These people have no idea what they are doing. The manager sits at a desk, and the staff have to come to her for everything. It takes at least two people to handle any transaction. They screwed up our account, and now we can't even get the bill to come out properly. I challenged the assistant manager on something he said, and he told me, "I don't have time to argue something as petty as this." My advice..,don't ever go there. We went into this store Christmas Eve to upgrade 4 phones to the iPhones 11. Jose attended to us and was both professional and fun. We are a sarcastic bunch, and Jose rolled with it. Our one son's phone took 2 hours to complete the data transfer. The entire time Jose joked with us. At one point, as the store got busy he asked if we minded if he attended to other customers while we waited for our transfers to complete. He reassured us if we needed anything to flag him down and he'd assist us immediately. He was true to his word. They had the inventory to fulfill our requests, and the exchange of our old phones was smooth. Upgrading is a PIA, but Jose made this entire experience pleasant and fun. read more

Worst communication ever! Apparently they give partial information and you, as the consumer, are supposed to ask for complete information on a variety of services. This store is poorly managed, poorly trained, lacking thoughtful customer service all around. This is a very competitive business and I would think the District Manager would want to know! I was a bit hesitant to stop in at my local AT&T store when I began having storage problems with my basic Samsung phone as last year the wait had been quite long. I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediately greeted by Kyle Mitchell and offered his assistance. He quickly found that I had very limited storage in my inexpensive basic Samsung phone. I mentioned that I had a second newer cell phone that had been a family member's but had been on a plan with Sprint. I asked if it was possible to switch over all my data to this phone and still stay with AT&T on my current plan. He thought it may very well be possible and proceeded to switch everything for me. Within minutes Kyle had solved all the problems I stopped in there to have resolved and was very pleasant company during the entire visit. I would recommend the Estero, FL AT&T store to anyone with the understanding that during the winter season (during normal times) that longer wait times should be expected as with any business here in Florida during the winter months. read more

My husband and I recently visited this store to buy a new phone (a birthday gift) for our adult son with Down Syndrome. We ALWAYS go to this store for upgrades, ipads, etc. for its LOCATION. HOWEVER, after this visit, we will continue to shop here for the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our salesman, KYLE was awesome in every way. KYLE went the extra mile to be sure our son had everything he needed and transferred with his new phone. He was very patient with our son, which we greatly appreciated! KYLE is extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly, communicative and even sold us additional items which benefited us price wise. KYLE met us at the front door and walked us through and completed each and every step we needed!! The new Manager, AUSTIN, was just as accommodating and customer service oriented. We wanted to purchase a certain color new ipad that day but this store did not have the color. The MANAGER, AUSTIN drove to other AT & T stores in Fort Myers to pick up the color we wanted...WENT THE EXTRA MILE, for sure. Both KYLE and AUSTIN stood out from any other salesperson we have had previously at this location. I hope they both are still there when we return for additional purchases. I came into the store and no one acknowledged that I was even there. 2 of the 3 people there were helping customers. I understand they were busy not one of them including the person who wasn't busy asked me if I needed help. I waited at the counter for more than 10 minutes and wasn't greeted, acknowledged, or checked on. Every associate saw me waiting. Chris and Todd the store associates need to improve their customer service skills. I do not recommend this store. read more
