Was switching my phone from ATT to Verizon and had to get a transfer pin from ATT. At 2pm I went to Yhis store which had a "gone for lunch" sign on the window. I went to the coffee shop next door (5/5 stars for them) and hung out for an hour while calling ATT to get my pin. On my way back to Verizon I looked at the window to see if the ATT store was open. Still out to lunch at 3pm. I'm sad that a company is okay with this location to completely destroy their reputation. read more

Dishonest store, I bought a AT&T screen protector because the sales person said their brand was cheaper and you get FREE replacements without having to do any of the mail in warranties. No problem at all!!! Well, Today I brought my phone in as my screen chipped, the lady said their store doesn't do replacements... I went today for replacement SIM card. My father's phone was stolen. So after purchasing another phone for him and bringing it in to get new SIM card I received the best customer service from Mia. She went the extra mile to inform all the steps I needed to do. Took 15 minutes and I was ready to go. She made my 90year old dad very happy. Thanks Mia great customer service!!! I went in for a new phone with no idea what I really wanted. Saul helped us and was very helpful and when I decided on a phone he helped switch our direct tv to get a lower price per month even if it is only for a year. I had to call back several times and was helped each time. There is a waiting time as they take each customer and help them until they are satisfied. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolutely ridiculous. If there were less than 0 stars to give, I would. The door was open, lights were on it's 3:50 pm and a kid tells me they're closed and then told me I didn't need to know why, and I couldn't have his manager's name. I insisted on having the manager's name, which the kid said wasn't my business and then laughed at us as We left. Another gentleman walked in after me and I waited to see if he was helped. He too was told it was closed and added that the last time he came, the kid told they were closed for lunch. ATT--your Galt CA franchise is giving your company a black eye. read more

10/10 do NOT recommend going to this AT&T store for anything. The store manager Stephanie is completely dismissive and disrespectful. We had gone to the same store 3 times to return something we had purchased. Each time she was the only employee in the store with a line almost out the door and took zero initiative to greet customers as they walked in or even attempt to multi-task/ address the customers needs. We waited 45 minutes minimum each time we went in there. On top of that, when I was able to speak to her she provided conflicting information and claimed she knew everything about AT&T and therefore didn't need to reach out to others for further assistance. Come to find out, she didn't know everything and there were alternative solutions and she just didn't feel the need to provide good customer service. Minimal effort provided by her to provide good customer care. You're better off calling AT&T customer service for help. Go to Elk Grove or Lodi! read more

I went in with a family member and as soon as we walk in we are greeted but as they are helping someone else we wait of course. We are waiting for about half an hour with no one coming to even ask us what it is we need help on, until finally one of the older men asks us what it is we need. I tell him all we needed is to pay a bill and he says the man who is helping a couple will help once he's done. Now that wasn't the problem, the problem was that as soon as this lady walks in she is instantly helped but we didn't get the same service at all. Keep in mind they were both still busy but dropped what they did for her which is in no way fair. As a business you do not get to pick and chose who to help especially if we were there first. We asked when we could get helped then, if they did that so graciously for the lady why not us? And the young man who seems to be Filipino seems to give us a sarcastic smirk and says "ya just a minute", ya we are not going to take that disrespect so we walked out of there. I really hope they hire people with actual decent human respect because no costumer should ever be made to feel like this. Its completely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. read more

I tried to return a cell phone case at this location, that I had purchased from another location in El Dorado Hills. I was told they could not do that because this location is an "authorized retailer" and the store I bought it from was a "corporate store". So they sent me to a "corporate store" in Elk Grove (15 mile drive) and there I was told that the EDH store is an "authorized retailer" and I would have to do the return at an authorized retailer or the store that I bought it at (36 miles from where I live). And told me that I should really go and drive to EDH to do the return. I then call the El Dorado Hills store to see if they could do anything for me and was informed that I was lied to at both locations and that in March 2020 policies were changed and now ANY location whether "authorized retailer" or "corporate" could do my return, but they lied to me because if they take a return it makes their store look bad. Low and behold when I storm back into the store in Elk Grove and tell them what I know they "magically" can do the return for me no problem. I don't appreciate being lied to and wasting my gas and time driving all over the place. And I feel that I should be compensated in some way. But that will never happen. read more

0 stars if possible! Went in for a new SIM card for my phone. The moment I walked in everyone just stared at me, not even a greeting. I asked for help from a lady, (assuming she's the manager there because she was dressed a bit different from the rest of the staff) I told her my reason for going in. She was rude and shut me down and said that I'm not an authorized user on the account and she can't give me a SIM card. This was understandable but her attitude was rude!!! She talked to me as if I was stupid. A serious resting bitch face who gives no crap about her job or the customers. I would rather go to Elk Grove to get services done where I'm treated as an equal individual and even if I'm not an authorized user at least they'll tell it to me in a more respected way unlike this "so called" manager. I mean with all that attitude you can go sit at home. No need for all the negativity to ruin someone else's day. All that attitude because I asked for a new SIM card. No wonder why the reviews is horrible! I just happened to be in the area and thought to give it a try because my phone was trippin out. I guess not here for sure! read more
