I called the customer service line by dialing 611. They told me I had the option of going into the store to complete my upgrade. The agent tried to convince me to change my grandfather plan because I don't qualify. Then they told me I had to pay insurance. I've been an AT&T customer for 15 years. Don't play me! I came here on a Saturday to trade in my old phone. They were short staffed and I had seen a few people walk out without getting help, but I stuck around for 10 minutes and was able to get helped. Stephaniee was helpful getting me my new phone, and even helped me when I came back later that day because of a faulty SIM card. Despite the negative reviews I've seen for this location, I had a pleasant experience and happy with my new phone. read more

Ruben was so helpful and efficient. My phone had been stolen and the SIM card was missing when we got it back. Ruben replaced it and fixed a connectivity issue within a few quick minutes. He was friendly and easy to chat with. Highly recommend this location! read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would, Karl helped me he assured me I would be paying $70 a month for the new phone and basic plan and there wouldn't be any fees or anything extra. My first payment was almost $300 which I was never told about and my monthly premium is $103 not the $70 I was told several times. So many hidden fees they don't tell you about and management is rude. Don't come here and If you're thinking about switching to this carrier just don't.. the internet is horrible everywhere read more

This is not about this store, it's about AT&T's policy of NO REFUND. I purchased a sim card for a prepaid phone. I stopped using it on 10/9. I waited to call until my next payment was made because I read some where on their website that you needed to wait in order to "change your services" Apparently, cancelling your service was not included in that. So now I am out of $33 that was auto paid to them. I have had no use of the phone since 10/9. So I am out of "services rendered" even though I have paid. Word to the wise, do not do auto pay unless you read the small print on their policy. I was transferred and transferred to every department for a 1/2 hour because no one wanted to refund my money. Even a supervisor transferred me. They said they needed to verify the last date used with customer service SO why would they transfer me instead of checking it out themselves. I'm actually very surprised at the negative reviews for this location! I've stopped in on several different occasions: once to exchange a phone that was shipped to me broken and most recently to upgrade to another phone. Each time my experience has been great! PROs: ++ The associates go over your plan with you to ensure that you're getting the best bang for your buck! Turns out I've been paying for a data plan I don't even take advantage of. Yeesh! ++ Now that AT&T bought Directv they offer some great packages that include tv service. ++ Location is always clean and neat! ++ Lots of promotions, usually running for accessories. Most recently, if you bought three or more accessories you got 30% off of them. Since I needed a case, screen protector, and additional charging cable; this was a no-brainer! CONs: -- My most recent visit did take a while, mostly due to getting my data transferred from the old to new phone. Not a big problem since I was the only person there when I arrived. AT&T overall has taken great care of me over the years (I've been a customer for at least seven years). I'll def continue to use this location for most of my mobile needs! read more

Geez, I thought Verizon was a rip off. I switched from Verizon today as they did not provide consistent service where I live. I checked around and found that ATT had good service in my area. So I went through the process of changing service, paying new connect fees, getting a new cell phone, etc., over an hours worth of paperwork. Now I have this neat, new little phone but, despite it being able to do everything (all I want to be able to do is send/receive calls), it does nothing on its own. It has two lame rigntones, if you want more, you have to download and pay. I want a regular old phone ring and possibly variations of that...well from what I see, they do not have those. What they do have is lots of new music, comedy and other stuff that has no relationship to a bloody phone. But, the worst part is that ATT has NO customer service on Sunday. If something goes wrong, forget about it, you have to wait until Monday because there is NO ONE around either on line or on a phone. How lame is this, a company this large and no one works on SUNDAY. What kind of Customer Service is this, well I will tell you, IT IS NONE ! I also had to port my old number on another family phone, only thing wrong, the local ATT rep. could not do this as it requires a local ATT manger to OK it and guess what...he does not work on Sunday either. ATT has specials for the weekend but if you try to purchase one on Sunday they cannot take care of service as no one in an authority capacity is working. The US is way behind the rest of the world in cell technology and service. I was recently in Thailand and around SE Asia. Everyone there has a cell and service is clear, uninterruped and there are very few difficulties. You buy a sim card, clip it in and go from there, none of this crazy, stupid stuff. I may have made a mistake going with these guys. I just hope the service (connections) are better....well, they would have to be a Verizon really sucked. read more

