Well, this shop has sure changed... the folks that used to work there, really knew their business; what's more, they actually wanted to help the customer, and get their issues solved... Sadly, that has utterly changed now... the guy that was serving me over my past three visits, was surly, unpleasant, and completely uninterested in what issue I was dealing with, couldn't care less what was going on, or trying to fix anything. Even a very simple, direct question, such as 'why am I being charged different amounts for consecutive activation actions?', got surly, grumbling, unhelpful responses... I think it is time for me to consider a different phone provider. read more

Went in today to buy a phone for my Mom, Leslie helped me. I just wanted to go in and get out. Leslie kept pushing for me to buy a screen protector for my moms phone. Said it'll end up being just 120$ total with it included. At the end she whispers to my mom ill give you it for free dont tell anyone. Ends up pricing everything at 120$ anyways. I went over the receipt with her and she claimed the screen protector is free and that she hid the discount in the price of the phone. I did the math in my head and told her this is wrong. She said "no trust me its in there" i didnt want to argue with someone who thought they could coerce me and trick me into thinking she gave me a deal. I worked sales for 5 years and understand the game. Hope you can get more trust worthy employees here read more

Today I went there to get a phone case & the guy who was working on 11/9/2019 @ 2:50 was soooooo rude. Not only was he smacking his lips when chewing his gum I asked him if he help me open the otter box phone case but he seemed not to know how to either. So I had to call my boyfriend out of the car to help me & as my boyfriend is helping me open the box he asked how much would the case be . The guy first said 40$ so my boyfriend pulled out 40 in cash , the guy then said " sorry the lowest I can do is 50$ since the case is 60$ " wtf !! He charged me 56$ not 50$ !!!! NEVER will I go here again !! Y'all suck !! I should of took my happy ass to fuckin AT&T !! read more

Leslie ROCKS and was the greatest at helping me get my phone changed over to the new GSM service. All I wanted to do was discuss my options, get the phone I had picked out in my hands to try it out and find if I liked it or if I needed to look further. We talked about it for at least 10 minutes, she let me look the phone over. I asked that she hold the phone until I could go home and backup my phone. Its just my observation but the young lady that opened the store on 5/26/16 arrived at 9:40am but kept customers waiting outside well after the posted opening time will she took a call on her personal phone and turned on items around the store. I dont understand why all that wasnt done within the 20min she had before opening. Shows very poor customer service and a lack of enthusiasm in her job. Personally I would never use this store from what I saw. read more

I came to this store in need of replacement phone... Having issues with my power off button... When I came in the staff was very nice and helpful There was a girl there (can't remember her name) that helped the girl out who was doing the claim... That I really liked... She was very helpful.... When I came back a few days later to pick up the phone... I was helped by (Jeremy or Jerry) who as well was very pleasant... While waiting for info to be transferred from the old phone to the new... I had questions about upgrading the phone... Which Jeremy explained and also gave feedback on a phone we were inquiring about... All in all I had a good experience at the Stevenson store... Joel and Jessica are two couteous and knowledgeable Metro PCS empoyees, that know how to treat customers. They were patient and helpful in getting me to understand my new android cell phone and they had a huge variety of really amazing accessories. I understand why they have such great reviews! I just switched over my plan from a iPhone 4 to an iPhone 4s and I am really happy they could help me. It was only $15 to switch over, whereas when I went to the corporate store on Mowry, they charged me twice as much to switch to my iPhone from a Samsung! What a rip off. In this store, they treat you so well compared to the other store. On Mowry, they just try to take your money to benefit themselves and they don't try to give you what would work best. I'm so glad I decided to go here today, I will only go to this MetroPCS from now on! read more

Went into store with my wife to upgrade her phone, buy a new cover and purchase some sd cards. Had in mind of spending $200.00 limit. Two associates were working with one set of customers each. Stood around about 10 feet away between each associate, not to encroach open customers , but to be seen by each associate. My wife and I waited 12 minutes until one associate acknowledge us. Telling us thanks for our patience and do we have a question that can be remedied quickly. I tell her my situation and we both realize that can't be handled quickly. We walk around the store, which has only one other customer by now for another 10 mins. No one has says anything to us. We wait another 5mins and ask her if there is another Metro store in area. She tells us Mowry. We leave and decide to spend the money on food and Christmas decorations. We are now thinking of change our service provider after my wife informed me that she was ignored at another store in Livermore. You failed to make a $200.00 SALE and might of lost a longtime customer. read more

Worse company ever. Just got terminated 3 days of training from the akram metropcs ln chicago. Managers are david and johnathan and apparently had no reason but I didnt fit the job. they train people to scam you to buy there cheap cases and assecories. They want you to lie to the customer to make them think they are paying for the phone when the phone is free and all they are doing is charging you extra for the case and screen protector. read more

Great store! Joel is the best! Very helpful guy, extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and will bend over backwards to help you! He even came back to the store on his lunch break to help me out! His standard should be what other stores/salespeople should go by. I don't even live in this area and I just happened to "stumble" into this location since I was in the area one day. With no pressure, Joel informed us about the phones and plans and we ended up buying a phone. Weeks later, myself and a couple of friends wanted to buy phones so we went to the Metro PCS location near us. The salesperson there couldn't answer our questions and wanted to charge us more than an advertised price! Long story short.....I called Joel and he said to come right down and he'll hook us up! We bought 3 phones that day! It was well worth the drive back to this location! Just yesterday I recently upgraded my phone. I didn't even think of calling another location, so I immediately called Joel again. He answered my questions over the phone, and I made the trip over to the store. When I got there, he answered my other questions I had, and he hooked me up with the upgrade. Transaction was smooth as silk! There is also another girl working there named Leslie. She is also very friendly and very helpful too! If you're in the market for a Metro PCS phone........this is definitely the place to get it! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! read more
