, leaving me with employee #4, who gave us a hard time because the account is under my wifes maiden name, and he wouldn't help us until we produced SOMETHING with that name on it. A complete and utter waste of time coming here, and I got off lucky. At BEST I would've been overcharged $100 for a repair, and at worst, would've left $500 on the table for a trade in. Just terrible.

I brought the iPhone 17 Pro Max in May and a month later my screen started glitching out and…read moreflashing a bunch of colors like crazy. I went into the Apple Store in Cherry Hill because T-Mobile said since I have Apple Care/Insurance/Warranty, any problems with the device is handled with Apple themselves. First off, when you get in there, all the employees ignore you and act like you don't exist and you have to try to find one who "appears" to be available and ask them to help you. The representative who assisted me was named Sully, a white guy with long blonde hair, I showed him the video of the first time my phone started glitching and he ran a bunch of diagnostics, which did a whole bunch of nothing because everything came out positive, and he concluded that I needed a screen replacement. Of course the screen replacement can't be done the same day, like they don't have a bunch of employees in blue apple shirts walking in and out their back office door every two seconds, so I had to find time out of my already busy and booked schedule to make an appointment to bring my phone in and be phoneless for four hours while they replace the screen. Well, they replaced the screen and when I went to pick it up, they again ran their little diagnostics to show that everything was ok with the phone. One week later and my phone screen starts acting up again and this time it won't stop. I went a whole 24 hours without being able to use my phone, and the same night it happened, I scheduled another appointment with Apple Cherry Hill the following day so I can get my phone fixed, let alone replaced because the fact that this happened TWICE on a brand new released phone is insane quality control. The representative I spoke to this time, Norety, was completely unempathetic to my situation and looked like helping me was the least of her concerns. She was full of hot air and spoke with more confidence than she did knowledge. She concluded that even though the screen was replaced, it's actually the logic board that's the issue and needs to be replaced. Why wasn't the logic board also checked when doing the initial screen replacement if both are hand and hand with the screen glitch? Heaven knows. I then asked her how long would it take for me to get that replaced and she said since they don't have the part in store, they have to order it and wait for it to come which would take 3-5 business days. When I asked does that mean I have to go another 3-5 business days without a phone? (IN THIS DAY AND AGE MIND YOU) She said yes. When I asked if there's anyway that she can call other locations and ask if they have it in stock so I can make an appointment with them instead to get it fixed, she said No and they don't call around other stores asking about their inventory because that doesn't mean they'll reserve that part for me. Interesting, because I've done so much research and NOBODY has been having this issue with their brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but I told her to do it anyway and she "did". I'm sure she just went to the back and twiddled her thumbs for a couple minutes while I looked stupid sitting in the middle of the Apple store with my phone flashing a bunch of different colors. I then asked her if I could have a temporary phone and supposedly they don't give out temporary phones so I was just out of luck. When I told her at this point, can I just order a replacement phone and not worry about getting it fixed because CLEARLY the phone itself is the problem and not all these random parts they keep bringing up and saying is the problem, she told me I had to call AppleCare myself and they'll help me with the $100 Nonrefundable express replacement. WHAT ARE THEY HERE FOR IF IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF WHILE THEY PROVIDE NO IMMEDIATE SERVICE??? I called AppleCare and there's actually no $100 express shipping (shocker!) and that I actually have to pay the whole price of the phone ($1770) and once Apple receives my damaged phone, they'll refund me back the money. Such a joke. Those two employees represented Apple terribly

When I got there, Steve's iphone repair was no more, not even in the same suite and replaced by another business called Cherry Hill Iphone Repair. Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Now, not to say these guys couldnt do a job but everyone knows how solid and reputable Steve was and that it was worth the trip and $$ to spend knowing your phone would basicallly be back to brand new. When I stopped by looking for Steve, the men there give very vague answers as to where Steve is, even if u call their number. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. Aftermarket repairs are all a toss up, but Steve was a gem. Idk who these guys are, dont trust them .