I have used this store twice now and this one is based on my most recent visit. A little backstory; my phone was a Samsung and I signed a 2 year contract with ATT through another store and was very happy with it up until 2 weeks ago. My phone started going dead for no reason and the battery wasn't holding the charge. I took it into this specific store and explained the situation. They were helpful and sent me to their warranty center. Ok fine, sure I'll go. I went, got a replacement phone and went on my merry way. Not even a week later my phone was acting up again and again I went back to the warranty center. This time they replaced my battery. A few days later my phone gave up and I gave up. Now onto the present; I went to this store and again explained my situation. They told me to go to their warrant center, I explained that this will be my 3rd time going back and I refuse. I asked if they could either give me a free upgrade and keep my 2 year contract, or to give me new phone right out of the box. He explained he couldn't due to company policies. I I then proceeded to tell him that I could just as easily go to their competition. He gave an "I don't care, since I can't do anything else for you. Have fun." To me, he did not show good customer service and try to work with the customer. I ended up calling the store manager and was told to send him (the manager) an email detailing what happened. I did and now consequences are being handed out. I'm rating this store as a 1 star because of their lack of customer service. They don't do well and if you aren't finding what your looking for or am just shopping around, they won't care if you spend money at their store or not. read more

Terrible customer service! Two 'concierge' type females were rude, unhelpful, and too busy talking smack about the customers in the store to offer any customer service. When I complained to a manager: he argued with me and defended the employee. I try never to go into an AT&T because of every experience with this place. Call customer service first!!! read more

Wow! I've been coming to this location for the last year. Last time I was in the sales associate Pam (who rocks and sold me my last phone) not only helped me order a new screen protector and apply it, but she helped my wife out too by registering her products as well! Avoid. Incorrectly set-up account and told was 'correct, don't worry about incorrect statements if sent.' Took 3 days and countless calls and speaking with 5 AT&T and Spring Mobile "representatives" to get a check sent in 2-3 weeks after 10 days for over $200 in unauthorized and obviously incorrect charges. AT&T? NOT FOR ME. DON'T SPRING, RUN. * When I added my wife to my plan I was told the family plan would be created taking over my account and it would raise my cost from ~$80/month to ~$140/month for both of us. My wife and I both remember remarking that it would then be $70 a person. * I have been charged $304, $220, $225 and $228 since the month of May for each billing period. When I added my wife I was told my bill might be a little high the first month due to the billing changes but it would be fixed in the next billing cycle and "not to worry." Due to personal reasons I was not able to spend significant time double-checking my account-statements for proper withdraw amounts from companies that I'd placed enough trust in to have given EFT authorizations to in the first place. * Some penalty data rates are for additional text messages. I have two text messaging plans. One is unlimited messages; the other is for 200 messages. I have been charged an additional data rate for overages despite the fact my plan is INFINITY + 200! * I was given a store credit of $167 for the ~$35 a month it deemed that I overpaid. The $167 account-credit is laughable. * It took a further 3 hours on customer service with AT&T to get $202 refunded as a check after a 10 day waiting period and 5-10 business days. If you're not prepared to swear and yell at multiple people good luck even getting $.02 back. Never use this store. They will set up your account incorrectly and AT&T will give you the run around for hours until they relent to giving you the money they at best incorrectly and at worst fraudulently withdrew from your account. No one should have to spend hours and speak to several people to get a very obvious and simple mistake corrected and have the money taken from them refunded. I will never use this store again and will make it a point to dissuade other customers if I see them approach when I'm at a nearby business. The only real attempt by Spring Mobile to show us that they understood the time spent, money lost, aggravation caused was the store manager who offered "as a peace offering for me and my wife to come in and pick out a cell phone charger or phone case? $5 of plastic crap doesn't even begin equal the cost of their screw up or address how much work it took for them to correctly fix their screw -up. read more

