Nick multitasked and took care of everyone's needs while also helping me set up my new phone.

Be very careful.... they don't give you real Apple batteries for Iphones yet they claim to. I was…read moregaurunteed that it was a real Apple battery and, even though my phone was just over a year old, I went ahead and let them replace my battery and screen. The guy got his fingerprints all over the new screen so he had to redo it While I was in the store... Then the worst happened. After i left the store, it kept flashing saying "foreign object/battery" basically warning me that it is not a authentic battery. 2 days later the phone died and when I went to Apple they said nothing they can do I must buy a new Iphone! I paid Techy/The Fix in the Walmart store in North Naples, $127.20 for this bogus battery, of which I requested a full refund. Especially as I had to buy a new Iponon for $655.08!! They never returned my phone calls, then I made a dispute with my credit card and Amex refunded me, however a week later Techy Estero (aka the Fix) charged me the amount again! They should have been happy I didn't go after them for the cost of my new Iphone aswell as the $127.20 they owe me for the bogus/fake battery! I am giving this company one more chance to refund me for what I paid them of $127.20 or I will go after them for the cost of the Iphone ($655.08)I had to buy... on top of the cost of their fake battery. Be very, very careful of this bad company!

Buyer beware; we brought in a new iphone for a cracked glass repair. They didn't explain anything,…read morereplaced the glass, charged over $150, and only when the 'repair' was done and we had paid did they explain that the phone would no longer be waterproof and the magsafe charging would no longer work. Save the hassle, just go to the Apple store for the repair and your magsafe will still work and the phone will keep its waterproof rating.

Connection issues with my cell phone brought me to this A T & T store. When I was in town a few…read moreweeks ago, I had absolutely no ability to receive voice calls at all and often was unable to connect to any network when I was not at my parents' house on their wifi. I even called A T & T customer service when I returned back home and got a partial refund on my cellular bill. I was advised to visit an A T & T store if the problem persisted the next time I was in the SW Florida area. Well, here I am, and the problems continued. I came in on a Monday and was promptly serviced by Halim. He suggested switching out my SIM card, which he did at no cost. I watched him scroll through a bunch of stuff on my screen and tap a bunch of buttons - woah! But twice he tried to get me to change my service plan. TWICE. Why? One of the lines I have on my current contract has the old grandfathered unlimited data plan; Halim told me TWICE that I really and truly didn't need that unlimited plan any more, even though the user of that line uses in excess of 10G a month. Gee, I thought I was here to fix my PHONE, not change my PLAN. Okay, we made a couple of test calls and my phone's working now. I even called home across the Gulf! Woopee! I leave. But I have to go back the next day. For I am constantly presented with messages that my voicemail password is incorrect and that I need to re-setup my voicemail. But it can't retrieve my greeting and it's failed. Then I'm given the "incorrect password" screen again. It won't connect to the internet at all. There's also no signal at all. When I do go back to the store, Halim is nowhere in sight. But I am checked in on a nifty iPad (akin to the Apple Store or the DPS where my name then goes up on a TV waiting screen) even though there are only 2 other people in this huge store. Once I'm finally tended to, it's discovered that the Cellular Data had been turned off on my phone. Huh? That's why I had no internet and I couldn't connect (iPhone 5's rely on cell data for voice). That's enabled at the store. When I get home, I discover that iMessages and SMS messaging have ALSO been disabled. What the heck did Halim do to my phone? Good grief. I doubt whether I would let anyone at this store ever touch my equipment again. I'll fix it all when I get back to Houston. I've been an A T & T customer for a LONG time and I've never had to go back to a store 2 days in a row to fix one of their employee's incompetence. And I SO resent the hard sell to change my plan while I'm not in my home city. Are you kidding?
