I walked in because I needed some help setting up my phone (keep in mind , I am an AT&T customer) and the employee was very short and dry and gave me short answers not a pleasant experience. Unbelievable did not try to sell me any lines or programs or sales while I was there. I am an easy catch when it comes to that company could have made money right then and there if he did his job properly. In addition to him having head phones in the whole time while talking to me, and store was empty I was the only one in there. I walked out went to Xfinity gentleman was so nice said he'd beat any plan I have to earn my business and I could tell he was happy to be there and make money. We were assisted by Kris (Sales Rep) and Semaj (Manager), who both went above and beyond.They were incredibly patient, respectful, and took the time to resolve every single concern we had. So I'm not sure which store on Vanderbilt this is referring to. But I went into the one at Vanderbilt and 951 and they did not have the phone I wanted so they had no problem calling another store to see if they did . They had it held for me .. But when I went out into the parking lot and called that store they said they didn't know what I was talking about and no one had called . I did go to the other location to the other location at airport pulling Road and I met a guy named Andrew who took care of me. And I have to say, he did an absolutely outstanding job! I would definitely go back to that location just to deal with Andrew . His knowledge of the product and the service is unparalleled . His knowledge of everything Tech is even more amazing ! I don't remember the address address of the store , but it was off of Airport pulling Road and nestled behind the Walgreens. Ask for Andrew when you call or go in and you won't be disappointed . I ordered a new phone and watch. Jimmy not only did not know the promotions but placed the order wrong, Spoke to one of the Manager, Momo, who tried to fix the watch error but couldn't. Bjohn, the store manager spent hours working with me to finally get the phone working and I am again sitting I the store trying on the phone with ATT trying to get the watch connected to the Cellular service. I have now spent 17 hours in the store over the past 30 days and spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T to get my devices working Scared to see how they screwed up my deals and the fights ahead of me to try and fix this read more

At my wits end with this store, as I am now dealing with an $800 fraudulent charge on my account that was made by one of the employees after I left the store when purchasing a new phone. I have since been told that particular employee has now been fired, but nobody is willing to do anything about the fraudulent charge, and my phone service has been disconnected due to the outstanding balance on my account. I will never use AT&T again for any service unless this is resolved. read more

I have never been in a store with the rudest employees I've ever experienced. I was misquoted prices, and Due to the lack of work ethic, the manager screwed up and it was so bad that I, after 21 years of being with AT&T I left them and went to Verizon. The shocking thing was that the supervisor said that I should go to Verizon and regardless of the fact that I was still on the "Nationwide 450 with Rollover minutes and unlimited data ", was a great indicator of my loyalty to them. I dropped my phone while on a business trip and wanted to see what my options were between insurance and upgrading. I spoke with Michael, who I would fire if he was my employee. Of course before going over my insurance options even though I told him I had insurance he was right now up selling me to the iPhone 6. I asked what the differences were between the five and the six and he said a better camera and everything else that they usually do an upgrade. ( no mention about the past their processing speed or better battery quality or anything else) Me: How much will it cost me to upgrade to a six? Michael: Very little out-of-pocket he says. $45 today plus $31 a month. ( this is like a plain chicken's teeth). Me: forever? Three months, six months, a year? Michael: 24 months Me: that is a very deceptive sales practice Michael. When I ask you how much it will cost me, very little out-of-pocket does not equal $750 in my book. Can I buy it out right? Michael: No, we don't subsidizes phones anymore Me: I will go to a different AT&T store because I do not like the deception The only reason I gave two stars and not a half star is because the coworker then walked me through the process of insurance and the different options in my upgrading. I did have to ask many questions to get the correct options in my upgrading phones because they automatically wanted me to go to a 64 gig phone and no one ever offered me the price of the 16 gig read more

The young man who waited on me, Bjeon Brown, was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient, as he was juggling multiple customers by himself. Just a mess getting new phones and iPad at this store. I will never go back there. Was misquoted monthly price and was told correct price after they set up new phones. I Told them no insurance. They put it on. Said they'd remove it. Never did. I had to spend time fixing everything directly with AT&T. Had to drive 40 Mts there and back multiple times. And they don't return phone calls when message left on work phone. When I brought that up I was told their phone is messed up. read more

During our visit to AT&T on Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, on 7/5/2019, we had the pleasure to be served by Bjeon. Bjeon was (and is) a true customer service representative. He greeted each guest as they came in and apologized for the wait, but he would be with him as soon as possible. When it was our turn, Bjeon was ready to help. My Son was transferring my Verizon cell to his AT&T account. Bjeon told us what we needed to do...I called Verizon and got the information for him. While my Son's account was running the update - Bjeon helped another couple (who in fact was doing the same thing - transferring the Mother's phone to their account) on another computer at the desk. He continued to run both the accounts, never letting one of us waiting. He was a true pleasure to work with and everything was completed in a very short time frame. He indeed knew what he was doing. Oh - did I mention he was the only representative in the office at the time. He was waiting for another person to show up and that person was running late. No customer was impatient, no one was upset or pacing - Bjeon took care of everything. So, if you are looking to go to AT&T on Vanderbilt Beach Rd in Naples, make sure Bjeon is working that day. I find it interesting how someone with no knowledge whatsoever of our situation and dealings with this AT&T store can pass judgement. I went back to this store on five separate occasions attempting to resolve my issues with them. Each time, they passively heard me out and offered nothing in the way of explanations or apologies because they knew I had caught them in multiple lies and they had nothing to say. Two separate trips to the local corporate store confirmed that they had lied to me. At one point, the individual I had dealt with initially said, "You realize it's my job to keep you here and not have you go to the corporate store?" I thanked him for his honesty, but said that did not justify lying to acquire our business. We were transferring five cell lines from Verizon and adding a home line. Quite honestly, they did not have a plan that could cover our cancellation fees from Verizon and meet the guidelines, pricewise, we stated up front. They told us what we wanted to hear and went mute after they had our money. It's a percentage game for places like this. Some people's business is simple and straightforward and everyone is happy.. Some people they screw over, but the don't know it or don't want to fight. Then they just ignore the ones like us who then have little avenue to recoup their losses. Two things are worth mentioning. Stephanie says we're too ignorant to understand simple policies and that our complaints are without merit, that she's been dealing with this store for over a year with wonderful results and yet, she lives in Bradenton, about 100 miles away. Hmmm? Second, Yelp deemed my review "not recommended," so I have to wonder at the end of the day, just what Yelp deems helpful and why mine would be not be considered so. Yelp has no credibility. (that should insure this one is ranked the same, right Yelp?) Look, I learned my lesson from these folks. I was just trying to help others. Ignore it and take your chances and maybe you're none the worse for wear. Or go the corporate store, like I suggested, get the truth and the facts and compare the two. I stand by what I said.
