After dealing with AT&T on the phone, I didn't get anyw and it's too confusing plus every time you call you are connected to someone overseas, poor connection and can't barely understand them. Today I decided to go to an AT& store in person. WOW the Service was the best someone @ an AT&T store provided to me so far, this young lady "Yaraida Cortez" was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. Even though she needed to reach out to her manager to take additional steps to resolve the issue. I recommend the Customer Service store @ Tierra del Rey, Chula Vista. What these people do literally should be a crime! These guys will come into your home and sell you with their "FREE" phones and matching your previous monthly payment. LIES!! It's damn near double!! Turns out, I'm contractually obligated to stay with them or pay the cost of the phones.. over $3,000!! Tried to reach out to Juan the clown and con artist who bamboozled me and low and behold he's blocked me! Do not listen to them when they tell you that you get 3 "free" accessories. They tell you it's free but will secretly add it to your monthly payment. Now I'm stuck paying $122 for accessories that I could have bought off Amazon for much cheaper. read more

This is my go-to AT&T store. Justin has assisted me on three different occasions and is always professional, fast and a problem solver. Recently we sold our house so we're living in a hotel. I wanted to get our son a new iPad and have it sent to the hotel. Not only did Justin call the hotel to verify address (in the system it wouldn't accept the one I had) but he ended up having it delivered to the store for me to pick it up. I went to the store today a few minutes before 1000. I had just went to Costco and wanted to stop by this store to see if they had a phone I have been looking for. When I arrived there was someone waiting for the store to open. The sign on the store said opens at 1000 . At 10 am I tried the door it was locked. Waited . I tried calling the store number but it just went to a machine, " for store hours press ... to speak to a representative press 3 " , pressed 3 and you have to leave a message. A third person came to go to the store . I waited until 10 minutes after 1000 and still no one was there to open the store. I ended up leaving due to having frozen food that I just purchased. read more

This store is not honest. I worked with Andre, who promised me a plan that would cost $75 per month. A few days later I discovered that he gave me a plan for $ 120, along with add-ons that we never discussed. I received a bill for $ 165. Wasted about 10 hours of my time talking to their tech supporters and still won't know if it is straightened out until I receive my next bill. I feel really bad for the young lady he was training. I want to go back and advise her to look for a job where they are honest. How sad it must be to make a living trying to take advantage of others. read more

Horrible. I purchased the tv and internet bundle. We were promised 100 bucks a month. Our first bill was 70 bucks more than that. So I called and they said "the first bill is higher because of the installation fee and then our next bill should be at our promised price." Well the next bill comes along and it's doubled! I'm cancelling ATT today. It's absolutely ridiculous. read more

90% of the time I walk into a store, especially when I'm about to drop a large wad of cash, I know what I'm looking for and I know what questions I have to ask. This being said, we walked into AT&T-Rancho del Rey and had the pleasure of working with Jose. There was one person ahead of us and as soon as he was done with the other customer, we received 100% of his focus. I had questions and he had answers. A self-proclaimed techy-type, he gave us some suggestions and let us know about all the current promotions and how they work. I didn't feel belittled (a trait I noticed these types have towards the less-inclined) and the entire process went smoothly. After we left, I realized I had a question I forgot to ask- I immediately called the store was semi-expecting to get sent to an answering service black hole and to my pleasant surprise, I was directed right to Jose! He answered my question and I was on with my day- I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more