It's a phone store. The staff has been responsive each time I've been in. I bought my most recent iPhone here and it all went off without a hitch. I can't fault the people who work here for larger corporate policies, I just need to take those policies under advisement when shopping around. I like that this location has a payment kiosk. The store front is well maintained and clean. They seem to have enough staff around and I rarely see anyone waiting to be served when I visit. My only piece of advice is to mind the parking lot, it can be treacherous. I think this parking lot is one of the worst designs I've ever seen, but again, not really AT&T's issue. read more

The WORST!! Go somewhere else or call customer service in order to help you out. The waits are 15-20 minutes at least and the workers there just want you out the door. Go to another location, probably a better experience. Bought a gophone at Best Buy and was having difficulty getting old number transferred. Problem was quickly resolved with new sim card at the AT&T store. Plus I got a far better explanation about prepayment options than the clerk at Best Buy. Nice to deal with someone knowledgeable. Should have just gone to AT&T to start with. read more

I will never set foot in that store again! I went there on June 11 on my way out of town to buy long charger chords and unfortunately was sold the wrong chords, even after I showed the salesman my iPhone. I came back to the store when I got back into town on the 16th and was told I could not get exchange the chords for the correct ones because I did not have a receipt and there was only a three day window in which receipts are retained. Really?!? The salesperson had not given me a receipt (I didn't really think I needed one) and he didn't even post the sale to my account so I was definitely screwed. A manager was supposed to be in the store an hour later and I was asked to return. I specifically asked the salesperson if she would get the receipt and this could all be taken care of and she said yes, definitely. I was NOT told I had to return to the store the same day so I returned on the 17th. Again, I got the same runaround!! No manager. No receipt. No refund. Again, I was asked to return in an hour when the manager would be there, which I did. The salesperson kept going to the back of the store (I guess where the manager was hiding out) but I finally got a refund. There was no way I was going to purchase another thing in that store and went straight to Walgreens to buy the chords. What a sorry excuse for customer service!!!!! read more

Way overpriced for the value they deliver. The service gets hazy and drops calls - navigation app is very slow and text messages arrive days late. When I had a very busy weekend moving ATT cut my service saying I hadn't paid my bill and the charge had inflated from 60 - 150 dollars in a couple of days. I approached the store three times and each visit they had a different reason for the interruption; 1. I didn't pay the bill. 2. I didn't have any money in the account. 3. I paid with a closed account. I spoke to the bank and they said ATT hadn't made any attempts to collect the bill that I paid for online. (I wonder how many times in five years I paid the charges without asking about the details). When I showed the proof to customer service I had to wait several hours for them to turn it on (coming back twice in one day). The 25% upcharge isn't worth the level of service we pay for. Furthermore I wasn't going to post a complaint but when my sister in Florida had similar issues something should be said about this company's practises. read more

There service is down in denver no calls in or out can't send text I had to borrow a cricket phone from a friend somehow that still works but the most expensive carrier says only emergency calls. Worthless horrible company. I called tech support the jerk laughed at me and said oh yeah we have some towers down in denver ha ha will be fixed by the 28th!!! We spent several hours with Kris K under the supervision of Chris the manager. Whether through ignorance or dishonesty, Kris K quoted us a monthly bill, all-inclusive, that was $200 less than the bill we actually received. We attempted to get the store management to rectify this, but they refused. We filed a complaint with corporate and immediately got the promised rate, but it too a lot of time and energy. So my phone went into the lake a couple of weeks ago and I was getting to the point where enough was enough but I definitely wanted an upgrade and was thinking of breaking up with my previous long term service provider. This led me to asking all of my co workers where they were getting their phone service from because I was interested in the new iPhone 7 plus for picture taking seeing as I'm a hairstylist and the camera featured in the phone is excellent for portfolio work! They let me know to try at&t and that our company can get a discount through them as well so I stopped in today and without any problems walked out with 2 iPhones (the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 plus), unlimited everything and a descent bill and this location made all of that happen for us in under an hour! We spoke with Omar and he was very open and honest with us about what we might expect in switching from android to iPhone and he was more than helpful! He knew his stuff and had us taken care of right away! His friendly demeanor really topped off our experience! Looking forward to giving him more business when we drop in for matching apple watches and wireless beats headphones! Thanks Omar, you're the coolest!!! read more
