Decent but understaffed retail outlet although not a "corporate" store so if you ever need any account related assistance it ain't gonna happen here. Stopped in looking to see what that new flip phone deal looks like in my hand and of course they don't have any, so that's gonna have to be put on hold.     There's alot of boasting going on nowadays about who has the most reliable unlimited 5G network and honestly I'm not sure who to believe anymore. But I can only speak about At&t and so far I've haven't had any problems yet. Smartphone Fact: did you know it takes 13 tons of water to manufacture 1 smartphone? Yup it's true, when all things are considered in the mining of precious metals, rare earth elements, plastics, and even the sand for it's glass screen. Mother Earth gives and gives and gives doesn't She. If I were Her I'd have my number Unlisted or at least made Private.       Anyhow Associates here seem pretty helpful but as I already stated they're understaffed so I would definitely take that into consideration for any future visits in here. Maybe I'll just pay more attention to when their peak hours of operation are and stop in when they're a little less crowded. read more

This store is terrible in terms of assisting. Customer comes in to get help and they straight up deny it by coding that its not a Corporate store, you should go to Corporate store for any help. Then I wanna know why are you even open just to make sale and make your numbers. We came in to ask that At&t added extra charges on our account and he straight up said you need to call At&t customer service, we can't help in this case. He didn't even put any efforts to call the At&t customer service to see what's going on with the account. So dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

I went to this store with a simple question. My phone wasn't charging with the chord recharger. The employee told me it was the charging port. When i asked if it could be fixed, the person became agitated and said AT&T does not fix phones and I need to take it to the Apple Store. When I innocently asked even if i purchased the phone from AT&T . The person became rude and said I already told you we don't fix phones. Asd a 25-plus year customer I really don't need to be reprimanded in from of my wife. Ts AT&T employee did his best to ruin my Father's Day. It's probably time to take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been with Verizon for the better part of my adult life. Unfortunately over the years they've gotten very difficult to deal with. They no longer have phone support for mobile devices and their prices continue to rise. Happened to wander into the AT&T store in Denville and met with one of the associates, Alec. He couldn't have been better. Answered all of my questions in inside of about 10 minutes I became a satisfied AT&T customer. His service and the store went above and beyond to meet my expectations. They were great. For anyone who is having any kind of difficulty with T-Mobile or with Verizon I recommend taking AT&T for a spin. Go see Alec, he will take great care of you. Kudos! read more

This store is not a real ATT store. Beware, when buying a new phone I was switched from a $67 plan for my I pad and phone to one costing over $110. ATT made good on the fraud committed by the store. Always go to a real ATT store. Avoid this place. read more

If I could give less than one rating, I would. The staff is very nice and cordial, but I guess they would be if you're getting raked over the coals. I bought my new iPhone 13Max Pro in September. The store manager, Ben, handled the initial transaction. Since I wanted to pay for the phone in full, I was told no problem, he would have to hold back one payment; which I should have taken as my first clue. The special that day was a free Apple Watch (that I really did not want, but ok, free is good); PLUS I was told I had $150 in credit - so go crazy on the accessories. Friends - nothing is for nothing!! For the next two months, my bill has been almost $200 more than what I was initially told. I have been back to the store twice (seems to be a communication issue between stores and corporate, right?) Wrong! After spending two hours on the phone today that I will never get back, with the real AT&T, I discovered this was all a fallacy. The "free" items actually showed up as monthly installments on my bill, and to boot, AT&T suspended my service for non-payment (the store said to pay only the amount I owed). My fault for not diving in further, but if you go to this AT&T on Rt. 10 in Denville, check every single line item before you walk out of the store. Get it in writing. Seems people will do anything sketchy for a sale. read more

Today I purchased my first new iPhone. I am 68 years old and needed a very patient and competent sales representative. That person was named Dave. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Dave set up my phone and answered all my questions. He was wonderful and made the purchase painless. He even sat through me showing pics of the grandkids! read more

No star for you. This place is the epitome of awful. The service is non existent as is the accessory inventory. Get it together. I've been happy with att for yeeears and this place makes me want to leave my carrier. This isn't right. We hadn't been greeted or had our name taken until we inquired ourselves to some dude who happened to be the manager. Shortly after our manager greeting he walked out. I asked the sales guy why he couldn't help us and he simply replied "he doesn't do what we do." Nice. Well, I don't do this kind of shit service so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I visited this store today to get a replacement of SIM card. The salesperson and manager are very nice through the whole process. My experience this time is definitely better than the past. The staffs there are different than last time that was too much "business" sense. read more

Worst customer service! My husband and I wanted to buy an iPhone tonight and it took 15 minutes for an employee to take our name down. We came at 7:30 PM. There's one person in front of us and 4 employees on the floor, not including the "greeter". At 8:30, greeter says it would have been better to have made an appointment??? There are two people being helped and just us waiting. Where are the other two employees??? Greeter said they left. Why I ask?? Scatter scheduling she answers. Amazing! Half hour before closing two employees leave. We had excellent service at the Rockaway Mall. That's where we are going. This place is the WORST!! read more

Service Rep lied, flat out lied about a $200 rebate if we returned an older phone. They only offered $13. These guys will do anything to get you to sign - sad really. be very careful. Anyway - I will be taking myself and the other family numbers and moving to another carrier. My phone died. Salesperson was more interested in selling me on a $500 phone than helping me knowing that I couldn't afford that at this moment. He had me call AT&T customer service from the store. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes - twice! and they were unable to help me in the short term. AT&T store at Rockaway Mall was MUCH MORE helpful. I won't go back to the AT&T at the Shoppes at Union Hill. read more

Terrible waiting time at this store. Nobody bothered checking us in or adding us to any waiting queue. Half an hour went by and still nothing. Not sure how complex the situation of everyone already present was but it seemed like forever till one of the previous customers left and we finally were able to finish what we came for. They should really put in more people if everyone has to wait at least an hour at this store. Never coming back here again. The store in the mall is far better. read more

At&T representative wasn't able to solve a simple problem: roaming. One switch that would resolve my issue. Sent me to an apple store. Half way there I resolved the problem by switching a few sliders and restarting the phone. Thank's to google. read more

Let me start out by saying that I have never gotten such exceptional service from any AT&T store in all my years as a customer as I did from Richard Wood, the Assistant Manager at the Denville store. Rich was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely a nice guy. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in any store and its because of Rich. In most other stores the reps are snotty and are rushing you through. Not here. As soon as I got to the store I was greeted and placed on the list. Rich assisted me and he made sure that all of the other customers waiting were greeted. He is an asset to AT&T. read more

The denville att was very helpful I came in with basic flip phones and left with 2 iPhones and 2 iPad minis that my kids love. They walked me through everything and answered all my crazy questions. read more
