Located on the worst parking lot in Naples, T-Moblie has an excellent store for cell phone needs…read more Mrs. K. and I noticed both of our iPhone 13s were misbehaving, so we dropped into the store to get two new phones. We chose two different models. Mrs. K wanted the phone with the best camera and a bigger screen. She chose the 16 Pro Max. I wanted a new phone, and the camera was not important to me. I shoot my pictures, which are important to me, with a DSLR. So, I chose the 16 with 256K of memory. I can instantly transfer my photos from the camera to the phone. Wow, I got that out of the way. The store is short-staffed, but we lucked out and were greeted by Victor, who helped us get the right phone model and the accessories we wanted and needed. The phones were not in stock but were ordered and delivered to the house. Victor gave us his phone number so we could set up an appointment to activate the phones. Victor failed to call us back twice. When he gave us his number, I was doubtful he would answer or call us back. Just too busy. So, we dropped into the store, and another associate put us together and spent the proper amount of time telling us what to do. Pricing is fair, service is good, not having the phones in stock was a bummer. Victor told us it would be 21 days before we recieved out phones. One came the next day the other came the following day. I am guessing it's corporate to overstate how long it will take to get the phones. Then, they exceed your expectations.

They have two security guards outside you present yourself to them and they assign a line for you to stand in. Mine was the service line. A tech came outside took my name and my description of myself. I then was directed to stand in another line. After a very brief wait I was waited on. We walked over to an empty table standing across from each other and I explained the problem she verified the problem then told me my options. The repair was to replace the whole display screen. I was under their service agreement so it was no charge. She told me it would be the next day it would be ready. She then excused herself and came back and said they can fix it today. Could I come back in an hour. I arrived back and was greeted and told to have a seat outside. A tech came out reviewed my repair and I requested they replace my screen protector which they did. Great screen protectors are not cheap but worth every penny.

I was greeted promptly upon entering, but when I asked for assistance with the iPad and trade-in process, I was told a sales associate would help me shortly. After waiting 15 minutes, no one ever arrived. Several employees appeared unoccupied, yet no one stepped in to assist. When I asked about the Vision Pro demo, I was told to return at 6:30 despite the demo area being unused and the store relatively quiet. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase -- even though I had come ready to invest in multiple new Apple products. The lack of initiative and attentiveness from staff was disappointing, especially for a brand known for its customer experience. I guess it doesn't matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it's frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.

On Feb. 12th, I showed up to Staples completely stressed out wanting to color copy a packet for a…read morepresentation I was doing on behalf of my husband and myself for a Variance Proposal. I saw a man behind the counter who looked like he was helping 4 different people at once along with changing out a printer cartridge...haha... This man was Judd. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. He is a great employee...they are lucky to have him! And...I will be back to have him help me with my next presentation for sure!!!

The store manager, big, heavyset white guy with a beard was terrible! Originally the return started with a new hire, athletic build white guy That needed some help. It was his first time processing an Amazon return. The manager was aggravated by his request for help first of all. Went through showing him how to do it on what looked like a cell phone. But he still needed a little more help. The manager walked away and let him sit there and struggle. So I tried to help him which I'm not a store employee, so I really don't know the process. but Billy Jean came to the rescue! I'm very thankful for her. She should be the manager! Great customer, service, and being a kind human goes a long way!
