My phone died on me and I decided to either come to the Fairfax location or the fair oaks mall location..let's just say I chose correct. The support team were all nice and welcoming to each and every incoming customer. They joked around and still were professional when they needed to be. Let me give a big shout out and recognize Frank T there! He provided excellent customer service and support! I had question after question and Frank had answer after answer. The store's traffic was picking up and a disgruntled customer came in already in a mood and ready to pick an argument. Even while working on my phone issue, Frank multitasking and assisted the gentleman as best as he could. The guy felt so bad for his unnecessary attitude, he was apologizing before he left!! Frank took care of my phone and left great notes on my account so when my replacement came in, anyone could assist if he wasn't available. Speaking of, I came back to follow up on a possible account upgrade, he followed up about my phone. With his knowledge, he was able to get all of my contents back! Yea, excellent job! The process was smooth and easy--completely the opposite of what I went through at another T-Mobile store just down the street, where the staff was rude and unwelcoming. A water treatment guy came to my house for maintenance and i asked him if he knew of anybody for cell repair. He pointed me to Alibaba's after a good experience he had there. Alibaba is very nice and personable. He gave me a quote to replace the screen. I accepted. A little later it was determined that the new screen would actually cost more but he kept the price the same. He told me he had the new screen in stock and he would call me later on the day with a status. He called me. The new screen did not work but he said sometimes nes screens are defective. He ordered a new screen which came the next day. He called me to let me know he installed the 2nd new screen and that i could pick it up anytime. I did an hour later. The phone was in great working condition. He did not budge on his original price. I will definitely take any repairs to Alibaba's again in the future and spread the word to anybody else i need. When you enter his small repair shop, look around and meet him, you will know that he is totally dedicated to his craft and has been for many, many years.
