When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

One of the worst I've ever experienced. I can't believe that Apple actually contracts them to work with their customers. The tech has no sense of customer service. He was very rude in the way that he greeted me, spoke to me and helped me. I tried to overlook it, however by the time I was about to hand over my phone. I just couldn't give my money to a business who treats their customers in the manner of which I was treated. I should have her to write down all terms, not just trust her words! Not only that, the store manager claimed she credited me by waiving the activation fee, but I talked to AT&T, AT&T waived my activation fee because of the corporate contract between my company and AT&T. It has nothing to do with this store. Impact Communications didn't pay a penny for that but she claimed she paied for that. What a lie again !!! At last Dec, Tmobile and Frys all offer $149 deal on Galaxy SIII and iPhone5 unlike Impact communicaiton deal $199 with $50 rebate if you buy 3 supper expensive accessories. He went out of his way to identify the most cost-effective solution and charged us very little for his services. (Another repair shop was going to charge a large flat fee just to look at the phone). He also replaced cracked screen protectors on two phones. Wade was pleasant, fair, honest and gave the impression of having his customer's best interests at heart. I came to this place with a friend who lives nearby. New screen was done very quickly. Itech N Talk was recommended by my neighbor's brother. His brother told him Wade was a lifesaver.
